Like a usual Europe small hotel. Most guests are from Europe and Japan. The pool is very nace. Breakfast is soso, but the atmosphere is perfect.
Not good for bath.
Friendly staff Great pool area Sincere and helpful tuk tuk drivers at the front of house Convenient location
The standard rooms did not match the pictures on Booking.com. When I showed the pictures to the front desk staff, they upgraded me to a deluxe room at no extra cost, but I did inform them that it was not acceptable. Breakfast was included, but was not really morning food, with no cereals or yogurts available, and seemed to be food suitable for a budget lunch.
Very Good service from all staff. Clean room. Nice swimming pool.
Location bit far form old market, night market.
the environment and the swimming pool was very clean and the staffs are very friendly
Must upgrade the break fast. We was stay there for 3 days n the bf almost daily same n for the vegetarian customer like me the re is no many choice.
Nice Pool Food was good Tuk Tuk service to temple was good Prompt pick up from airport
Power cut and tripping Little far from Pub street. Had to walk a lot to get food
Decent value for money .I stayed 2 nights staff very helpful.decent breakfast nice pool.
Property in need of update ok for short stay.
Location ok, swwining pool is nice and the internet is good
The tuk tuk drivers of the hotel will try to take you to a lake to see a floating village, its very expensive and not worth it... Keep focus on the angkor wat ;) even if you get to siem reap at miday
The room was big, but it smelled very bad the first time we've got in. We complained at the reception, and they said there were no other rooms available, although new guests were still arriving in that very moment!! They cleaned the room after that, and it got better. Street with no lightpoles, very dark. 15-20 minutes walking from the old market and pub street, and on the other side of the river. Hot water was not available sometimes, or just for one or two minutes. Wi fi didn't work well. Breakfast was not good at all.
Because some staffs can speak Japanese, we got a sense of security. Staff's service and smile were very good.
Hotel's bed is low resilience resilient, so my body couldn't fit it. I had a pain in the shoulder, probably the bed caused it.
Very pleasant and helpful staff. Swimming pool was great to relax in after a very hot day at the temples. Reliable wi fi in our rooms and public areas. Everything was clean and tidy!
Very friendly staff, nice swimming pool (excellent after day at Angkor Wat), good location (walking distance or 3-5min tuk tuk to Pub Street). Good quality for the money paid :)
They didnt change the towels in our room (cleaning of our floor was very late in the afternoon when we were already back, so this wasnt done), however staff very helpful to change towels at reception
very frendly stuff,I have problem at midnight with my transfer to Sihanoukville and receptor did ewerything to help me!!!
friendly staff very accommodating
shower was not what was shown on the web site. breakfast was not very appetising
Restaurant, swimming pool
Asked to be picked up at boat, did not come, 4 dirty towels before I got clean one. Only one sheet on bed. When checking in, staff take money, before finishing with me, he went and rented bicycle for another customer. I payed 38 us dollar for room others paid 33 for same room despite guarantee lowest price. Put on 4th floor other rooms available, no elevator. I moved out after 1 day and booked another hotel until March 8. So poor service, overcharging, price 26 dollar next day, cost them 10 days accommodation. I would not go back there.
The staff were fantastic. Value for money. Very comfortable.
Great location, nice poolside restaurant, swimming pool and free wi-fi. Good food too. value for money hotel. Helpful staff.
No hot water in the shower. Some rooms are next to the restaurant or overlooking the restaurant and therefore at times it can be noisy.
Location was pretty good, 10 mins walk away from the old market and pub street. Angkor night market and central market only 10mins by tuktuk away. Staff's friendly and helpful.
Breakfast was limited but it was ok for the price paid. Housekeeping did not clean my room for the 5 days there even though I've hung the pls make up room sign outside. It's no biggie for me though.
Good to stay and just a walking distance to old and night market
Do not have an elevator and must climb the stairs to the 5th floor
The staff is grate, helpful, kind!! Is nice and comfortable. Service is good!!!!
Nice hotel, good location, having a swimming pool, good breakfasts, luxury large rooms.
I liked everything
This hotel is great! Very friendly and warm hotel receptionists and staffs. Upon our arrival they gave us a detailed briefing, like numbers to call and stuff. The staffs help us to carry our backpacks. They led us to our respective rooms and gave us another briefing again, like how to operate the phone and safe box. . a mini-mart is just a 5 minutes walk away. We had buffet breakfast on the 2nd day. Breakfast was served from 630am, we came down at around 8am. Food was already almost cleared out. It was simple breakfast. Fried rice, spaghetti, sausages, toasts, capsicums with chicken (which was cleared out super fast and wasn't refilled), omelettes, sunny side-up, orange juice, coffee + Food for breakfast was okay. Nothing exceptionally good. We also had dinner in the hotel, which was surprisingly good. Food was cheap and delicious! Recommends the fried fish sticks, you can really taste the fish and it is good batter! The fried noodles were good too :) Staff was very friendly. Always around when you ask for them. Willing to assist too :) We had fun staying here and talking to the staffs here. GREAT PLACE TO STAY! Overall a pleasant hotel stay! :D
No bathroom mat for us to dry our feet. Towels are provided but not too clean as there were blotches of stains here and there on them. Alot of mosquitoes.
Colonial comfort, walking distance to everything. We had a great time at the Rithy Rine, where they took excellent care of us.
Staff is really nice and they try their best. Clean Hotel and location is ok.
Staff were very happy. Walking distance to pub street and markets. Always tuk tuk outside.
We paid for a deluxe double with extra space and a balcony but after climbing a lot of stairs (no lift and it is a lot of stairs which was good for us but wouldn't recommend for elderly people or people with back problems etc) we realised we weren't in that room. Reception told us they had "upgraded us to a junior suite" - it did have extra room but there was no balcony and the construction site outside wAs very loud early in the morning!!! We were told we could move the following day but that didn't happen until around 2 pm after the other people had checked out and it was cleaned. The next room was a lot quieter :-) Compared to other hotels of similar prices the breakfast Is not good. It's buffet style and they ran out of everything and we had to ask the staff for more food and some plates! The pool looks Nice but there's no sun on it! It doesn't have a swim up bar either which I think it says it has.
Clean Nice looking swimming pool Breakfast maybe not the best in the world but as it is buffet you can really have a big meal before heading to the temples.
Room we received was just in front of the construction site so the noise starts at 7 am. Room was linked with other hotel room by a door (closed of course) but we could hear all conversations of our neighbours- vice versa I guess. Second day we asked if change of a room is possible. It wasn't - apparently they were fully booked even if we saw them showing rooms to people looking for accommodation sur place. We ended up asking again about possibly of the change the second day and as we were refused we checked out and found cheaper but nicer place quite close to this one.
