Pool - really nice rooftop pool with great views of Siem Reap Restaurant - poolside, great food, good price but small portions Staff - really friendly staff, always someone about to help
Room - quite out-dated and no wardrobe or fridge, it could have been cleaner, but it was a great size room
warm and friendly staffs. facilities are quite good. fair and reasonable price.
the basin in the toilet is very small and the stand is over the basin. when I try to brush the tooth and wash my face, it's difficult. the price raised up start from October, so the staff asked me to pay for the rest. I do paid, but we are deal with the price that I booked from booking.com. So, shouldn't the staff inform the customers about the price range first?
Swimming pool on the roof is really great to have in the city
Bedclothes are a bit yellow
The staff were so friendly and kind we booked for four days and stayed six fall in love with the people and place very very very good value for money and tuk tuk drivers always available pool was beautiful and bar and food open late and good prices best place toSstay
Nice room with plenty of space. Pool on the roof - would have been nice but we didn't get to use it as they were cleaning it out. Good location near to the night market 15 minutes walk from guesthouse. the staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.
I liked their tuk tuk driver Mr. Yen that drove me to the temples of Ankgor, he is a very nice and kind guy. I also liked the swimming pool on the roof. My room was large, quiet and confortable.
Air con is only cool after a long time.
staff are very friendly and providing everything that they can provide. 5 stars for customer service for this guesthouse!
The room should have a little renovation
Pillow were flat. I had items go missing and staff didn't seem to care and nothing was bought to managers attention nor was it dealt with professionally.
We booked last minute and got a great deal for a 3 person room in the guest house. When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and they upgraded us to the villa because we went during slow season in July. They also treated us to a delightful lemongrass & honey condition which I haven't been able to find anywhere else during my travels to southeast Asia. Another group of friends booked later that day and were also upgraded and given the room next to us. The staff was friendly the entire time and helped us with whatever we needed. Great accommodation, awesome rooftop pool, and only a 10minute walk to the center! Thanks OK guesthouse for a lovely stay!
Hotels are for sleeping, we are not a resort kind of family. This hotel was clean and safe. We all slept well and had no complaints. For the price I was expecting much less and was pleasantly surprised.
Rooftop swimming pool and cafe were great. Wifi works at the pool too which was great for when I had to work as it was cool up there in the shade. Staff were helpful and gradually took an interest in getting to know us. Bike hire was great - get to Pub Street in 5 mins on bike. breakfast was quite good and they could cope with variation from the menu. We got a room with no aircon just fan, but it worked well so was a comfortable temp.
Our room was very drab, particularly the bathroom. Initially the room wasn't clean - rubbish on floor and in basin. Staff did better job next day. Some rooms like ours looked out onto a wall, but this also meant the room was cooler than those that got the morning sun. No phone in room - hallway. No wardrobe made it awkward.
I honestly can't think of anything bad to say about Okay Guesthouse. The staff were very helpful and helped us get to our next destination. The rooms were clean and the pool and massages were just what we needed after several days of angkor wandering. I'll definitely be back!
You can find better food outside of the Guesthouse. The rooftop restaurant is convenient but try some of the more local restaurants in the area.
The roof pool and bar area were fantastic
Room could have been cleaner
Rooftop pool Room was pleasant Close to town ccentre by tuc tuc (5 mins, $2)
Wifi generally didn't work When booking trips through the hotel, make sure you ask what the full cost will be. The staff's English is not great - we ended up paying $50 for a (really good!) boat trip to the floating villages near Siem Reap, but we had assumed we had paid the hotel when it turned out we had only paid for our transport there and back.
Rooms peaceful, clean and pleasant to be in. Rooftop swimming pool a real pleasure, even though relatively small. Staff helpful, and warm, and had good English. Reception area attractive, good use of wood in the décor. On site massage good and inexpensive.
After seeing the Hotel from outside and the Lobby and pool it was hard to believe that this is a backpacker place. the design is beautiful, rooms are not as stunning but very big and clean. the rooftop pool is clearly the Highlight for this Money.
staff in Restaurant is sometimes a Little slow, reception a bit chaotic except one or two guys, some staff doesn't seem to understand english. tours have been promoted that were clearly a rip off, especially the Tonle Sap tour - stay away from this annoying and overpriced tour. I noticed that Lady policy is strange and not very relaxed but this is not uncommon in Cambodia. Wifi is horrible.
Nice place because of swimming pool. Not in the city center.
The staff was really nice although had sometimes little problems with english, not bad tho. The pool was nice Pick up service from airport was great. For the bathroom and toilet - yes you shower and the toilet gets wet but this happens in other asian countries as well - try to adapt your western standards to the domestic ones Food in the hotel is cheaper than in the tourist center (pub street) Always bargain with tuk tuk drivers- 1 Dollar in the city is enough!
Towels and bed sheets were bit dirty, therefore I recommend to bring your own thin travel towel and bed sheets (blankets from planes are perfect for this purpose) Do NOT drink the cheap angkor wat water in the room, my friends including me had "troubles" afterwards...
Nice room, nice pool. Helpful staff.
Roof top swimming pool Facilities Staff Location Room Everything

Toilet seat wasn't attached, bathroom wasn't clean or maintained.
Everything is awesome... Except for wifi...
