Very good,

“We had a great stay in Royal Angkor Resort during our vacations. Service is excellent, complimentary massage is really useful after a day in Angkor. Pool was a good surprise for us. Rooms are clean and beautiful and provided with everything a guest would want.Hotel's situated near the airport and very closed to the City center that's very convenient. Don't be afraid - it's not loud there at all.”

The beautiful hotel in Siem Reap. This hotel is a "STANDOUT" from the time you enter the driveway you know you are in a quality hotel. Reception is a piece of art. The reception staff don't allow you to stand and check-in they insist you take a seat, bring you a welcome drink and do all the necessary paperwork whilst you are relaxing in their comfortable chairs. *The swimming pool is Olympic size and twins of deck chairs are surrounded by palm trees. *Breakfast is well presented. *Free Internet is a real bonus. *The restaurant food is AMAZING some of the best food I have ever had. (I RARELY EAT AT HOTELS DUE TO THEIR PRICE BUT THIS HOTEL WAS MORE COMPETITIVE THAT RESTAURANTS DOWNTOWN) * Size of the rooms are more than enough. *Each room has a SPA. *Over 80 channels of Cable TV If you just want to relax and unwind this is the PERFECT hotel to do it in. It is very quite and well spread out.

I liked the fact that it was outside of the downtown/market area, but close enough to easily get there and to Angkor temples, the airport and most anywhere in Siem Reap. For a "Resort and Spa", the Spa services were lacking.

Nice large swimming pool, large and clean room. In the three days we stayed here the swimming pool had public lessons for two hours each afternoon whilst we were sunbathing - didn't expect that from a decent hotel and there was no warning and was an inconvenience. Staff efficient but over-bearing. Restaurant and bar were a rip off - hence why no one was eating/drinking there.

It has a nice pool & it's away from the noisy downtown area. The breakfast was a another value for the hotel. Staffs very attentive. The free shutter to town is a plus. Shower/bath was not good, much better to have walk in shower cubicle. The room is outdatet. 4 star rating is more correctly

It has a nice pool & it's away from the noisy downtown area. The breakfast was a another value for the hotel. Since things in Siem Reap is still relatively cheap, so I think this hotel is over priced. We booked a triple room & all they did was to remove the table & chairs & put a cot there. They charged me $35/nt extra when it was listed as $30./nt in the Booking. I did not have enough time to argue with them, but I'm not impressed with their service at the front desk.

Staffs very attentive. The free shutter to town is a plus. Don't try the spa. Lousy massage at high price. Toilet cover drop off the first day. Nothing was done until the last day. It would be nice if the shower is separated instead of shower in the bathtub especially when the waterdrainage is slow.

Breakfast is good. The room smells, floor is dirty, elevator is worn out and dirty, wooden floor is old and worn out, door has to be closed with force and a big bang. Very run down hotel. Glory is over, and still expensive.

Excellent helpful staff - we highly appreciated their support. The hotel has some disadvantages, but in general we are satisfied with our stay at Royal Angkor Probably expectations were too high... Spa is quite ordinary, breakfast is good, but no local asian food (we have enough sausages and bacon at home). And it is quite far from town center. Of course tuk tuk or complimentary shuttle is ok, but... In fact we have nothing to complain about, the hotel is good, especially for short visit to Siem Reap like we had (2 days)

I love the fact that the place is not too modern. It shows the originality of being in Cambodia. The service is terrific. The staffs are helpful and friendly. The location is close by to airport and also close by to the old market. It's very easy to reach. I do recommend this place for anyone who wants to visit Siem Reap.

The hotel staff and the welcome received made it very special. The management took pride in their work, and looking after the guest. The facilities descriped on the their website exceeded expectations. Five star hotel with values. Already planning a revisit! Loved it so much.

Royal Angkor Resort & Spa has the friendliest staff I have ever encountered in a hotel around the world, even compared to the most luxurious hotels. Very interested in you as a guest and really helpful. I can recommended this hotel if you are staying around Angkor Wat and your willing to spend 100$ a night, which is very reasonable for a 5* hotel. Our room had a great view and a jacuzzi/bathtub. Breakfast is perfect, western and asian dishes. You can take the shuttle bus to Siem Reap or a tuktuk. This hotel is nice and clam, you dont want to sit to close to the center of Siem Reap, because its very noisy.
