Breakfasts are superb, staff are efficient and exceptionally-helpful. Garden is lovely.

Decor inside hotel has become shabby, and so has pool furniture. Absence of hot water in bathroom sink (room #1) is not acceptable for a hotel of this caliber.

I like the staff. They were all very friendly and helpful. The owner is very nice. The hotel sent a tuk-tuk driver to pick us up at the airport which I thought was very nice.

I didn't like the fact that we had to move rooms once because the toilets didn't flush. The a/c didn't cool down in any of the two rooms as well as we would have wanted. The breakfast was a joke and we decided to cancel it for the rest of our stay. They ran out of juice and it was only a baguette with jam and coffee. For the same amount, we could have had a full breakfast somewhere else. The location is a bit far from the center of Siem Reap but not too bad. We would have prefered something closer. Overall, it's a 2.5 -3 star hotel and probably wouldn't stay there again.

A wonderful local community-situated, small lodge with friendly, accommodating staff. This is not a touristy, western style hotel. Tastefully appointed with meals available. You can easily take a tuk-tuk into the heart of the city. You need a car to get to Angkor Wat.
