It was myself and three teenagers going up to Siem Reap, from Phnom Penh, to see the Angkor Thom and Angkor Wat in 36 hours total. They accomodated our 2:30am arrival. We were so thrilled to be in such a nice room after the interesting bus journey. Breakfast was HUGE! and part of the room price. The Hotel gave us a complimentary room to use after our day of temple tours as our night bus was only departing at 11pm (temples close at 5:30pm) and we were too tired to walk around town as we had arrived at 2am that very day. We could take showers and relax before the 7 hour journey back to Phnom Penh on not so comfortable roads. We also had a great meal before our departure. A great experience, wonderful staff and a great hotel. Pool was also very nice after a hot day viewing temples. Felt very luxurious! The hotel also provided free transport to the night bus station. Thank you so much for making our visit so wonderful.
The shower in our first room leaked under the door. Only complaint. This did not occur in the free room that they gave us later.
Firstly, the staff were incredibly attentive, helpful, polite and very smiley! The hotel itself is luxurious but not pretentious ..the pool area was beautiful and relaxing, the poolside bar and service were faultless... The room was spacious and very clean... The limo shuttle to the airport was a luxurious ending to a wonderful stay in a beautiful country graced with beautiful people
Only minor criticisms were that it would have been lovely if the pool bar opened a little later... It was so relaxing to sit outside with all the smells, sounds and sights that 10pm seemed too early to end! Also, we were not hugely impressed with breakfast... It was ok,but not as high a standard as the rest of our experience here... We did not eat dinner so couldn't comment
The staff, the friendliness, the facilities, immaculately clean...and a beautiful fresh flower display on the bed on arrival...limo service to and from the airport...oh and amazing lobby in the hotel... Beautiful
The breakfast was ok, but not fantastic....however the freshly made omelettes were delicious
The hotel location wasn't in a bad area. You can take Tuk Tuk get to anywhere. The Facility was clean, and staff were helpful, but few lacked good English. Only Ham one of the staff member spoke very good English. The room and facility were clean, but need some improvement. The dinning food wasn't that good, they need to improve quality of their food.
1. If you want to print something in emergency, you are screwed, they don't have business center. Although its vacation hotel. Sometime people need business center. 2. The room was clean, but a lot of insect get to my room. Later find out, the bathroom had a lot of cracks around the door and shower door. 3. The breakfast was good, but when they ran out of food or fruit it would take awhile to fill the station. Seems chef is too lazy to fill the fruit bar and food bar. Orange juice was terrible, I don't where they bring that juice from. 4. The pool was a good size, but it was dirty, the water was standstill and it won't recycle.
Nice large clean room! Very comfortable and much better from the Siem Reap streets. Nice and clean swimming pool. Restaurant available all day except night. They packed us breakfast when we had to leave the hotel before breakfast time. Although we found ants in the one breakfast I appreciate that they didn't left us hungry.
The receptionist was in charge to find me a taxi to take me to the border. Finally she told that she could find only minivan and that we had to pay 100$ for two person. Finally the price raised to 125$/2 person and we were transferred in the border by a private car. Unacceptable! This is how the culture goes in Cambodia but I was a customer in the Hotel!! (By the way, bus costs about 9$/person).
