Parklane Hotel  

The location was really great. Everything was within walking distance. Breakfast was also included. The hotel was very clean and the owner was very friendly too.

The airconditioner wasn't cold enough and the room was sometimes quite warm.

The staff was amazing, so nice and helpful. Even had a cold towel and juice for us at check-in! Room was great: clean, comfortable, big, etc. Great location. Just a short walk from Pub Street and the Night Markets. And easy enough to get a tuk-tuk to Angkor Watt. Good breakfast as well.

the facilities are simple but worth the price.

The location (the road leading to the hotel has been repaired now), the price. Excellent value for money (20$ or so per night excluding breakfast). I highly recommend this hoptel to budget traveller.

No swimming pool. But for this price you cannot be too demanding, can you?

Staff were caring, considerate, pleasant, attempted to answer all questions I asked, informative, smiling, happy and a wonderfully surprising support team towards me after a hard day. Best hotel experience thus far! Amenities were clean and comfortable. Cost is perfect and close enough to all Siem Reap offers! Will stay again and again !!! Tour info was very insightful as well - Tuk-Tuk' spoke great English and so did most of the staff.!!!

Breakfast a bit limited

We enjoyed our stay at Parklane. It was nice to have a connecting room so that our 3 kids could sleep in one room and the 3 adults could hang out in the other. The location was good for walking to pub street and night market. Tuk-tuks were also easy to find and are pretty cheap. The staff was very friendly, attentive, and helpful. The breakfast was adequate and included in the rate.

We lost power 3 out of 4 nights. It seems that they could not handle all the air cons and hot showers turning on in the evening. Finally, they shut off the hot water in the evening, but it was so hot that we didn't mind.

We´ve been traveling for 10 months... This hotel was the best value for money we have had. We really enjoyed it here. Staff is extremely nice, hotel is clean and comfortable, it´s all good for us! And we are picky!!

Great value for money 3 star rating at guest house price.they also arrange airport transfer by Tuk Tuk ( the only way to travel much better than taxis) .if booking this transfer ask for Mr bunny one of their tuk tuk drivers and book him for your trips whilst you stay there.he is English speaking and worth the stay for all the help and guidance he gives

Location is still within Siem Reap central area. It costs us$ 2 by Tuk Tuk To Pub Street/ Night Market. The staff and lady owner were friendly and ready to advise on sightseeing itinerary. Room was quite spacious and Wifi worked well. Breakfast was ok and cost $3 because I forgot to book online.

The bathroom was rather small and the toilet was too close to wall to make sitting uncomfortable. Hot water was sometimes slow/ late. The ac remote control did not work perfectly. The street in front of and leading to the hotel was being fixed and dusty.

Friendly staff; hotel is clean and well maintained.

They can also include cars in their arrangements for city tour instead of only TukTuk's. It is just a win-win arrangement by hotel-tuktuk drivers, so that driver's play as hotel's tour ambassadors and get business from tourists who engage them(since they hold Parklan'e tag behind their name!) where in Hotel get's free advertisement because of the driver's good behavior and tourist friendly attitude !! When they fix a reasonable price for tuk-tuk tour's, they can also car fleet in city tour options..

Great value for money, I've stated in about 50 different hotels On this rtw trip and this one is in the top 5 for sure. Clean, nice staff, great breakfast. Stayed 3 nights. AC didn't get cold, told front desk and they set it correctly. Location is on a bumpy road, but close enough to walk 10 min to night market/pub street if you can't spare $1 on a tuk tuk. oh and good English television/wifi if you get too much sun.

Location is 3 min tuk tuk away from main tourist area. This place is right beside Angkor pearl. They are very similar, my friends were staying there, but we liked park lane more.

We had free pick up from the hotel made by Mr Ka in his Tuk Tuk, he was our driver during the 4 days we stayed there, he was extremly friendly and helpful with us. Visit the temples by tuk tuk is a good and cheap way. Warm welcome from the satff when we got to the hotel. They are always smiling and speak english. Rooms were clean. Location is not bad, aound 10 min walking to the Pub street and Market. Quiet area.

The first day it was available only rooms in the ground floor, these are a bit smaller and darker than the others and also a bit noiser because is just by the restaurant but the recepcionist kindly moved to better rooms the day after. Road to the hotel should be fix, because is full os holes, but anyway is not hotels fault and still safe, just be careful if you are driving a motorbike

Location was good, hotel was budget friendly and the staff exerted all efforts to make our stay enjoyable. Kudos also to Dr. Say, one of their accredited tuktuk drivers, for the excellent service and for going beyond the call of duty just to make our stay enjoyable. Will definitely book them again when we have the chance to go back to Cambodia!

The aircon in our room was not cold enough. Very limited choices for breakfast. Faucet was also malfunctioning in our bathroom.

Very friendly and competent staff. At my arrival I was offered a delicious complimentary cold tea. The hotel is at a 10 min walk to the main area town.

If you shower before sunrise it takes up to 10 min to get warm. Room was very clean with the exception that there was a big hair in the bathroom. There were people passing in front of my window all the time during the day, but that is ok. After all, who goes to Siam Rep to stay in the room?

Service was exceptional and the rooms spacious, clean and very comfortable. Our adjoining linked rooms were perfect for a family of five. Mr. Thy looked after us very well by driving us to all the temples in his tuk tuk.

Room is clean and big.Clean everyday.Staff are very friendly and helpful.Breakfast are good enough for me, and one day I could not be at breakfast time because for the sun rise at Angkor wat,they made a carry out breakfast.Some people complain about muddy road,unless hotel is facing to the main road,most of place will be same anywhere.If you visit dry season,it will be no problem.Good supermarkets(two of them) are near by too.I will stay here next time again.

Tuktuk for the sight-seeing ,I did not used hotel's plan .You could arrange cheaper one out side.

The road condition near the hotel is terrible.

Staff are friendly. Even the owner of the hotel. They called her " madame." She'll make sure that you'll feel at home.

Was very pleased with the hotel. The staff was very friendly and when asked helpful. The rooms very clean and daily service was available. Close to all the action but very quiet. Breakfast was good. Excellent value for you money. I would stay again.
