Stayed one night, waiting for airline connection. Lucky Star is perfectly situated between the bus terminal and the airport. Clean comfortable place to stay. Communication with the reception staff was difficult, but did not effect my stay

房间超乎想像的很大，卫生间很宽敞。干净，设施齐全。性价比好。前台客服订票小姐服务不错。 地段偏僻，环境凌乱。吃饭不便。总台接待小姐英语太差，简单沟通都很困难。有个别小姐缺少服务诚意。

Chambre spacieuse et lumineuse. Service à la Cambodgienne, souriant, aimable, sans stress. Il faut (heureusement) s'adapter à la difficulté de communication. Anglais très relatif, qui n'empêche pas des relations extrêmement conviviales.

部屋がとても広かったです。 何よりも困ったのは、予約時にクレジットカードの支払いができるとあったので、予約したのですが、チェック- インのときにカードでの支払いはできないとの- こと。予約確認証を見せてここに書いてあるでしょうと詰め寄ってもできないとのこと。小額のキャッシュしか- 持っていなかったので困りました。ホテルのス- タッフには外でキャッシングすれば言いと言われましたが、キャッシングは１８％余分に取られるので損をしま- した。カードで払えないのなら、カードの支払- い可といううその情報は載せないでほしいです。 連泊しましたが、部屋の清掃も適当でした。もう二度と宿泊することはないでしょう。
