Welcoming staff; great family room.
the room is clean and comfort
the wifi is not fast enough, and sometimes does not connect.
Grounds, staff, food all excellent
Hot water was not reliable in shower
We loved the location and proximity to Pub Street and the night market as you can just walk there. But it's far enough that you still have peace and quiet. To get to the hotel, you do have to go through an unpaved street that looks like a small alley. So just don't expect a luxurious place. Though we never had a chance to use it, the pool seemed lovely.
Only two negativities: 1) They DO NOT accept AMEX (and did not mention that anywhere). So if you want to use your AMEX to avoid international transaction fees, be prepared to have a plan B. 2) The water in the shower was impossible to moderate. It was either freezing or boiling hot. The temperature just never stayed constant, so we had to have express showers.
Perfect location, less than 5 min walk to all markets and restaurants. Very quiet place and personal is very helpful.
very good. good environment, food location
so many mosquitoes
The room was beautiful and so was the pool. Breakfast is basic but this seems to be the case across the country. Staff is friendly and nice. The place is calm and relaxing.
The location was close enough from most things but still required a tuk-tuk drive to go anywhere in town - as the road is not very pleasant to walk.
Location and friendliness and attention of staff. Great rooms.
The neighbour's dog moaning most of the night. Avoid room H6.
This hotel has possibly the most helpful set of staff ever. They were always extremely pleasant and helped us arrange numerous activities including trips to local sights, evening entertainment and restaurant bookings. The pool is great, the food and drink in the bar was lovely (though the menu was just a tad limited in options). I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again and will be wholeheartedly recommending it to anyone I know coming to Cambodia.
Very nice room (they gave us a free upgrade) and great pool.
Even though the room was really nice, the bathroom was directly connected to the bedroom (I kind of open space, not separated by a door)
very courtious and friendly staff. Excellent room. quiet.
We stayed in room H4 which was a family suite with room for 4 people and 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. Beware if you are not okay with stairs as there are a few and they're typically Cambodian - steep and uneven. The pool was like heaven at the end of a sweaty day looking at temples or shopping Highly recommended.
Breakfast was a little limited and the garden design attracts mosquitoes.
The hotel was beautiful and very nice, the rooms were spacious and nicely decorated. Everything was nearby. Easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff was always helpful and very friendly. Easy access by car, TukTuk or bicycle to Angkor Wat (15 Minutes)
The mattresses were very hard and not comfortable. The room had not enough storage (wardrobes) to unpack our things (we were 4 people), so we left everything in the suitcases.
close to town centre; really nice and cosy; the room (4 people room with access to swimming pool); the little swimming pool ; the staff; a lot of services
just one thing: the water pump noise during night _ ask for a quiet room without this noise if you have light sleep
We spent two nights in this boutique Hotel. It was a nice and cozy stay. They have a nice pool, but unfortunately we didn't have the time to swim. Breakfast is a la cart and good. Room, we had the junior suit and it was good quality. Price value ratio is ok!
the shower, watter wasn't hot enough
My room big and cozy and i love the swimming pool the water is warm so i can swim at 9pm
Floor in the bathromm
Family room Look and feel Value for money
The neighbour's rather barky dogs
This hotel is a true find! The Mulberry exceeded our expectations in every regard. The staff were exceedingly pleasant and always helpful, the room was fantastic and the ambiance was perfect (peaceful and calm, but not in a stifling sort of way). For us, the location was great, just an easy 2-3 minute walk to the centre of Siem Reap's night markets and restaurants. Made-to-order hot breakfasts are available, but the breakfast buffet with the abundant fresh fruit, pastries, muesli and yogurt was more than sufficient. Be sure to have a cocktail in the patio area before heading out for the evening, the complimentary peanuts (roasted with lemon grass) are to die for.
The Wi-Fi was a bit inconsistent, but not terribly so. This Wi-Fi situation was not unique to the Mulberry, as we encountered this several times at various venues in Siem Reap.
Service was prompt, friendly and good
Small touches ... water heater wasn't working when we first used it in the room but the staff fixed it promptly. No soap dish, towel was slightly stained, both not big issues
The rooms were spacious, we had the suite room ground level which was great. All rooms surround the pool and the suite room has upstairs and downstairs, 2 single beds and bathroom and lounge area downstairs and big bed and bathroom upstairs. Full size fridge downstairs and easy walking to pub street
nothing at all, really enjoyed our stay
Staff, clean, gardens, pool
Bed was hard and very uncomfortable (for the price). Unusual room layout as bathroom/toilet was separated by short height wall. Toilet noises can be heard from bed. Shower pressure was very poor
Excellent staff. I was halfway around the world and they made me feel like I was right at home. Consummate professionals who made the stay one of my best ever. Take their recommendations on everything.
Walls in room are a bit 'thin'. Could hear people going up stairs etc in next apartments
It was great the staff was very professional And I real be back as soon as possible
There was nothing not to like - the staff were friendly, helpful and nothing was too much trouble. We were extremely sad to leave and would have extended our stay if possible.
