Very friendly, helpful and attentive staff Great breakfast Good location Touches like a free (beer, coke, water) minibar, which was reliably replenished and free laundry where very much appreciated The hallways could use a bit of a brush-up. since the room and lobby are quite nice this is not really an issue.

the staff is excellent and will do the extra mile to make you feel confortable. An hotel to repeat. The pool is the perfect place to be when waiting for anything. The breakfast area is open air what makes it original but I would prefer it to be under air conditioned.

Here is an exemplary example of a local boutique hotel executed well and run with efficiency and genuine warmth. The entire hotel is excellently tuned into the needs of its guests: free airport transfers (both to and fro; send them an email via hotel website), free laundry services (incredibly useful after dusty days in tuktuks and temples) and a staff so kind and warm with great restaurant recos, well versed tour guides and a tuktuk driver who has real charm and kindness (tuktuk 9, Mr. Savoan-- he's assigned in front of the hotel). Rooms are clean and spacious-- if you can splurge out on a suite, do so. Breakfast was good--not five star, but they had great coffee, an egg and noodle station, awesome croissants. The hotel is right smack in the center of town, beside a mall at that. Pub Street, the city's local dive is 10 minutes away on foot--cool restaurants, spas (try Frangipani) and shopping around, too. Siem Reap is a great town to visit and our experience of Memoire d'Angkor made it even a greater joy. A minor gripe: the shower is built in such a way that water splashes all over the floor. A tad messy and a waste of towels.

I like the free stuff from the mini-bar. The room is clean as well and I so love the staff. They are so accommodating. Need to improve offerings in breakfast buffet. Maybe rotate the offerings. Same food everyday so it will be great if they can have variation.

The staff is very friendly and helpfull! We felt extremly welcomed at our arrival. Our room was well designed, comfortable and very beautifull. The Breakfast was delicious and they have good croissant (for a french guy like me it s wonderfull!) The recommandation for a visit to Angkor Wat were great and Mr Lee, the tuk-tuk driver we hired for the day via the hotel was really nice and answered all our questions while visiting the temples. swimming pool area is great to relax after sightseeing. city center is a short 5 min walk wich is good as the hotel is in a quiet area. I have no doubt to recommend this hotel ! -bathroom was clean but a little bit old -outside toilet for the swiiming pool were out of order ( but it was fixed the next day)

Nice staffs always with smile on their face. Free airport transfer. Perfect location. Just nearby Luckymall and supermarket. Very easy to find good restaurants. "Koulen II" opposite this hotel has good buffet and Khmer dancing. "Lily restaurant" on the other side of Luckymall has traditional noodle and soup. You can reach the old market by 15mins walking or tuktuk for $1. When we went to see sunrise of Angkor Wat, the staff prepared packaged breakfast to us before 5:00am. Recommend for family or friends travel in Cambodia. Electricity supply is not very stable in Siem Reap. It turned off several times in one night in our journey.

The friendly and helpful staff and that it was so close to the night market. That the hotel never had central a/c in the height of summer, that the breakfast area was too hot with no closed of area so flies would sit on food and the cheeses looked like they were melting.

Excellent location close (10 min. Walk) to the Night Market and Street Pub; also close (by either car or Tuk tuk) to Angkor temple. Staff very friendly. The food is very good and cheap. I definitely recommend Memoire d' Angkor!

Staff very friendly and helpful. There is not much "boutique" in this boutique hotel... The massage/spa experience needs to be improved to get to a decent level; massage itself was ok-ish, the welcome, location,... Rather poor.

The staff was wonderful, always helpful. The hotel is newly renovated from what seems to be an older property and they did a great job - most features are modern and trendy but have kept some original features. Pool and outdoor restaurant/breakfast were also wonderful. Sometimes they ran out of towels both by the pool and in the rooms, so you had to wait a bit.

The staff were wonderful. Very helpful with all of our questions about vegetarian dining, changing our flights, getting to the temples, and more. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone! I wish there were more vegetarian dishes and whole grain options available at the breakfast buffet.

Location is nice. Supermarket right next door and the hotel looks very nice. Free minibar was superb and free laundry daily really minimized my bag where you have to shower 3 times daily. Not renovated bathroom, outdoor breakfast (too hot and flies)

The staff were very helpful. The hotel has a good, clean, contemporary feel. Complimentary mini bar, laundry, and pick up and drop off from the airport were big bonuses. Rooms were a good size. Air conditioning was very effective. Great shop downstairs.

The rooms were large enough and comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find the minibar and the laundry was a part of the free services. Location was close enough to the Pub street and places of interest The lighting in the rooms is very low and one can barely see.The elevator goes only upto the 4th floor and one has to walk up a flight of steps to the rooms on the 5th floor. The breakfast area is open and even in summer there were flies. Post monsoon , I see that getting worse

The staff are so friendly and helpful they made our stay very relaxing and enjoyable. The hotel was renovated last year and the rooms include new artwork from Theam's House, very interesting. The swimming pool is lovely and a great way to relax after a hot day at the temples ( approx 15 mins by tuktuk away) You can walk to the restaurants nearby in ten minutes and there are a lot of boutique shops to explore as well as the night markets. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
