Its staff, the swimming-pool and that it is open late in the evening, the transfer from the hotel to the airport included in the price, the location in the city, near the centre, and the rate price-quality is good The breakfast could be better, althought is acceptable. I have a small charge from the hotel in my credit card that I don't know |

I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and its central location. Minor point: Staff were always friendly but somewhat vague when it came to getting timely answers. |

Central location , effective air conditioning, nice swimming pool. Hopeless staff; useless management never in evidence. E.g. hotel ran out of milk completely!! Used primarily by package tours. Poor food, expensively priced. Complete lack of information about anything. Staff friendly but ineffective as speak limited English. |

Friendly staff, hotel is fairly central- close to restaurants and shops The massage- they could really improve on this! wouldn't suggest anyone to have it there. The ones nearby the hotel was by far better and cheaper |

helpful staff first room provided was old fashioned and musty. I asked for room change and was given a good room. Hotel lacks tourist information or provision for arranging tours and excursions. |

mooie kamer, mooi zwembad, goed ontbijt, goede locatie indien je in het centrum van siem reap wil zitten. dienstverlening van het personeel is slecht onder andere door te slechte kennis van het engels. overspecialisatie. ieder heeft zijn taak en kan geen andere diensten leveren. |

Amabilidad del servicio, y de la dirección (que permitio el ultimo dia de estancia la salida de las habitaciones a las 15.00 pm, hora de salida del avión, sin sobreprecio). El servicio de restaurant por la noche es mejorable. |

女性の日本人スタッフがいて色々と助けて頂いた。朝食もおいしかった(特にフォーの春雨(?)ヴァージョンみたいなもの)。部屋も綺麗で快適。目の前に24時間コンビニあり。 バスルームに小さい蟻がいた。蚊もたまに入ってくるが 特に問題なし。 |

Uistekende ligging, zeer central en toch buitengewoon rustig. Prachtig zoutwater zwembad. Ideaal voor wat afkoeling en ontspanning naar een lange tempeldag. Kamers zijn voldoende comfortabel. Goede douche! Airrco is tamelijk luidruchtig en matrassen zijn steenhard. Op navraag aan de receptie werd een dekmatras geplaatst, die het comfort enigzins iets verbeterde. Het ontbijt is spijtig zeer op de asiatische toerist gericht, maar het is net voldoende andere keuze. |
