Very good location, the hotel Deco is very compensatory. Scented with Lemongrass oil .

Every service provide by the hotel is with a "quite a bit" charge on the top. It would be nicer if they can make the charge more reasonable.

The shower was disgusting!

We were upgraded to a room that looked over the swimming pool. Very comfortable & large. Nice swimming pool. Good location, lots of restaurants nearby. Very friendly staff. Good, varied breakfast buffet.

No lift, could be a problem for people with mobility issues. Everything else was great.

I found the Monument to be a nice hotel with friendly staff, nice pool.

The upstairs dining was fine for me but would not be good with young children.

This hotel was a great price & right in town. We stayed overnight only, on our way to Siem Reap. It had a cute little pool, with lounges & small bar. Their food was excellent, which I think they got from a Resturant next door. Good service & big rooms with a safe, TV, fridge etc. all the things we needed.

There was an awful smell in the bathroom of room 1. The hotel has no lift, which we knew, so we asked especially for a ground floor room, which meant no balcony. But they would take the bags up the stairs if needed, so don't let this deter you. Their chairs at the front of the hotel & bar area where very uncomfortable. They also needed mosquito coils around.

In my opinion, the location is the weakest point of the hotel.

Everything was just perfect !

No lift!!!!!!! Staff brought our luggage on the 4th floor on check-in. But on check-out we should do everything by ourselves. Good hotel only for strong guys or for travellers without luggage.

The food at the restaurant was the best we had during our 8 days trip to Cambodia.

This hotel is a laugh, the price does not correspond to the service they provide. A totaly waist of money.

Staff (I only remember the name of one of them, "July") was really great, ask them anything, they will help you and make sure things go well during your arrival, your stay and your departure. They will also give you nice advises, invite you to join them when they eat or just have a beer with you next to the pool. Nice place, situation is great.

it is a very very elegant place. very nice staff. felt so good there....

the bed was so comfortable. The staff courteous. The small touch of scented oil burners gave a lovely welcoming aroma.

No tea and coffee making facilities in the room. I feel westerners really like the opportunity to have a coffee in bed before heading out to breakfast.

Lemongrass scent, centrally located, family friendly (no hookers as is common with quite a few other places) saltwater pool and most important were the beds which were every bit as comfortable as they had said. Hotel=good sleep right? they get 5 stars for that. Our room was a standar double with a balcony facing the back of the hotel. They dont have many of those

normally we dont eat where we stay so not so bad but perhaps they could so much more with the roof top restaurant they have. lack of elevator for some might be an issue.

Excellent value for the money, very stylish and clean. Staff extremely helpful.

Easily the most comfortable bed I've slept in in all of SE Asia. They also gave us a free upgrade which was nice. We wish we'd spent all our time in Phonm Penh at this place.

Rooftop bar/ restaurant has a nice blick over the city. The room was cozy and big. The staff was really friendly (as the nice Cambodian people).

The shower flooded each time. As the bathroom floor was inclined in the wrong direction, it was flooding the whole bathroom. The location is only a bit further away.
