Score from 12 reviews Excellent
We loved Navutu - everything was excellent from the moment we arrived. It has a great set of pools and offers a very attractive setting, at a reasonable price. Our personal tuk tuk driver was brilliant and was a major reason for us being able to enjoy Siem Reap as we did. Reception make you feel very welcome and looked after - nothing was too much trouble.
It's hard to think of any negatives - we had a fantastic stay. The food was not bad at all, but if the food menu was improved I think the hotel would move up to the next level. Visitors should be aware the hotel is 5 mins out of town, but that can be an advantage and the personal tuk tuk driver means it is no problem at all.
We stayed here for 6 fantastic days, the staff were absolutely superb and the resort itself with the villas and 3 pools allow you to put your feet up after a long day exploring all that Siem Reap has to offer. Whilst it's location may to some be a negative, we loved the fact that it was set away from the hustle and bustle of the city centre, the 10 minute tuk-tuk ride is definitely worth it. The only noise you can hear are the temples nearby!
Sadly one of the pools was being repaired whilst we were there (luckily there are 2 others), and it's certainly at the pricier end of the scale for Cambodian standards, but I feel that you get what you pay for in the end.
yoga courses, massages, tuk yuk at disposal
breakfast choice could be better
Situated in the outskirts of Siem Reap this beautiful pearl of a resort far exceeded our expectations and gave us a memorable trip. The staff was the most friendly and kind people we have ever met in a hotel. A lot of hotels and resort could learn a great deal from this place
For starters the three, yes three massive pools were amazing! Majority of the time you had a whole pool to yourself. The rooms were awesome and the double shower room (it was seriously a room) was so cool.
Friendly staff and good tuk tuk drivers. Beautiful place to rest snd relax after spending hours walking the temples.
Staff are friendly, and the room and surrounding are clean.
Resort is extremely comfortable, nice swimming pools, tuk tuk service to Ankor area and Siem Reap town central and a wonderful staff.
It is a bit remote, walking to the city central is not really an option.
Fantasic resort! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone travelling to Cambodia. We stayed in an explorer room and it was beautiful. The shower was amazing! It was great having 3 pools to choose from which gave you plenty of space to relax. The staff was excellent and very helpful. They even arranged a private car to drive us to the boarder of Thailand, on very short notice, the day we checked out and were able to put it on the room charge so we did not have to worry about having the correct currency. The resort is located a few minutes outside of the city, which was perfect as it was nice and quiet. They provide you with your own tuck tuck driver, so getting back and forth between town and the resort or out to the temples is very easy.
Could not fault Navutu. Wonderful Experience & the designated tuk tuk driver for the duration of your stay is truly wonderful. Loved every second. The staff are friendly and professional, food is delicious too! The pools are fabulous. I bet the yoga was great, though we didn't get around to taking a class however being yogi's (on vacation) it was nice to see the yoga teacher around the resort.
That we had to leave. We were all very sad to leave Navutu.
Off the beaten trap hotel, with lovely staff, spacious rooms and very clean.
Sometimes there was very loud music coming from outside the hotel at night.
Beautifully designed hotel with huge rooms and great staff to run it
Major security lapse on our stay that was addressed when it happened. Hotel also off a dirt road and that made walking with my baby outside the hotel impossible
I liked everything from the beginning to the end. The staff is very welcoming and very competent. Tuk-Tuk driver allocated for the length of the stay. The overall setup is perfect. Overall excellent.
The pool that was very far from our room: at least 5 meters. Everything was great.
The staff is amazing, couldn't ask for more! Nice place with nice food. They provide you a private tuk tuk driver to visit the temples and the city. Totally recommend it!
The location is great for those looking for peace and quiet. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the rooms were clean, comfortable and tastefully decorated. This is a delightful hotel and we will definitely return.
The equipment in the fitness center was a bit tired and limited but everything else was perfect.
The new hotel is excellent. It is the best hotel we stayed so far in Asia. The hotel offered a free tuktuk-driver throughout our stay so it didn't matter that the hotel is a little bit outside of town in the rural surrounding. The staff is very friendly and polite and we enjoyed a few days in the lovely country of Cambodia.
The tut tut and driver was both lovely and very necessary. The rooms are spacious but try to take one that is not directly facing a swimming pool for more privacy. The gardens and pools are very nice.
The breakfast offering was really poor and repetitive also the coffee horrible. The distance from the centre of Siem Reap, a little too far for friends probably ok for families. The gym was terrible, you could not even call it a gym.
wonderfull place wonderfull service
1)The free use of tuktuk during duration of stay. 2)The spacious room. 3)The 3 pools. 4) the privacy afforded guests. 5) allowing very late check out 6) free wifi 7) tuktuk driver mr. Long who also served as our tour guide 8) they packed breakfast for us when we had to go watch sunrise at angkor
1) massage wasn't as good as expected. 2) food was a little pricey but good 3) dusty road leading to the hotel
Small, intimate nature of hotel; amazingly friendly staff and tuk tuk drivers; swimming pools; bedroom.
I liked everything
We very much enjoyed our stay at Navutu Dreams. We only stayed at the resort for 3 nights and were sorry to have to leave so soon. The hotel manager and her staff made us feel very welcome from the minute we arrived. We were given a delicious passion fruit shake and a very helpful overview of the hotel, the town and the Angkor Wat park upon our arrival. The grounds of the hotel are beautiful. There’s a restaurant which serves food all day, starting off with an excellent breakfast including exotic fruits, pastries and eggs and then moving on to pool snacks/lunch/dinner from a Western or Eastern menu. The choice of three pool areas give guests the option to swim laps, play with the kids or relax at the lounge pool. Two tuk-tuk drivers were at our service any time we needed them. They took us to Siem Reap for dinner and spent all day driving us from temple to temple. They even took us to a temple further out on our second day and showed us the way Cambodian people live outside the touristy town of Siem Reap. Like all the staff in the hotel, our drivers were extremely friendly, helpful and it was very interesting to have them explain the Cambodian history, traditions and way of life to us. I highly recommend Navutu Dreams to anyone travelling in Cambodia. We were very happy with its location outside the centre of Siem Reap – it felt like returning to our own little retreat leaving the bustle of the city behind us.
The service and the attitude of the staff.
Slow wi-fi connectivity
Perfect location (quiet yet close to the action), attentive and friendly staff, dedicated Tuk-Tuk driver, beautiful grounds with wonderful amenities, excellent dining options.
Surprisingly, we liked the fact the hotel was out of town as our dedicated tuk tuk driver was great and the rides became the favourite part of our day!
Rooms are spacious and well designed. Staff was very kind and helpful, the hotel is the perfect place for a relaxing stay, away from the tourist & street noise. The restaurant was also very good with a mix of Asian and Western food. Yoga class is also a nice addition! Included all-day tuk tuk is a great way to visit the temples.
The only thing we could mention is that it is slightly further from the temples and the city centre than other hotels. Although it is compensated by the free tuk tuk service.
