The pool was great! The staff tried to be helpful and were attentive. Breakfast was good. Would go back to stay as well as recommend. It is in a quiet and peaceful area.

A couple of issues could have been dealt with quicker. My sister had a problem with her bathroom.

First you meet at the entrance is a smile, a refreshing towel from the fridge and cold juice. After quick check-in you get keys of a clean, quiet, comfortable room with a pool view. There was an insect spray in the room but no insects (it works I think! :-)))) ) Everyday room cleaning. Various breakfasts with soups, noodles, eggs, porridge, fruits and vegetables. Tasty dishes in restaurant with prices cheaper than in Pub Street cafes. Friendly english-speaking staff always ready to help and anticipate your desires. Free towels for pool, stable free wifi signal in the room, lobby and at the pool area. Tuk-tuk service is cheaper than average prices, free transfer from airport, free of charge bike rent. Location is about 15-20 min walk to the Pub Street and Central Market or 1$ by tuk-tuk. There is a GOOD spa and massage with good prices (10$ for an hour ro so). They even have an arrival-departure table of Siem Reap's airport in the lobby! Nearest store is at the gas station to the right from the hotel.

The pool closes too early (7p.m). Shower curtain is uncomfortable.

It's a nice and comfortable living place. The staff are passion and polite. They are patient to solve problems for their customers. The breakfast for free is also delicious, various and the food which we had lunch in the restaurant is not very expensive. The TUKTUK driver named SOKHA is a good guy. Actually,Motherhome Inn makes us feel like at home.

Everything here is perfect! We will come back next time!

We absolutely loved our tuk tuk driver. Not sure if the spelling is correct but phanatically his name sounds like Sevon. He made our trip to Angkor Wat super enjoyable despite the heat. He's not very good in English if you are looking for a tour guide, but he was so friendly it didn't matter. We like the staff, breakfast was awesome (congee and morning noodle soup was so good), and the hotel oil massage was very good. Must shop at night market because there stuff was much nicer and trendier than the markets in ho chi minh

There was insect spray in the room and a gecko somewhere in my room.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The swimming pool is good in this size of the hotel.

The coverage of the wifi needs improved though it is accessible.

Hotel building itself was quite clean and nice

Half of staff were not very helpful and slow. Fridge was hard to keep fridge on as it would turn off when you get your key out of the power switch.

Their greeting service was excellent, offering free pickup from the bus station and cold towelettes every time you return to the Hotel. Our tuktuk driver organized through the Hotel was also really great!

Information about the Hotel, such as restaurant and room service was completely inconsistent (website, in-room directory, and staff all saying completely contradictory things) and staff weren't helpful when we asked. There was also a whole second part of breakfast that no one told us about.

tucked away down an alley, the staff were wonderful always greeted with a smile.. The place was always clean. Amenities were basic. A bit out of the main shopping but if your energetic you could walk, else like lots of other places there are plenty of tuktuks available.

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. We had a delay and arrived one day later than expected. They were very accommodating and understanding of this delay. We would return to this Inn again should we return to Siem Reap Cambodia

The swimming pool is pretty. Staff serves the lunch box if you have no chance to have breakfast due to the early morning trip. Tuk-tuk is free from the airport. And also to the airport if you booked their driver for at least 3 days' trip.

VERY poor English of reception staff, they don't understand even the simplest requests (f.e."where to change money?"). Only senior manager on duty can help you. The hotel is full with Chinese tourists only, no any European faces. The tuk-tuk driver confirmed to me that this is the favorite hotel of Chinese people. So the breakfast is oriented to Chinese one. WiFi is awful (the upper level), can say there is no WiFi. Booking.com rate is very very far from the real situation. Never will stay here again.

The staff strived hard to improve their English by making nice conversations with me. They really made me feel well-protected and well taken care of as a single woman. I got all the help I needed, e. g. by printing out my flight tickets. I was allowed to hang my wet bathing suit or some other stuff I had quickly washed in a clean space under the roof. The pool allows real swimming and is meticuously keept clean. The food is very tasty (with the exception of the croissants for breakfast). Hotel is in walking distance from tourist information, Phare circus (recommendable) and from the Angkor National Museum which is a must to prepare oneself for Angkor.

As a vegetarian I would have liked a broader variety of vegetarian dishes on the menu. Ay an individualist traveller I would have appreciated some recommendations off the beaten track to meet Cambodians and learn about their culture, mentality and believe system.

Staff was friendly. Good Breakfast. Clean rooms.

Pool is a bit older and dirty. A few other hotel guest didn't know how to behave and were very annoying by making a lot of noise and occupying the pool.

Staff was kind and always ready to help. Breakfast was great, so much variety, both western and Asian. Tuk tuks were almost always available outside the hotel, and at a good price: 1usd to the centre, and 13usd for a whole day around the small circuit at Angkor, much cheaper than some other hotels.

When we arrived light was not working in our bedroom, the safe was not working had to be changed and the curtain pole had half fallen off the wall. It was a pity we wasted at least an hour when we arrived to get these things fixed but staff was helpful. Bathroom was a wet room.
