A friendly staff, they arranged pick up from the bus station. I had read some bad comments about this place before booking and still decided to go. It just makes me laugh people expecting a 5 star hotel when they are paying 10 $ ! Yes the shower has not much pressure, appliances are old and the air con filter should be cleaned but to me it is totally value for money !

The intention behind the free coffee and breakfast is good, but the food is not.

It was comfortable, very clean, the staff were nice, breakfast was basic but good, and it had TV, with quite a few English speaking channels.

My room didn't have a fridge, which I thought was part of the deal. Maybe I read it wrong. But I found myself one after two days, so no problems there.

The hotel definitely has had its best time. It needs a renovation. Forget the fotos, it is not as good as on the fotos. The sunbed is mostly used by the staff, there is not any restaurant anymore, for breakfast you get instant noodles with hot water (not even the noodles are cooked), the bed sheets are not changed after more than 3 days and at the beginning already dirty. There is not any nice decoration or bed as shown on the fotos in the rooms. The toilet is part of the room, divided by a wall but open roof. We were really disappointed and would recommend to stay in another hotel. The staff did not answer our request for picking up, even did not receive the phone calls from the bus company. So we took our own Tuk-Tuk, which we took the next days as well whch seemed to bother the staff. But that is not our fault. There are at least 4 guys hanging around and they do not pick up the phone!

Don't expect a luxury hotel. Staff is friendly and help solving problems. Rooms are clean for that price. can walk to old market, pub street and night market in 5 minutes. Some rooms don't have warm water but this should not be a problem as the normal water is not to cold. would visit again.

Would not book bus tickets over hotel because they are 60% more expensive than the regular price.u find travel agents just in front of the hotel 5 minutes walk.

The staff were all outstanding. The drivers they arranged for us were wonderful. The breakfast was very basic, white toast, eggs or noodle soup but adequate. The room was a fair size but simple. There was plenty of hot water and the air conditioner worked well. The location was a five minute walk to pub street/night market area. The price was quite appropriate for what was provided.

The bathroom needed a good cleaning. The sheets and pillow cases were stained and that was a definite put off. The staff did immediately offer replacements but these too were stained. We decided to remain for our full five nights as the staff were so good. We were quite satisfied that we did.

A lovely place in Siem Reap, closed to the center, but in a quiet street. The staffs were very friendly, helpful, and arranged some good tours to Angkor Wat for us. The room was very nice and comfortable stay. The restaurant was very nice with free breakfast, tea and coffee in the morning. I loved sunbed in the garden so much for my relaxing from the Temples. I would definitely go here again!

выбрали этот гест, тк были в нём 2 года назад и всё понравилось. теперь оказалось, что гест переехал и всё стало ужасно. из плюсов только онлайн бронь без предоплаты, бесплатный (но медленный) вайфай и относительная близость от центра.

в минусах всё остальное. - номер с вентилятором - голые стены, кровать и телек, никакого "кхмерского стиля". По нашей просьбе дали один стул. No "khmer style", only bed and tv. - сада и бассейна с рыбками просто нет. На веранде не убираются, столы грязные. Пятна от пролитого кофе оставались всю неделю, что мы там были. No garden and fish-pool. Dirty tables on common space. - бесплатные напитки - чай и кофе - полнейшая бурда, пить невозможно, а чашки немытые. Free beverages (tea, coffee) - cat-lap, caps are dirty. - вайфай часто тормозит из-за того, что менеджеры постоянно торчат в инете, онлайном смотря какие-то фильмы. Slowly wifi because managers watch movies online. - постельное белье не по размеру матраса, постоянно сваливалось, из дико электризующейся синтетики, подушки железобетонные. Very bad, synthetic bed-clothes, pillows like rocks. - из купальных принадлежностей - только туалетная бумага. На унитазе не было сидения. No seat on lavatory. Very dirty bathroom.Водонагреватель включился после шаманства с бубном. - сначала нас поселили в Адвизор Вилла - типа, овербукинг произошел, езжайте в Адвизор, хозяин один и тот же. Адвизор оказался бомжатником с комарами и без воды вообще! Вывод - больше никогда не поедем в эти гесты (как минимум три принадлежат одному хозяину - Адвизор Вилла, Палм гарден лодж и Орал Дангкор) и никому не советуем.

This lodge made my stay in Siem Reap an absolute joy. The staffs were so friendly, helpful, and welcome. In the morning I had nice breakfast with fantastic atmosphere. The location was good one in quiet area that could make my comfortable staying at night. The room was clean and good enough to paying on it. My driver was so friendly and could speak good English, and he charged me with reasonable price for me. Thanks!! I will see you again.

Hôtel situé à 10 mn de marche du centre animé et des marchés. Cadre extérieur agréable et calme. Personnel sympa.

邮件确定过的去机场接机并没有去，航班号和抵达时间都和旅舍确定过，到达旅舍之后问老板居然说他也没办法。-

The rooms were generally clean. Arrived early afternoon on the first night stay and was provided a free tuk tuk to see Angkor Wat at sunset. Staff were quick to resolve my complaints.

Was put up for part of stay across the street at a Oral D'Angkor across the street, which is under the same ownership, no prior notice given. Internet was not 24 hours at Oral D'Angkor. Wifi was there, but Internet didn't seem to work at times in the evening, especially after the night staff went to bed (they sleep just inside the entrance area). Packed breakfasts (ie breakfast if leaving the lodge for the day before 7 am) were requested twice and provided once. No lunch was offered or provided to me, which the lodge's website claims to offer. The toilet seat was laying on the floor when I was transferred over to Palm Garden Lodge. Problems with room at Oral D'Angkor: -Toilet had massive amount of yellow staining. -Whining puppies next door on the first night, until I complained. -TV's audio was not working properly.

Great location short walk to night market and pub street. Staff were friendly and helpful, booked my trips to Angkor at an excellent price with friendly drivers, also booked my onward travel and phoned ahead to my hotel to book transfer. Was clean and beds/towels replaced every day.

Could do with a fridge in room for storing cold drinks, and fan was a little noisy. But still good facilities and excellent value for money for a budget guest house, and would recommend to any traveller on a budget.

Tres bien pour les petits budgets, cet etablissement ne conviendra pas aux plus exigeants. La chambre est spacieuse, des bouteilles d'eau sont offertes quotidiennement et des serviettes fournies. Le ventilateur est insuffisant, moi qui n'aime pas cela en general j'ai regrette de ne pas avoir la clim. La rue de l'hotel est calme et isolee, deconseille aux femmes seules.

+ - staff speaks English very well; - the night market is near; - the room is quite big; - the room is quite clean.

- When we arrived to check - in it turned out the our room was not available, the manager brought us to the nearest guest house, the room was much worse, but the payment was the same as in the hotel; - when we wanted to book bus-tickets, the receptionist called 3 times, each time he didn't give us any information; - the linen is 100% synthetics - awful to sleep on; - towels are synthetics, too; - the bathroom is so small, that the shower is over the toilet; - there is only 1 tap - it's difficult to regulate the hot water; - the breakfast is totally small, if you take noodles be sure they will give you fast food noodles; - drinks are only tea and coffee - no juice or water; - take 3% more if you pay by credit card; - the wi-fi is bad.
