Orussey Hotel  

Ruime kamers en schoon. Ruime, schone badkamer met ruime douche.

De in- en uitgang was wat lastig te vinden, maar als je weet dat je die bereikt via de parkeergarage dan is het opgelost.

Guest had access to a fitness center equipped with modern cardio/weight lifting machines. The hotel also offers steam rooms and massages. The price was decent especially with the amenities offered. The hotel is also located above the massive Orussey market where you can bargain some great deals on shopping. I recommend this hotel and def will stay here again.

The hours to the fitness center. I was hoping to get a quick workout in the morning but it doesn't open till noon. The Internet was a bit slow but it could be that our room was further away.

You have to climb by the parking. The staff is very slow is not the best area the room are correct but there are place nicer in the center of Phnom Penh . The Spa is not great.

This place used to be great. I stayed there in 2010 and 2011. large rooms, great saunas, gym, etc. 5 star quality for really little money

This time, things were rapidly going from bad to worse, so I checket out after 1 night instead of staying 3 nights as planned. 1. I booked a superior room, the room picture/description on bookings was misleading. I was given a small, old room without window, not the one I booked. never mind, I upgraded to a beautiful deluxe, where I stayed twice previously. went to the fitness/welness center: staff not as professional as before, many looked bored and unhappy to work. sauna showed cracks in the wood and showed signs of disrepair. similar situation in the showers: broken, not well tended. toilet was clogged. next morning, no adsl connection worked. I explained it was not a wifi problem, but the all internet system of the hotel needed to be restarted/repaired. they sent 2 guys into my room. one smelt like he never had a shower in his entire life. both admitted they couldn't fix it. as I need internet for my online businesess 24/7, I promptly checked out. this is the end of a 3-years love with a once great hotel.

Нет даже окон в номере! Грязно. Полно бумажек. Наволочек на подушки мы не допросились. В туалете что-то текло и воняло мочей. Зайти в отель можно только через паркинг.

Frühstück erst ab 7:30 und nicht zu empfehlen schlechter Service (unfreundliches Personal) sehr laut, da Disko am Dach und viele Prostituierte

просторный номер, в комнате есть все необходимое, душ, чайник, кондиционер.

отель расположен над рынком, очень шумно вокруг. многие водители не знают, где находится этот отель, нас пару раз доставляли в другое место. так как отель находится на приличной высоте, тук-тукеры не всегда довозят до дверей гостиницы, а иногда просто высаживают на первом этаже. с сумками подниматься не очень-то удобно

I've stayed at Orussey before. My last stay there was simply dreadfull because of the noise levels from the ktv downstairs. Impossible to get any sleep before 2-3 am. This stay however was very peacefull. I did not hear the karaoke all week. Got an upgraded twin room due to a glitch in the booking system, paid $19 a night for a $35 room. All in all I was very pleased with my stay there.

Where do I begin! I dont usually leave reviews for things but I just needed to spread the world on this hotel! No windows in rooms, had blood on my bed sheet, drain in shower was blocked so would fill up like a bath and water would go all over floor! I tried asking the desk to ask cleaners to put some bleach down the drain but their English is so bad they didn't understand me. The bulb in the bathroom blew but when I showed them they understood and were every helpful and maintenance man came straight away. The karaoke event room kept me up until the early hours! 4/5 nights they had an event. The location is okay, about 5min drive to riverside and some attractions, 15mins to tuel sleug. I think the hotel needs to update it's marketing material and remove every reference to 'luxury' and update the pictures - maybe they could call it luxury in the 80s but this place is so dated now. I think im also the only person staying here, I haven't seen anyone in the restaurant, its a eery ghost town, with no soul. At least put the radio on to bring some life to the place! The signage in the restaurant suggests they have a large selection on offer, all they had were pizzas for lunch and dinner! And Same for the breakfast. They had no orange juice and the 'chef' couldn't make coffee she said the other girl who knows how would be in later....okay then?! Dont put coffee on the menu then if no one can make it?! So she just offered me a glass of milk. Don't even expect getting eggs and bacon. I don't know why she even handed me the menu to decide if I wanted full English or basic because they only had toast and some jam!

値段の割には内装、設備、ロケーション等受付の女の子の愛想もよかった。

場所が非常にわかりにくい。案内の地図にはｵﾙｾｰﾏｰｹｯﾄの向かいになっていたが実際はﾏｰｹｯﾄの中- 。車専用のスロープで５階まで上がってホテルの受付だった。目の前にいながら場所がわからずﾄｩｸﾄｩｸに- 乗ることになってしまった。

The gym was nice.

Location is absolutely terrible. So many other better choices.

The gym was excellent. Comfy bed and powerful shower.

The location isnt great as it is on top of market and you need to walk up winding carpark to get to it. Staff didnt explain anything so had to find gym and spa myself. Extortionate charges for laundry- $1 per item!

The orussey had one good thing and that was the gym! The gym was outstanding! Treadmills, weights and sauna!

The room wasn't clean, the staff didn't offer any help with navigating the surrounding areas and when asked they didn't know, the shower wouldn't drain, so it split all over the floor, it's location isn't great and you have to walk up two or three levels of a parking garage before you can teach the hotel.

Bad location, deluxe rooms don't have wi-fi, some staff sleeps on hotel lobby chairs which shows a very lazy attitude. Very poor restaurant facilities, has an empty and distasteful feeling when entering the hotel.
