Absolutely loved this place, very relaxing, great design, staff and food. Loved it here.
A Peaceful, serene place with gentle, friendly staff.
It had a pool. The staff were nice.
It was really expensive for what it offered- old ACs that rumbled noisily all night, cheap wedge pillows, run down, toilets that only flushed after lots of work. I wouldn't have minded, except that I have stayed in places that were $20 less a night, and cleaner and better kept up. Far from Pub Street too.
Serounded by green. Make me feel so fresh every morning. The staff very friendly and helpfull
The location a bit far from everything.hard to find place to eat.
Nice lobby personal, the garden
Very expensiv they charge 26 $ for 2kilo laundry, room was to small and dark for 85 $ per day
Breakfasts are superb, staff are efficient and exceptionally-helpful. Garden is lovely.
Decor inside hotel has become shabby, and so has pool furniture. Absence of hot water in bathroom sink (room #1) is not acceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
I like the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. The owner is very nice. The hotel sent a tuk-tuk driver to pick us up at the airport which I thought was very nice.
I didn't like the fact that we had to move rooms once because the toilets didn't flush. The a/c didn't cool down in any of the two rooms as well as we would have wanted. The breakfast was a joke and we decided to cancel it for the rest of our stay. They ran out of juice and it was only a baguette with jam and coffee. For the same amount, we could have had a full breakfast somewhere else. The location is a bit far from the center of Siem Reap but not too bad. We would have prefered something closer. Overall, it's a 2.5 -3 star hotel and probably wouldn't stay there again.
