The hut is very comfortable and has table, chairs and hammocks under for lazing

The road leading to it is bumpy and very dark at night

Overall we loved our stay at palm village, the bungalows are beautiful and situated in tropical gardens. The staff were very friendly and attentive at all times. I also have a vegan friend who struggled to eat anywhere in Cambodia apart from at the palm village resort, where he had plenty of meals to choose from! The only slight issue was the distance from siem reap, which is only about 15mins on a tuk tuk which costs only 3 dollars a trip, however, many of the tuk tuks in town struggle to find the location. If you stick to the resorts tuk tuks who are happy to give you their number this isn't really an issue at all. Would recommend this resort to any type of traveller!!

It's a lovely place to relax but keep in mind the road is a bit bad.

Just the road to the hotel

This place was beautiful! So quiet & tucked away, it is the perfect place to relax! Still just a short tuk tuk ride to the temples, it has a friendly, welcoming staff who provided breakfast every morning (complimentary!) and arranged everything from transportation to bus tickets. The cabin was clean, large, and had decent Wifi, all a plus. The pool was big, the price was a bargain, and dinner was also cheap. Overall, SUCH a good pick for your money!

My cabin's bathroom had apparently just been finished, and was not entirely up to speed yet. The drain didn't work too well, but that was easily overlooked. This place IS a bit out of the way from the city center, but for anyone looking to get away from the crowds, this is a plus.

The location- out of town and a bit quieter. Also liked the fact it was a small resort with rustic accommodation. Swimming pool lovely. Value for money

Would have liked more towels, especially if using the pool. Tea/coffee making facilities would have been welcome, too.

It was a very peaceful place and secluded. I'm glad we didn't stay in one of the huge box hotels in the city. I would like to come back and spend more time.

The hotel environment is very comfortable and relaxed, suitable for vacation. And because the distance is near to Angkor Wat, then we can ride a bike to visit.Swimming pool is very beautiful, staff service attitude is very good, although their English is not good.

The bike rent needs to be improved

Everything here blends with nature. Loved everything.

There are only few English speaking staff, though we managed, it would be better if they had more English speaking staff!!

Beautiful bungalow, amazing garden, good food, located near the way to Angkor Temples, bike rental

The staff is not always speaking english, quite expensive services, bar and restauant closing early, very far from city centre

Nice resort close to Angkor Wat. Cottage living. Staff helpful and even though we reached late night and only 1 person was there, he got us something to eat.

    No telephone in the room.

Nice small resort in a beautiful garden. Simple rooms with some character.

Attention to few details would turn the place in a wonderful quiet resort. The rooms are too close to each other, with some lack of privacy.

lovely garden, quite location. The staff where most helpful and friendly, happily unblocking the drains in our bathroom which were blocked when we arrived

The food was poor.We had dinner the first night . It was not good and the fruit in the mornings was very unripe and tasteless.

Really friendly and welcoming staff. Landscaped gardens in quiet are ideal for children. A bit out of town but tuktuk driver on site only charges $3 to get to town. Easy biking distance from temples.

I loved the owner and the staff at the hotel. Everyone was extremely helpful and always willing to help. The breakfast included in the price was very generous and the coffee and fresh bread delicious. The rooms are spacious and the wifi works all around the hotel. My only concern is that the hotel is a good 15 minute tuk tuk drive from Siem Rep city centre and travelling back at night was very dark.

As this hotel is a bit far from the downtown, you need to take a tuk tuk or something to go there. But very beautiful and quiet. Really good for long stay with small kids.
