Clean swimming pool, very good breakfast, perfect enviroment, 10 min to the night market. Most of all we liked the local manager of hotel, he is always there, when you need him, always ready to help. And also we got the best tuk tuk driver named Leo. Ask for him if you stay in this hotel.

The only thing I can think about is that furniture in the garden really needs cleaning.

Very nice location and friendly staff, swimmingpool, good restaurant, own tuk tuk drivers, possibility to rent bikes and cycle to Angkor Wat and around

The small and the grand tour through the temples by tuk tuk are planned from A to Z. Even though we told the staff and the driver in advance (and they seem to agree) there was no chance to change the tours (e.g. pick us up at another entrance of a temple). Except that the hotel was perfect!

The swimming pool was very nice, the menu was alright, but the service was quite slow and they forgot orders often. The owners are very attentive and offer their help in anything you may need.

It was full of children, and they gave us a room next to the reception, which was a not rest during almost all day. The restaurant area is too small and you have to sit literally with two other people in the next table like 10 cm away of you.

The peaceful garden. The swimming pool after a long day visiting. Really calm location.

The bathroom was absolutely awful, I am not a picky person, but to that extend you cannot accept it. There was no tub so all the water was flooding the whole bathroom, and because the evacuation system did not work this water was stagnant for about an hour. So forget using the toilets or the shower after someone used the bathroom. And to top that you will have to endure the nasty smell coming out of the pipes. If the administration of the hotel is willing to "improve" just a bit its bathroom and improve the cleanness of the common areas this would be a much better place.

We are quite happy with Les Bambous Management. Their treament is amazing! The place is relaxingly beautiful and peaceful! They have upgraded our room at no extra cost. The breakfast is also nicely prepared! They had given us good tour package and had endorsed us to a very friendly and assistive tuk tuk driver (which I think was the best part). The hotel is close to airport and to angkor wat temples! All thanks to Jason and the family and to Mr. Kroch our tuktuk driver who is very jolly and always service us with a smile! We will really try to come back to Cambodia and book with you again!! Cheers!!

It's a good place to relax after all the temple visits. The food was great (breakfast is inclusive); the hotel was both homey and clean and with a comfortable pool deck; the staff was helpful and accommodating and the owner arranged pick up and tuktuk services; the tuktuk service was affordable and the driver (Mr. Ry) very helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

The airconditioning was a bit warm. Perhaps because it was the middle of the hot season.

Jason was in touch nearly immediately after booking to help arrange a pickup from the airport. The staff generally were great in guiding me on how to take advantage of my short, 1 night stay to make sure I saw as much of Angkor Wat as I could. The reasonable price of the stay and the high level of customer service really made the trip great.

The room was a little warm and it was a little hard to cool down, even with the A/C. Since it was the hottest time of the year, it was understandable.

The friendly staff, the on hand Tuk Tuk drivers, (Buffalo) was great.

The Ex pats coming for their Sunday dinner and taking over the pool, being quite loud having inappropriate discussions about drug use.

The garden and pool are stunning, great place to relax after touring the temples. Nathalie and François, the owners, and their team were incredibly helpful giving us tips about angkor wat, organizing tuktuks for us and even drawing up a route for a bike ride one afternoon. Breakfast was included in our rate and was very nice, served in the garden. We had a lunch and dinner there as well, both were exceptional and competitively priced. We would definitely stay here again!

Our room was in need of a bit of a makeover, doors did not close properly and the mattresses were a little worn and flat in the middle, but overall this did not spoil our stay in any way.

Nathalie and Francois are fantastic hosts, most welcoming and extremely helpful. They made our few days in Siem Reap very easy to enjoy and made it so easy to arrange local drivers for the main temples as well as trips to the floating village and outer temples. We very quickly felt at home and comfortable, and really enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was fresh, delicious and satisfying. The bar was always full, well chilled and accessible. The staff were so nice and helpful. Really great little place to stay.

There was a little noise from the neighbours and some agricultural smells out the back but nothing to really bother us - it's Cambodia after all, and feels like the wild west. Nothing to really complain about at all.

The owners are a French couple who are really amazing hosts. They helped us book our bus to Phnom Penh and gave us really great tips. We used their tuk tuk drivers to see the sites, and the drivers were very nice. The area is very quiet and peaceful, which was a very nice change from busy Bangkok.

The hotel is a little bit far from the town center, and you need a tuk tuk driver to get there and back. However, the trips there and back were reasonably priced.

It's a wonderful place, close to everything but out of the city, so you can retire to the hotel and relax when you've being out all day looking at temples or visiting Siem Reap. The couple running it was friendly and helpful and their place is so relaxing and beautiful. You can get picked up at the airport, and they have an agreement with some tuk-tuk drivers. So you can drive around with the same driver, which is nice, considering the trafik chaos. All in all a great place to spend your time in siem Reap.

The staff and the owners were very accommodating upon our arrival. They helped us with a tuk tuk everyday and made sure we knew how to dress at the temples, to where the best places where to see awesome locations. Over all it was personal and relaxing, and that's exactly what we needed.

The water pressure in the hot water shower was not too high, but that might have been because we were showering at the same time as the people in the room next to us.
