It was such a great place will situated and out of the way at the same time. The staff was extremely welcoming and helpful.a really great value,i would recommend it to everybody
Location (very close to night market but yet located at very quiet place) Staff are helpful Working WiFi
Has only very basic facilities but was not staying in the room except for sleeping anyway
Location is extremely good. Less than a minute walk from the busy center, though completely silent at night. Staff is very helpful and friendly
Bring ear plugs if you're room is, like ours was, near the reception. Though there is zero noise from the streets at night, there might be some noise coming from the reception area.
The owner and most of their staff members) are fluent in English, friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Location is away from busy pub street/bars so able to get god night sleep. Food at the front is amazing.
The hotel is in a good locartion, walking distance from the action. Its clean, looks good and the staff were friendly.
The biggest downside and the reason I complained was that they are currently doing building work which can be heard throughout the hotel. No advance notice on the website or in the hotel. (the is a small sign we later found but other than that no mention) so from early morning the banging drilling starts and carries on all day. The hotel then rejected to give me a refund / compensation which I felt was reasonable as I was unaware of the noise. Booking.com however were excellent at resolving the issue and giving me a refund.
I have been staying at Neth Socheata when visiting Siem Reap for a number of years. It is a great location in central Siem Reap but is located in a quiet lane way away from the noise and hussle. It is spotlessly clean and nothing is too much trouble for the owner and staff There is also a small restaurant attached to the hotel.
You can't beat the location - right in the center of town and easy walking to shopping and restaurants. The staff is so accommodating and is able to arrange private guides and transportation to all the sights.
I requested a ground floor room but it was dark and a bit damp. There was just a tiny window with blinds that did not allow for natural light.
good for the price, very good location. central yet quiet.
breakfast does not offer any variety.
This is a beautifull place to stay, great location for tourist activities, while quiet at night. Staff is very nice and helpfull. Arrange to be picked up from the Airport by providing precise details of your flight and arrival time in order to avoid annoying taxi drivers.
Nothing bad to say
Excellent location - in city center, nearby Pub street, but in quiet street. Very nice and helpful staff. Very good value for money
There is nothing you couldn't like. I have stayed in hundreds of hotels in my sixty two years on this planetand would have to rate this in the top five. It is a lovely boutique hotel with the friendliest people you could ever meet.
My room was modern, quiet and well furnished with narrow bathroom. Staff showed genuine sense of customer care. Good stay, fine value.
The procedures at the early morning checkout were too long and complicated.
Location, it's so close to the pub street. But hidden from the hustle and bustle so you get to sleep in peace at night. Room is clean.
Limited choice for breakfast, very small bathroom (for triple bedroom) and towels given are so old that some stubborn stains are still visible. Not so good deal for angkor wat tour, better book it direct from the tour agent.
The location is fantastic. It is in a quiet little alley only a block from many great restaurants. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The beds are comfortable. The cleaning staff keep everything at a high standard of cleanliness.
One of the best hotels we've stayed in in our month long trip through Asia. Superb location near Pub Street, and still quiet enough as it's tucked away in an alley. Staff is incredible helpful and even do everything in their power to arrange last minute requests.
There was a low humming sound going through the hotel that you could hear at night. Not sure what is was. Probably some large airco thing.
I am a korean student visiting Siem reap for the first time. everyone staff was kind and friendly and the hotel was at a walking distance to pub street. Also if you are looking for a tuktuk for a day, I suggest asking for mr. Pui at the reception desk.
my driver at the airport had problem finding this hotel so ask for tuktuk driver from hotel beforehand.
Excellent location in a lane-way minutes from Pub street and the market area yet very quiet. Lovely staff.
The WiFi was pathetic! The manager kept resetting it for me. In the end I just gave up asking.
great location, kind staff. the room is cleaned everyday. free pick up from airport
considering the room price, the condition is just so so, my room is located in the ground floor and i can hear people talking in the reception clearly.
1. The location is good. Just a few steps to Pub Street and Old Market. 2. The hotel is clean. 3. The staff are helpful, friendly and polite 4. Bed and pillows are comfortable. 5. Can book tuk tuk and car through the hotel, and the drivers are reliable.
1. The bathing water was too cold for me, so I got cold the last two days.
This is the best hotel I've seen in 3 months of Asia. Clean rooms, satellite channels, great bathroom, 100 metres from pubstreet but in a small alley so no noise, great staff. Just book it, you won't be dissappointed.
This is an excellent place to stay in Siem Reap. Not the cheapest, but certainly excellent - they even have security for bikes if you choose to rent one. It is VERY close to Pub St and the old market, yet in a narrow road that shuts out all of the noise. Staff is excellent.
The only thing that was odd is that there is no shower curtain in the shower, which means that the entire bathroom floor gets wet when you shower.
Location is spot on, right next to town centre but in a side street which means you don't get all the noise from the nightlife etc....the standard of accommodation is excellent considering the rates they charge. Would definitely stay here again, if I returned to siem reap.
Only one thing,clean rooms
If you book single room on booking is says that you have a balcony...you don't...i payed something different from that what i got...no balcony, window is so small and room is dark....they put me in a room next to reception so i new ho is checking in and out...if you go there i thing you can do much better for same price if not cheaper...
the staffs were great! very helpful and was very friendly. Overall a fantastic trip for us. :)
nothing... everything was really great.
This hotel was a wonderful experience. The staff are lovely and the room are very clean . We enjoyed it very much. I strongly recommend it, good price for excellent quality and service. Enjoy Angkor with their guide and Tuk Tuk
