Loved the room and the pool and the friendluness
If i had to find fault it would be the breakfast which was a la carte but lacking great selection...ie very meagre jams etc given.
Pillows were poor
Apart from very spacious rooms the service in this place is very personal and simply perfect. There is absolutely nothing to improve, they take care of every single detail (e.g. the type of scent for your room). Great organization for tours, make sure to follow the restaurant recommendations given by the owner.
We liked everything. Everything was perfect, even th food.
The fact that we had to go!
This hotel is between down town and Angkor Wat. You can go any where by bicycle easily. Breakfast is good with many choices. Facility is good and clean. Staffs are very nice. The owner of the hotel came to us everyday to check if we lived well, which was very nice.
We were greeted at the door by staff with cold towels. Sat us down and oriented us followed by giving all of us a gift and then escorting us to our rooms. The owner greeted us as well. Very helpful and so nice. Gave us a great recommendation for Khmer food and night life.
Nice & helpful staff, Good Location with 5 Mins Tuk Tuk can reach to Night Market, Keep Cleaning the room few times a day.
No brown sugar for the nice coffee. Broken Coke found in Refrigerator, after that Ants was keep line up in the room.... Swimming Pool not big enough & not well design.
Really nice and conveniently located. Great staff who are always ready to attend to your needs. Great value for money. For the price I paid, it is better than some of the 5 star hotels.
Nicely decorated, large rooms, swimming pool and helpful staff. The owner will do everything he can to make your journey perfect!
I spend 100 nights a year in hotels all over the world, and this is the best value-for-money hotel I have stayed in! Rooms are very modern and nice with super-quick wifi. Staff is extremely smiling and friendly, while the hotel (16 rooms only) is an oasis of calmness in an otherwise quite noisy Siem Reap. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
The only thing that is really missing is a gym. That being said, with all the temple walking done during the day and a nice swim in the hotel pool afterwards it isn't hugely missed...
Everything !: - Staff + if you need tuk tuk ask for Pov he is wonderful! - Facilities, room, roof top swimming pool - Excellent breakfast
Location close to Angkor Wat but further from city center - requiring tuk tuk (3$ to go)
Room was very wide, bed was extremely comfortable. Nice swimming pool on the rooftop. Staff extremely helpful and polite. The place just opened but the owned is very experienced and knows how to treat customers
The massage service is not good and expensive, especially compared to some of the alternative in town which are extremely good and cheap (10 USD for an hour). Breakfast menu is a bit limited if you don't want eggs..
Easy access to everything, top breakfast, excellent service.
The Welcome was truly nice, very nice and helpfull owner, good food, very nice personnel and good guides arranged by the hotel.
The staff is great, courteous, friendly and service oriented. From the reception staff to the Tuk-tuk driver they are all great. The SPA experience was amazing: courtesy, massage, pampering... Rooms have exactly what's needed. Comfortable and with enough luxury but without extras that are not needed. Simple but with good quality. Great small hotel. Owner always attentive and available.
The most impressive feature of Nita by Vo is the extraordinary service and attention to detail. From the warmest of welcomes on arrival to the complimentary bottle of sparkling wine awaiting us in our bedroom on my birthday to arranging everything to make our stay truly memorable. I would recommend this hotel to any discerning traveller looking for the best possible hospitality in a hotel that is beautifully designed and perfect to explore Ankor Wat.
A real boutique Hotel, Beautiful small hotel with Very friendly staff. Very clean. Good breakfast. The owner ,Darryl, is great guy with a lot of knowledge about the area.
I liked everything.
From the word go - this was an outstanding stay. The service and attention from staff was out standing. Nothing was an issue and they think of all your needs. The room was very comfortable and spacious. We loved the pool and rooftop bar - what a great homecoming after a day of exporting all the beauty that Siam Reap has to offer. We would definitely recommend this boutique hotel - whether you are a couple, group of friends or travelling as a family. Daryl the owner should feel very proud of what he has achieved and what a great team he has.
Amazing boutique hotel. Every aspect was well thought out and perfect execution of all services. Friendly. Perfectly located for Angkor Watt visit.
The stay was fantastic. I was not sure what to expect, then from the moment I arrived I felt I was at home. The service, the facility, everything was just so perfect. The spacious room and the bed, I would have to just the best I have experienced. The staff were so attentitve, the breakfast was a la carte, I would not have any doubts to recommend this hotel to anyone. This time I only stayed one night, no doubt I will be back staying at Nita again. Well done, Nita.
the staffs were really friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable :) also the tuk tuk driver was a nice person, definitely recommend this place
My family and a friend flew from Bangkok into Siem Reap, Cambodia to visit Ankor Wat for 3 night and 4 days break. Whilst in Siem Reap we stayed at a small boutique hotel called Nita by Vo. The hotel is situated half way between Siem Reap and Ankor Wat in a nice quite location. I booked this hotel on-line and didn’t really know what to expect as website shots of hotels are generally out of date. We arrived at the hotel early afternoon, and after chaos at immigration at Siem Reap airport we were all feeling a little hot and bothered. As our taxi arrived at the hotel entrance we were welcomed by the hotel staff and given a cold towel each. After which we were taken into the hotel and seated in comfortable chairs while the staff provided us with a cold refreshing cane juice and rum cocktail. When all the formalities were out of the Australian owner came out and introduced himself with a genuine welcome while his staff presented us with a small gift each which contained soap, lip balm, mosquito repellent and a couple of other small items. It was a very nice touch. Our rooms were spacious, clean, comfortable, cool with a marble type floor (which made the room cool), timber paneled walls and ceiling. Without a doubt a very well appointed room with a large separate bath, shower and toilet. The hotel has a roof-top swimming pool with spa and massages available on demand, however unfortunately we didn’t have time to try a massage. The Oz Café is opened all day until late evening and the food is excellent and at reasonable prices. We tried the owner’s homemade beef pies which I didn’t expect to see in Cambodia, however they were large, delicious and exactly what the “doctor ordered”. I also recommend the homemade jam and toast at breakfast. All of the hotel staff are genuine, polite, well-mannered and helpful. I found them to be very gentle people who want to please. Because of the size of the hotel the staff are able to pamper the guests.
Absolutely excellent property. Owner/manager is a hospitality genius and the staff is among the best I've encountered in 45 years of business/leisure travel.
Sorry I couldn't stay longer.
