Score from 192 reviews Excellent
The staf was always willing to help us with a big smile. The location, allows you to keep quiet at night but also very close to pubs/restaurants and night market. The pick up from the airport worked perfectly and helped a lot.
The wifi only worked at the reception area. Everything else was good.
Swiming pool very dirty,it seem no have filter water system. Car park very mess. Breakfast so poor. It quite difficult to find out hotel.
Local staff is very useful and nice!
Cover picture does not represent the hotel :-) ..
I like the place very convenient and accessible to all tourist spots
There's rain water in the terrace, it was very un comfortable to step, breakfast is limited
Staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed 10 days as we were working at a school, and the staff always asked about our day and the students we were working with. The pool was clean and a great refresher after a hot day! It was also close to the markets and pub street but not so close it was noisy.
The premises were convienently located, however a little dated, however a new wing of units was under construction at the time of our stayt. The staff were plesant. Overall not bad value for money.
We experienced issues with facilities e.g - cold showers, the airconditioning unit did not work properly, the phone in the room was unable to dial external from the hotel and in fact had been disconnected, the restaurant and bar facilities was below standard as it proported to offer services however in reality did not.
the rooms were hot and air condition almost not working
Great swimming pool. Flat screen tv and fridge. Within walking distance of the tourist area.
Balcony was enclosed with the air conditioner blasting hot air into it making it unusable. Bed sheets and towels threadbare, staff unhelpful. overpriced compared to other places we have stayed in Siem Reap.
All round a good stay. Easy to walk into to town and you get what you pay for in the hotel.
It was convenient to the night market area & to the airport & Angkor Wat. The restaurant workers were great & very sociable. Food was good, but slow service.
The wifi system was very poor. The first 2 days there was practically no connections. After that it was intermittent. Desk staff showed little concern. They also arranged a $15 tuk-tuk, but nothing went to the driver. I paid him $10 as my conscience felt guilty that all day he was only paid a days salary. Yet next day I got the same for $12. It was a rip- off by the hotel!
The night staff, the $8 in-room massages, the pool.
Construction right next door.
Walking distance to everything and the pool is great
Power dropped out once and the wifi is average but still a great stay
Central location, pool, basic breakfast
Construction area, but start working at 8:00, so if you're visiting Angkor you will not notice :)
Location was near pub street.
Hotel staff were friendly, but not much initiative.
Some of the staff spoke pretty good English, others not so good but they tried. Good location, about 15 min walk to Old Market. Nice pool.
They were adding a new building to the hotel and there were a construction site next to our room and a bit noisy during the day and by the pool, also a bit dirty around the pool due to the construction. Breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about.
Shower room and pool was dirty
The hotel is located in the very city centre, which is great. Just now they are building a new wing, thus lots of noise esp. early morning.
Very modest breakfast, just egss and bread (however not noodles :-), the staff was nice, smiling lovely, however there was just one person speaking at least fair English, other people were on a basis - English? Yes! And that was all, thus it was rather difficult to solve anything,
I did not like anything about this place. The Location is OK. Off a small lane from the main road.
The mattress was p[laced on a concrete base in our room. The room was supposed to have a balcony, but the narrow and small opening was below my knee. One cannot call this a balcony but a gap for ventilation. The breakfast had hardly any good choice. Not worth the stay and money. There are much better places around in Siem Reap for similar price. I will never recommend this Hotel ? a back packers lodge would have been better.
Breakfast ok. Location ok.
The condition of the room. Very old and many things did not function. We order room with window and they try to set us in small durk room.
Nice hotel in the very city center with swimming pool for relaxing after long hot day, which average in February is 32C. Comfortable rooms, even when we booked Standard room, it was quite big, with TV and rainshower, WI FI was working also in room, not only in bussines center as it was mentioned in booking. The best value of hotel is it's location, in very center, you can go around the town and save money for Tuk Tuk.
Very poor choice of breakfast, only eggs, bread and few pieces of fruits for person, but in 7 combinations :D
It was close to the center.
Hotel was not the newest. Pool facilities did not work all time. Price too high for the performance. But it was better than others here stated.
The spacious room and the balcony
They failed to fix the light on the balcony though we reported it the first day, and we stayed for four days.
Poor breakfast , not coffee in room , not 3 star .
Room very clean friendly staff nice pool great location overall very nice stay
There is an extension happening ATM for this hotel right next to rooms all floors so with construction starting very early on mornings it was hard to have a sleep in
The rooms were spacious and we had a lovely balcony view of the pool. The staff were at times helpful and polite. There was a good range of drinks for purchase. The mattresses were comfortable.
The beds were broken and weak. The walls and floors and around light switches etc were grimy. The aircon smelt of damp. The wifi only worked intermittently, which was very upsetting on Christmas day when it wouldn't work with Skype. The whole hotel was dirty including the pool, which was also freezing cold. There was extensive building work going on which was very disruptive and created further dirt. The breakfast was greasy and there were only options that included bread and eggs, which my daughter didn't want to eat, therefore I had to buy extra food for her.
