Great service, excellent buffet breakfast with lots of options. Very good value for the money. Cheap tuk tuk ride into town. Hotel very helpful with booking bus tickets to next destination.

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was incredbile, with a large bedroom, living room, and bathroom equipped with a nice shower and even a tub! The value for the room was phenomenal. The staff was high class -- someone was always waiting for you at the door to greet you. The pool facility is great, as is the restaurant. The buffet breakfast is one of the best I have had in SE asia. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat!

The staff are really friendly and speak excellent English! Their hospitality is top notch and you feel right at home.

The flies in the restaurant were a little bit of a turn off, and the breakfast selection could do with a little more variety. But the food quality was good nonetheless.

Absolutely everything. I loved it from reception to check in until check out and even further. This hotel is one of my most memorable stays hotels and i have been travelling for over 30 years. The staff is very professional and efficient. Also extremely friendly and helpful. I was mainly on contact with the amazing ms Dany, chiva and laura. They were all great so was all other staff. Room service was quick and food arrived hot. Swimming pool is just wonderful and was spotless clean as were all facilities in the hotel. Also the staff their was v effecient. I rate this hotel very highly indeed although the little selfish side of me want to keep it a secret)) I would definetly make my way to siem reap again and stay at this wonderful hotel. I highly recommended and it is certainly an excellent value for money. Wonderful. Amazing, all the best for the hotel owners, managment and staff.

Excellent location - just few mins out of town but also on the main road to Airport and Ankor Wat for convenience. A lovely quiet and spacious hotel, with very friendly and helpful staff. Pool is fantastic and a great retreat from the heat, with plenty of quiet areas in the gardens to chill after a day of sightseeing. Rooms big and spacious. Breakfast was excellent, full choice. Restaurant food was good, but maybe a little more choices would be good. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel for its location, value for money and the most friendly and helpful staff - with the added bonus of a lovely pool. Had a wonderful stay.

A few initial problems on arrival with my room but the Manager, Roberto, quickly and efficiently put this right and the following day upgraded me to a lovely suite. He personally made the effort to come and see me every day to make sure the rest of my stay was perfect.

The staff are really efficient, they went out of their way to make our stay as enjoyable and stress-free as possible. They arranged everything for us: the tour to Angkor Wat, tickets for the bus back to Phnom Penh and transport to the bus station, and even offered advice and helped us plan our trip a little better, to our convenience. A very big thank you to the Lotus Blanc Resort staff for caring and their hospitality, it was a pleasure to have spent my vacation there.

Superb staff and management! Free pick up service by hotel staffs at the airport at 8am, given an early check-in, greeted personally by the managers and staffs and a coconut welcome drink. We were greeted by the staffs by our name whenever we returned to the hotel, which really left a very good impression. The resort offers saloon car hire with driver, which I would definitely recommend especially when the weather is hot!

Pool is not 100% clean but acceptable.

Staff was perfect. Very kind and comforting. Rooms where big and the beds where good. Nice pool.

WiFi signal was too weak and also speeds to Europe where poor (<0.5MBit). But I guess that is everywhere in Asia right now. Construction work in the hotel, but they stopped working after I called the reception.

Even close to a 5 stars.

- Only one restaurant with limited menu. But the menu covers Cambodian, Asian and Western food. And it's good. - Swimming pool a bit too warm. Too cool down, better to take a shower.

Friendly staff, clean accommodations, very close to the airport

Restaurant very over-priced...but so is most of Cambodia. Also the night we were there the power went out, and it was a bit scary.

We booked the hotel because of the very good references and it beat our expectations. The stuff was very very friendly and helped us from the very beginning to make our stay a perfect one. we had so much fun and nice talks with them that we felt very comfortable. There were always tuk tuks available in front of the hotel which brought us in about 5min to the Pub street (the center of Siem reap). It was good to stay a bit outside because in the city center it is very loud. We arrived one day earlier and left one day later as booked and it was no problem to extend our stay. The hotel restaurant was very good and they cooked traditional food. Also the breakfast was great and you could choose from so many different things. In the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool and although there are some mosquitos in the region the hotel was very aimed to keep them away that you could have a good sleep. We had to go back to Thailand and the stuff booked the bus for us and it picked us up in front of our hotel. We were very sad that we had to leave but we definitely would like to come again to this hotel!

There was nothing which was not good

A lovely base from which to explore Angkor Wat. The staff are unceasingly friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and comfortable - a great retreat from the exertions of sight-seeing and the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. The food is excellent. A great choice!

We only had 3 days to spend here. More next time!

Todo! The people, the services, the restaurant, very big swimming pool and spacious areas, close to town and airpot, toruist trips organized by hotel, cosy! Everything is excellent and this new hotel exceeds expectations!

Friendly staffs

Every things is ok

Staff are very friendly and attentive. The pool and the coconut tree make sunbathing a perfect things to do in the afternoon. Great choice for Siem Reap.

What a great find in a middle of the hustle and bustle of Siem Reap. It's located on the popular airport road, but as you walk in, you'd suddenly feel the peace of having your own space. This is a very new place, so while many things might still need to be refined, you can feel the staff is really trying to satisfy you. Nevertheless, it's a very beautiful place. Also very good value for the price as well.
