This is a hotel in the suburbs of Siem Reap. To get there you have to go through 500 mts of very bad road in the middle of a not very nice neighbor. But when you get there you forget all about it. The staff and the owner, Pierre, are vey nice. The room is big and got all you need. The outdoor area is just stunnished. Lots of green, great swimming pool, sauna, small gym, bar, everything. A place to relax after the exhausting day at the temples of Ankor Wat.
I do not recommend the massage and I do not recommend to get at the hotel a guide to the temples.
Friendly and professional staff
- thank you so much Pierre for helping me to prepare my arrival - very well kept, beautiful design - great eye on the details, really beautiful - Pierre is one of the most helpful and attentive hosts I have ever met - it's not a very big hotel so people tend to get in touch with each other
- many of the staff there just pretend to speak English, they would simply say ok without really understanding what you have asked - choice of breakfast is very limited - I am a bit scared about the geckos in the room or whatever kind of animal they are - bit far away from the centre, but there are tuktuks available most of the time - prices in the hotel a bit on the high side compared to local standards
Comfortable and clean room, nice pool and grounds, friendly staff
The road to the hotel is in sad shape
People The very very helpful Put us onto the best possible Guide we could have had there for the tour if Angkor Garden And pool Lovely Arranged fabulous return trip by car back to Phnom Penh
Sauna was not Clean and was Smelly Breakfast limited selection Not as many people cleaning as at other Asian hotels
Far from town and to many dog out site hotel very dangerous...
nice place to relax,cool...
The staff are excellent, very helpfull and friendly, nothing was too much trouble, this was our first visit to Cambodia, had a great time thanks to everyone at MENS
Location; some staff were surly.
Breakfast was basic Gym was awful Staff generally disinterested
We loved it to be there! Friendly stuff, perfect food, clean, modern, quiet, fantastic massages ( not cheap for Asia but worth!), small but very good spa. Go there - you will love it!
When american guests think the world belongs to them; when they talk in Berlin - you can hear them in Munich....so loudly.
Staff was friendly and attentive. Food was good.
Some of the service was a little slow. Would like to see something in the architectural design dictating the location of Angkor. A temple motif carving for the waterfall, lighted correctly, would add an elegant element to the overall design.
The design of the hotel is intimate and minimalistic. Wifi is good and the pool is simply inviting.
Location is rather out and you have to pass thru a mud road to get to the hotel. Not their fault. I can't help noticing the plants needs serious maintenance. It spoils the look of the hotel.
food was very good staf friendly good confort and happy to come back that s essentiel
Rooms and bathroom nicely designed!
The machines and weights in the fitness center are to old! Our bed was to hard and we missed a wardrobe
Friendly attentive staff, especially song and lee.Great pool and setting and so quiet.Lovely big rooms and good massage and spa.Would highly recommend it Thanks guys
The helpful staff The equipment and services The comfort and cleanliness
Modern facility Pleasant staff with no pressure Efficient operations
All was good!
The management and staff were accommodating. The local massages were excellent. Excellent recommendations for tours and tour guides. Value for your money - yes. I will go back any chance I can get. Minor improvement on service and cuisine. Overall - I highly like the resort.
The streets surrounding the resort could need some clean up.
Self contained. Can enjoy relaxing in the facility. Food served is good but can be better, by well-balanced menu. Always with veggies. Staff is very friendly without intrusion. Glad there was no loud music permeating the facilities.
The wet area halls were always wet and conducive to getting foot infections. Not much less caloric food and snacks offered.
The staff at this hotel were super friendly and always willing to help.Relaxing and beautiful place with great pool and spa. The owner Pierre is always around to answer any questions and keep things running smoothly. Will stay again for sure!
Nothing, except a better reading light bedside.
Fantastic hotel with a lovely ambience. This was our second time and we are looking forward to our third time..We would also like to mention that Pierre and his team has done a great job improving the resort even further since last time (January 2012).
The area around the pool is very nice to lounge. There were always some people chilling out in the afternoon or evening. Rooms were spacious and well equipped.
The location is far away in a back alley (wobbly unhardened road), and walking to the city center of Siem Reap is not possible: take a tuk tuk or a cab (but definitely go and visit the city, it is well worth your time besides Angkor). Option of meals was not great, but breakfast was good. The french fries were really bad...
Staff is awesome, as is the facility.
It's far from town, period. I rode a bike in and out at least twice a day, but that means risking one's life in the traffic. Also - EXACT same breakfast every single day.
