Mulberry Boutique Hotel    

Great location, walking distance from the Night Market & Pub Street. Not very far from the Angkor Wat & surrounding temples. The hotel staff were very helpful, made us feel right at home throughout our stay. Hotel concept & room design was beautiful. Worth the money spent.

Nothing to dislike.

Spacious and tastefully decorated exterior and interior. Good for family and romantic couples. Good wi-fi coverage and speed. Very friendly and helpful staff at all level. Staff does not pressure guest to give tips at all. Provide personal and genuine warmth to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for guests. I was with my mother and two teenaged nieces and all of us have only good things to say about the hotel. Provide complimentary tuk-tuk to town. Reasonable price.

It is an adorable little hotel, great design through the smallest details, huge room, great for families!!!! very comfortable, great helping friendly staff. We absolutely loved it!!!!

The Mulberry Boutique was a wonderful experience for us. We stayed in Siem Reap last year at a lovely place and didn't think we could find better....but we did! The staff deserve a special mention...they were so welcoming and friendly. The beautifully decorated rooms were spacious, clean and well equipped. Breakfast was good with a buffet and also a cooked to order option. The pool was always clean and very welcome in the 37deg heat.

Nothing to dislike. Just a point about free airport shuttle...free for pick up only.

Close to town centre but an oasis of tranquillity. Staff were friendly, helpful & provided excellent service

We loved our stay at this hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful with good senses of humor (something we kiwi NZers like) The tranquil setting was peaceful and relaxing.Our very spacious accommodation allowed us to spread out and still have plenty of room. We ate most of our meals here and they were very good with plenty of options available.Overall we had a wonderful experience and were sad to leave the staff who had treated us as family.We will definitely stay at the Mulberry Boutique Hotel next time we visit. A very Big thank you to everyone.

It was wonderful relaxing by the pool after days spent discovering the town and temples. The staff were extremely helpful and arrange many services for us. We had just come from a 5 star resort in Langkawi and the services at Mulberry was comparable.

What's not to like. This is a lovely friendly clean place to stay, just 5 min stroll from night market and pub street . You can arrange your visit to angkor Wat with them as well which is not to far away.very friendly staff ,owner and wife ( we were invited to join in their new year celebration ) which we did and had a brilliant time.

Amazing staff right from the border pick-up guide through the on-site staff. Great, small hotel, offering some privacy compared to other industrial scale resorts in Siem Reap. Fabulous value for money. Would definitely go back.

Wonderful small hotel within the city. Smart rooms, clean and large. The personnel is very nice and smily. The food is also very nice and it's very interesting to taste during a diner. We enjoyed the swimming pool. 5Mn walking only to the pub street.

If you are unlucky, like us, you will be awake very early in the morning by the song and the music from weddings during the we. It was spent 2 days and the ceremony begun at 0500am on saturday and sunday!

great location, staff VERY friendly and helpful

This hotel is only 4 months old. Nicely designed and food was simpole but good. Staff was very helpful and warm. Only 14 rooms here so it is very quiet.

Could place a couple more chairs by the pool.

Lovely garden setting, very nice pool.nexcellent food at bar and restaurant' fairly priced.we decided stay at the hotel for diviner and drinks, because it was so pleasant. Exceptionally great staff, very attentive, better than the Ritz Carlton.hotel is very quiet, but right in the center of town. A true oasis to come home after long hot days of hiking The temples of Angkor Wat.,

The air confitioner in the room is not big enough to cool the room down. They need to provide a fan to supplement the air conditioner.. Very bad nights of sleep due to the heat.

Staff very friendly and available to assist at all times. Excellent location within walking distance to day and night market. Lot of restaurants in area. Hotel was very comfortable, not very large. Rooms were large and comfortable with attention to fine details. Great pool and wonderful landscaping.

Very hip, upscale and stunning design ....an oasis behind high brown gates, in a very busy city of Siem Reap. Really well taken care of property, and attentive staff.....

Nothing... It was perfect!!! There was an electricity problem city wide, and they managed with a generator so we alsways had electric, but air conditioner in room was not as poerful as it should have been given the electric problem....

Staff were excellent giving a really personal service (only 12 rooms to hotel) Extremely helpful and friendly. Location was perfect. Just five minutes walk from Ankor night market yet a peaceful oasis in the hustle and bustle of the town.

Off street location, quiet, friendly staff, ability to book tours / taxi's from hotel, walking distance from markets / restaurants etc.

Very nice room and swimming pool. Very friendly and helpfull staff. Looked after our luggage after checking out for whole day. They let us use swimming pool for whole afternoon as our flight was only at 8pm. Organized full day tuktuk and also free airport pickup. It is 3 minutes with tuktuk to pub street. Very convenient location. Breakfast was ok

A nice, clean oasis in the middle of a not-so-clean neighborhood, otherwise secluded from the street hustle clean spacious rooms and well looked after small boutique hotel hotel offers a free airport pick-up and free tuk-tuk rides to the town

The staff may require a bit more training on how to deal with bookings the rooms description on the website need better description: we booked a twin deluxe room which offered a seating area, views of the pool and a balcony and got offered a basic twin room with no views and nothing as described... The receptionist understood our complaint and offered us an upgraded family room which conformed with our booking - better management of the bookings will probably eliminate discomfort :) will probably be back there

decor, pool are amazing!

The staff were fabulous and always offered the little extras such as cold towels and a glass of water when we returned from a hot, dusty sightseeing trip, more coffee, pool towels or a bowl of nuts with our evening cocktails.

The call to prayer and music from a neighbouring Hindu funeral seemed to go on forever.
