The WIFI was great. The entrance and the roof top are nicely decorated.
I stayed in the attached building that did not have an elevator. Going up the first set of stairs was a bit of a challenge since they're really steeped. The room is okay as there were stains on the blanket, no TV cable, and it was mosquitoes infested.
Beautiful guesthouse. Loved the design, staff was amazing, loved the rooftop pool as well.
Have nothing bad to say about this place. Overall excellent.
The staff were very friendy and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The aircon was not working when we arrived and someone came to look at it immediately. We enjoyed using the pool.
The wifi signal sometimes disappeared and the location of the accommodation was a little out of the way from the main street which required us to use transport but these were minor issues.
All staffs are very kind and always smile. Facilities are good.
Distance to pubstreet is far a little
Everything about the design of the hotel was very traditional, very old style architecture which I really liked
- strong Wifi - good location - very friendly staff - best rooftop pool so far!
- funky sounds from the bathroom (probably connected drains)
I really like the people from cabodia, they are so easygoing, and i had a tuc-tuc driver from hotel, so nice as well. Please respect the warning that say: take off your shoes! :)
Just wifi don't work very well in the room.
The pool is really good, good size with sunbeds in the roof where is the bar. Rooms cleaning every day.
We been in the guest house and the steps for arrive are horrible, quite tall, the room was alright, maybe all furniture and with all the mosquitos inside needs a mosquito ned. But for the price is alright because you have pool, probably the rooms in the hotel are better.
Les chambres affreuses
Staff was pleasant. Lobby was nice. Breakfast was decent.
I literally showered on the toilet. There was a shower hose coming out of the wall and when you showed the whole wash room was the shower. Everything got wet and then I had to step out of the washroom on to a dirty bath mat. I.was happy I had brought flip flops that I could wear in the bathroom because I would not have wanted to step directly on to the floor.
The pool was by far this guesthouse's best selling point. Relaxing poolside after a long morning of templing was perfect.
Bed is a bit uncomfortable. Bathroom is a bit dodgy, but definitely bearable.
great pool on the rooftop, superb staff, everyone very helpful, very nice room
The accommodation was clean, staff attentive and generally an attractive and comfortable place to stay. Lovely setting with front courtyard and pretty building. Very comfortable beds, small doubles as singles. Effective air con.
No lifts and very steep stairs to second floor. Hotel was set down an alley which could be off putting to some people. Breakfast in the hotel was expensive and poor value for money
From the time I booked the okay, my emails were answered very quickly, I was worried about arriving in the eve( especially as my plane was over an hour late) would someone be there to meet me, and yes they were with a smile! Check in was so lovely they knew I was 'miss jackie' which was so sweet and the manager came out to greet me personally, as a solo 50 female I was made to feel very welcome over my 4 night stay.they organised a tuk tuk the following day after I'd relaxed by the pool for couple of hours.just lovely. Up on the roof, with views, loungers, hammocks and the bar/ restaurant (I ate all my meals there!) food was delicious I thought very reasonable priced very tasty chicken curry 2 beers$5.5 coffee $2.55( until I ate outside!) eg coffee at lilys75c!! Beer 75c... But compaired to uk fab value. I've stayed in another guest house for $18 on and not a patch on Okay. Definately stay here if you can. Ps ATM outside the gates( very handy)
The only pain was the chanting from ?adjoining monastery, but to be fair a pair of ear plugs ( which is a must I've discovered ) and it's fine
I loved the rooftop pool, friendly staff, and it just felt safe. Breakfast was great, balanced between western and khmer cuisines. Take your shoes off before entering the lobby - I just liked the way this guesthouse respected the local customs.
everything was fine, wifi ok, location ok, tuk tuk in the front of the hotel, 2dollar to old market, they make tours and transport also, but the pool doesnt lookd good like on pictures
the pool doesnt lookd good like on pictures
A really friendly hotel and a really nice atmosphere. The staff were incredibly helpful and very kind.
Our only issue was our toilet which never stopped running and eventually began to smell. The staff tried to fix it but it was never quite right. Otherwise we had a great experience.
Nice reception, Clean coridors, Average duże of rooms, free clima, friendly staff, perfect connection to airport and Arun
Small pool, No so nice bathroom, Bar service on roof average quality
Stayed 6 days then returned for another 3 nights. Wonderful friendly and very helpful staff. Roof top pool and bar were lovely. Room a bit dated but clean enough and comfortable. For $18 dollars a night per room you can't go wrong. 10 min walk into the centre or $2 in a tuk tuk. Recommend it!
Walking distance to Grand Palace and Khao San Road if wanting to party or buy some souvenirs
Staff not very friendly, near Khao San a little bit noisy
pool was nice and really clean and also refreshingly cold and the view from the roof was great also the reception staff are really friendly
bed dipped in the middle , shower didnt get hot , two parts to the building one with a lift the other without , if they put you in the part without you have to climb a lot of stairs , its a 5 storey building and after walking around Angkor Wat all day climbing steep stairs is the last thing you want to do
There was a party the first day and it was very noisy in the room. The room was dirty and not good value for money. I would not recommend this place.
Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean and new. Rooms are good. Swimming pool and rooftop bar are awesome. Sometimes wifi did not work but in the lobby its good.
There was one unfriendly lady who overcharged us for having only coffee ($3) without the breakfast, but all the other workers were great, so it didn't bother us too much. No hot showers.
bike rentals, pool, view from terrace,
bathroom is not very good- taking shower means everything is flooded, there is no space to put staff in bathroom, no shelves or table, which is a bit annoying located bit far from town, -around 20min walk to PUB street where all restaurants etc are, around7km away from Angkor
Staff in roof restaurant need a little more training in the art of customer service.
Rooms very basic on suite poor
