Perfect stay, front desk staff is very helpful, hotel tuk tuk driver "Phan" is very good. Good value for price paid!
We loved the food here very much, the server is sooo friendly. Swimming is very lovely, drinks also well priced. Overall we really enjoyed our visit.
Best rate, best service and super best staff!
Excellent in customer service! Best price and best food!
Exceed all the expectations for the price paid, everyone was fantastic.
We really enjoyed our stay, staff was amazing, very care, breakfast and dinner was great. We really liked the pan cake!
It is 5 minute from city center, but we liked quiet and its environment.
Best service, super friendly staff and great quiet location surrounded by greenery garden. Best value!
The best, the tuk-tuk driver :D
1-Very dirty. 2-Not very professional staff. 3-No telephone in the room. 4-No electronic key.
- the resort is quietly located, just 1 km from the busy Siem Reap live - nice pool and area around - green garden - free bikes available
- breakfast is a poor
staff were very accommodating
Excellent personalize service, staff was amazing, very spacious and cozy room.
We like all!
Mosquitos in the Room
The colonial architecture gives it a character, the rooms are spacious, and the garden is nice. Good restaurant near by.
The water of the pool was very green (difficult to maintain since it rains a lot and the ph goes down.Sodium carbonate does help though.) Some distance from the center. Uninspiring breakfast. Unfortunately we had 40-45 euros worth in Thai Baht stolen from our suitcase (Yes it was our fault that we did not put them in the safe and I expect the person needs them more than me) but I am not happy with people going through my personal belongings.
Our upstairs corner room was great. Had two balconies, a comfortable bed and decent bathroom. Staff were the best we've encountered in 3 months of travelling S.e Asia. Very friendly and professional. Free airport transfers. Would stay again.
Location. On a street with all the locals Karaoke Bars. Doesn't have much for tourists. Quite a distance from the city center, but not too far from the temples. Hotels tuk tuk drivers will get you anywhere you need for a reasonable price though.
Large room. Kind staff.
Is far away from the center of town. In a street where you do not want to walk alone after dark.
Staff were amazingly helpful and friendly. Big sized very basic room.
Pool was greeny coloured Breakfast was something I could cook at home (and I'm no chef) Bathroom had a bad musty smell if you kept the door closed They kept refilling the toiletry bottles instead of replacing them. It's rated as a 4 star hotel but it would be more a 2-3 star or a 4 star back packers
The entire staff are very friendly and speak perfect English. Food was superb and swimming pool is really beautiful. We loved our stay!
The staff it was fantastic and very nice and cordial,I advice to every body
What I like most is their good it's very nice and good and they A/C is cool as Hell
I like everything about that hotel
Breakfast was ok, the pool was good and the room was spacious. The staff is the best!!
The facilities were actually a bit old.
Staff spoke English and they are very helpful. Nice and clean swimming pool Rooms are clean and wifi works perfectly. Close to main street (1.5$ with TukTuk) Silent at night
Spacious Rooms Staff courteous, friendly & helpful
Mosquitoes No hot water at night & early morning
I have stayed there for 3 nights and i have to say i loved that place. All the staffs are nice and helpful. They even opened a room for me to take a shower before my night bus to sihanoukville.
Stuffs were super friendly, they considered everything for you. Free bicycle was really handy, cause the hotel is quite far away to the market.
The tap in the bathroom was broken and it's hard to stop leaking water.
Some of the staff were really nice and helpful, however, the manager was not. He was arrogant, incompetent and not the right person to run a hotel.
The location was terrible, in a dirty area with lots of noisy restaurants and karaoke joints playing loud music till late. The swimming pool was not larger than a bathtub, and in the 2 weeks we stayed they never succeeded in getting it clean. It was a green mess full of algae. Doors to the rooms were paper thin, and you could hear every little sound from the corridor - including lots of banging of doors, and people chit chatting late at night. The sound insulation between the floors was also non-existent, and you could hear people walking downstairs and moving furniture around upstairs. We had booked for 1 month, but moved with a splitting head ache after 13 days.
