Friendly and helpful staff. Well-appointed rooms. Good breakfast. Good location in Street 178, close to museum, FCC, interesting arty shops.

Cheap and clean room, good for staying for a night.

Staff does not speak good English so there was minor troubles communicating. Stands on the dark and dirty street, a little scary to walk back after sundown.

We really appreciate this hotel. Friendly staff, clean, bath tub, big bed. It was not on the river side, but a short walk to it, on the same street of the national musuem.

Room was very clean. Nice bathroom (great shower).

Personnel at the reception not very friendly. THedy tried to overcharged a taxi transfer to PP (85$). We got it for 65. So, do not book any transfer with them. Air-co maybe a bit weak. It took over 4 hours to cool down our room.

Nice enough but not best location

Staff were very friendly and helpfully. Room good and clean. Easy to make small trips to the city. Breakfast quite good, last morning no sausage and ham or bacon.

The fitness was not so good. I just choose this guesthouse, because i wanted to exercise in fitness, but there was nearly only running equipment and for that was better alternative go to run to Olympic stadium in the morning. If so simple fitness, better no any ads from that.

There room we stayed ar was on the first floor and it had three single beds.

Very nice and clean hotel about 10 minutes walk from the Royal Palace. Staff was very polite and helpful. Room was spacious, all working well. They also provide free small fitness on the 8th floor with a lot of space, which is better for own workouts.

Tuktuk driver got us to the right street but had little difficulties finding it. Would recommend to provide hotel number to tuktuk driver and thats it :). Other that that, we enjoyed our stay very much.

We are very satisfied about our experience in this great hotel that offer with very few dollars a very good accommodation in a nice home. The hotel is really closer the Royal Palace and Pagoda and you reach all places just 10 minutes walking. Room are clean and large with a very nice bathroom with a big shower! There is a terrace in front and a very big windows. Silence and peaceful area. People are really friendly and helpful.

Breakfast poor with not so many foods to choose. Milk and coffee are not fresh but freeze-drying.

If you like us want to use the fitness center then you can get a workout, but dont have high expectasions. We enjoyed Walking, but for those who dont there is a 10-15 min walk to the riverside.

Very clean and comfortable room. Staff helpful. Area appeared safe to walk about and it only took about 15 minutes to walk to river front.

I thought the hotel was very clean and excellent value for money. The staff were very helpful. Good breakfast. The room was spacious and felt very comfortable with good facilities. Good central location. The hotel is a short walk to the pubs and restaurants by the river.

Needed a hospital urgently at 2 am and no one could assist and there was no telephone to call insurance company reverse charge at all...could not even recommend a hospital. I have since given them hospital details to file.
