The staff was really helpful. We arrived at 8 in the morning and they gave us the room ;) They gave us first a room without any window. However when we asked for one with windows they change it immediately..

The Pacific Hotel is located near the Central market. The room given to us are small for family but clean. The hotel staff are friendly.

bon situation , sécurité safe-box..ptit déjeuner limite et pauvre, personnel aimable sans trop d'expérience, chambre avec fenêtre.. aprécié, mais pas pouvoir ouvrir le bruit de l'avenue et la musique trop fort par certains commerçants voisins.

Personnel efficace, aimable et attentif. Hotel extrêmenent bien placé (marché, grand magasin, atm, gare routière et proche quartier touristique) Bon rapport qualité /prix. Paiement par carte de crédit possible mais à anticiper (panne du système intempestive)

hotel situe a 10 minutes du marche et du station de bus ainsi que de centre commercial,a 20minutes du palais royal ,il y a un etablissement de change juste en face de l hotel... le bruit de la clim,le petit dejeuner pas trop varie ..

Localisation tres proche du central Market et de la station de bus. Personel tres acceuillant et serviable (reservation des tickets de bus pour Siem Reap Chambre 501 trop petite (3lits), trop chaude, ce qui oblige a avoir la climatisation branchée tout le temps.. Et elle est bruyante..

床头柜有蚂蚁，但是考虑到离capitol近才定了这个酒店。（金边的酒店普遍不太干净，除非是豪华舒适型- 酒店，所以30-60美金一晚的酒店都是这个清洁程度）酒店服务员态度较好，但是也很会赚钱，capitol的车票居然卖我- 们7美金，好在他帮我们订好了7：30分的班次。早餐难吃。如果是第二天前往暹粒的话短住一晚可以忍受。 原定给我们的房间到了我们check in的时候酒店给别人了，无奈再换酒店。酒店manager可能和员工沟通有问题，还给我们换了比这家贵1- 1美金的酒店，卫生环境比原来更差劲。manager不肯贴钱，即使是他们的失误。最终商议下来就是自己吃- 亏倒贴，因为已经半夜1点了。还好manager答应可以免费pick up去机场。也就这样吧。
