I love the very welcoming hotel staff and cleanliness.

good hotel at a good price very friendly staff great food and drinks

the size of the not only the hotel but the rooms were great, but that's where it ends really, except for the politeness of the staff.

the air conditioning throughout the hotel is very poor and the coldest room is the elevators, which is a said thing to say. We ate twice at the restaurant, the first was ok, except for the dirty table cloth, on the next it was very poor and worse still the table cloth was still the same( split a bit of strawberry ice cream on it), so I guess overall I would look for somewhere else if I were to go back to Phnom penh

The hotel is badly managed. The carpets are filthy, we asked them to vacuum the carpets before we moved to the room. Breakfast is below standard Not a good location. Coffee and mineral water not replenished.

The food are delicious. The hotel crew are friendly and helpful.

The air con in this hotel is not really satisfied. Even in public area and hotel room.

Room was excellent, clean,cofortable & everything worked.

The staff (apart from waiter in bar) did there jobs, nothing more. When we talked to manager we found out that there was a free tuk tuk to town whenever you wanted also map0s and info but the staff do not tell you when you arrive,we found out the day we were leaving. We booked the tuk tuk to take us to the bus station but in morning we were told we had not booked it and it was somewhere else (despite the note sitting on the desk with the booking details). The staff need more training.

Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean well maintained hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast. Good quality WiFi free in room. Good cable TV. Excellent Spa, Sauna, Steam and Hammam.

Staff was very nice, always willing to help out. Newer hotel, clean.

A bit away rom the center, but TukTuk is provided, so ot realy a problem.

My room was very comfortable and was surprisingly spacious. More that I expected for the price I paid. I also had a very nice view of the city and the Tonle Sap River. Breakfast was good and the staff was polite and efficient. Over-all, service was commendable.

Excellent hotel - in every aspect. This hotel is a true 4 star+. Great king size bed, ok views of the city, wonderful shower, luxurious interiors and everything feels new. Highly recommended and will certainly choose in the future when going to Cambodia. Its the type of hotel that will not disappoint. Internet excellent also - use the included cable in the room instead of the WiFi! ALSO, the breakfast was very good for that part of the world where western style breakfasts are hard to come by. The choices were plentiful and the quality / taste were decent.

The hallway leading to the rooms is rather dated. Feels weird considering everything else feels brand new.

It was a little bit far from the centre but provided a free tuk tuk service into town so wasn't a problem Also charge a huge commission for exchanging currency

Staff is probably what makes of this hotel one of my most enjoyable stay in Cambodia... Good price for a clean and nice room, everything you expect from a luxury hotel. Great Assistant Manager ( sorry not remembering the name!) and Suttha from the bar department.

Service and friendliness

It's a bit off the main streets but tuk-tuks wait just outside the hotel to bring you for $2-3 to anywhere you want.
