low beam in room
Good for budget traveller.
Convenient and comfortable
We booked this place for a night as it was very close to giant ibis bus station. It's cheap. A/C worked very well
Our room was very old and dirty. Make sure you have your own towels too.. Bed sheets were so so.
Good location near the Old Market and river They arranged tuktuk to the killing fields and S21 at a reasonable price They did not pressure us about booking tours and activities, just helped with what we wanted
Room small and cramped for two people We wanted to pay by credit card but couldn't because when we checked out the staff said the manager wasn't there and they didn't know how (or have authority to use) the "machine". The female manager who spoke good English was there when we checked in, but for the rest of our three night stay, we never saw her again nor was she available when we asked for her... of the staff who were at the reception desk the rest of the time, one spoke enough English to communicate a bit, the other none at all, which was a bit frustrating, though they were friendly and tried to be helpful. Anytime the "house rules" posted on the inside of the room door state "No sex trafficking allowed" and "no kidnapping", you know there are some "social problems" afoot. Based on this information, I didn't allow my wife to go out of the hotel at night by herself, even to the shop next door
Staff was helpful, location ok
Toilet in the room didn't have proper walls so it was terribly cold to go to shower in the morning when air conditioning was turned on the whole night.
wifi is good, one of the receptionist is very nice
WiFi and A/C don`t work really well, staff don`t speak english,
The staff were really nice and extremely helpful,I would recommend Pra Tna to anyone.
The air conditioning was good
It was quite noisy and unclean and the staff weren't very helpful because they all had a low level of english
the bathroom need to be more clean !! i saw stuff of other guest in the bathroom ! durty ! glass in the room dirty !
It had an excellent location.
I did not like the bathroom.
Not all of the staff spoke English but they were still super nice and helpful! Location was also convenient!
The stairs were so tiny to climb
great and very friendly staff, top location next to night market, very good price, good food
Really dirty, had to ask the manager to clean the bathroom because they had not after the previos guest had left. Room smelled bad, and was very small. No lift.
Very friendly staff and excellent location.
Walls could do with a lick of paint.
helpful and friendly staff
toilet/shower cubicle similar to that found on a plane, very small and low ceiling. room also very small, tv barely watchable due to bad signal. not worth 15 dollars
always a first choice staying here wrote many positive reviews about this place and this one is no different, nice clean rooms, and exceptional staff, we all went round the night market together this time love them to bits
wifi can be abit of a nuisance sometimes unless your in the lobby where its excellent
Location and friendly staff. Air conditioning and free Wi Fi.
Bathroom was very basic. Linen could have been cleaner. English was limited. I didn't ever find out whether or not breakfst was included! It was quite a hike up very steep stairs to get to the top level.
Apart from the girl that "forgot" about our reservation and disliked us after insisting on having another room in the same hostel, the rest of the staff was friendly and helpful. The location is good, very close to restaurants and one of the markets. The bed was comfortable. First time in SE Asia that towels smelled clean.
When we arrived we were informed with a smile that they "forgot" about our reservation and they had no more rooms. After traveling the whole day we arrived in the late afternoon so probably they thought we wouldn´t show up and gave our room to someone else. They offered to look for another hostel for the same price and after refusing and pushing them, they ended up giving us another room that was 2 dollars extra per night. And of course we had to waste time changing rooms the morning after. We saw a huge rat in the stairs, so we didn't even try their food. The room was full of ants. The shower had very little pressure. Toilet was not flushing. Wifi signal was weak and only working in a corner of the room (at least in the room we got)
The price is obviously amazing but I was a bit disappointed after reading a lot of good reviews.
The bathroom was wet when we arrived and it really die at look nice; lots of broken spots. The bed sheets had lots of spots and looked dirty. I guess that's what you get if you only pay $10 per night but I think I wouldn't stay there again and rather pay $5 more.
Comfortable beds and pillows, free bottled water, hot shower with good pressure, tasty food
We booked this guesthouse months in advance and upon our arrival we were initially told that our room was "broken". Without explanation the receptionist rode off on her bike, returning a few minutes later to advise that the alternative guesthouse they'd arranged was now full. With this in mind, Pra-Tna suddenly had a room available and we were able to check in with them after all - very strange. The guesthouse is on a very dirty, very busy intersection as well. On check in we discovered our room didn't have the remote to the aircon. When we went downstairs to enquire we were advised that the remote would be an extra $15 for the 2 nights we were there - we didn't bother as for that price we could have stayed somewhere nicer. Guesthouse has no elevators and very steep stairs. The stairwells and crevices have never been cleaned and the rooms aren't cleaned properly either as there was a lot of dust, tissues and bottle wrappers under our bed. There is no wifi in the rooms although the guesthouse advertises wifi as being accessible throughout the building. The shower head in the ensuite bathroom has been added to a room designed for a toilet only. The drain in this bathroom is blocked as well so after a shower, you are left with a small lake for quite some time until the water goes down. Not all staff speak English either although the ones who didn't were all still lovely and this wasn't a big hindrance to us.
The bathroom it's just walls and no ceiling in the room... So no privacy.. And not clean
Staff were lovely and location was central. Room was large and good value even if a tad dated! Only stayed one night which and so it was fine for a short stay.
Bathroom and overall building/rooms were tired. Quite a few ants were quite at home in the bathroom!
