The service and staff are very good.
The wifi in the bedroom didn't have good signal.
Choice of swimming pools and roof top bar
The large, well-appointed room, the excellent service, two swimming pools, very good breakfast.
There is very little which I didn't like about this hotel. A very small point was that the some of the staff were slightly over-officious: they were trying to please, but trying a bit too hard.
I fell in live with the politeness of people there and they will really provide their best service.
Breakfast was great, very friendly staff, location was good: close to where things happen but not too noisy.
WiFi very slow and often no connection at all.
Size the room
Excellent location within walking distance to Pub Street and shops. Excellent breakfast buffet, excellent roof top bar to view the sunset. And excellent Pizza. Will come back again
Cant think of any
Enjoyed the massage and use of the pool
Breakfast is good.
just provide one way airport pick up using tutu, so we need to contact driver to send us back to the airport. The swimming pools are too small...
I have to say that to me this is not quite a 4 star property but a very good 3 1/2 star property. Price was very reasonable, free airport pickup in a tuk tuk, very attentive and polite staff, nice pool (some renovation was going on in the other wing which also has the other pool), pretty good breakfast with made to order eggs, decent wifi, walking distance to everything.
The only negative thing that I can say is that they give a very bad exchange rate, about 10% off of market rates. BTW booking.com has it wrong that you will pay in local currency at check in. Hotel (as well as every single other place in Siem Reap) has prices in US dollars and they convert that with not so good exchange rates to local currency. Better off to not exchange to local and just use USD.
Excellent breakfast, central location, great pools, beautiful lobby, staff were great!
Rooms need a bit of an update
Location is perfect walking distance to streets but far away enough for some quiet. Staff almost everyone very helpful. Our guide was amazing Robin Hood was his nickname highly recommended
Rooms are very old and a bit dark but nothing too bad.. It goes with the town. Tours arranged in the hotel are a bit expensive but reliable.
Breakfast is awesome!! And good location!!
Have construction work outside hotel, so road is a bit dirty
Great location close to the restaurants and pubs. Angkor attractions are 25 minutes away by car.
Don’t believe what they declare: ‘Rooms have a city view,…’ That is a lie!! I was 8 nights there and they gave me dark noisy room with the view into corridor close to opposite wall. Maybe for a shorter stay they gave better room :(
I would have enjoyed the tours booked through their traveling concierge who was very kind and provided us lots of help in order for us to make our journey unique and memorable one. I just want to say thank you again;) And breakfast were great, also!
Poor wifi connection. That was the negative part of this hotel. Even the backpackers can provide high speed wifi in thesedays.
Air conditioning a bit noisy
Broken furniture in room
Location. Over the bridge from the noisy tourist precinct making it a quiet area. Rooms were spacious and well appointed and breakfast was ample and varied.Salt water pool was very popular. Tour desk organized a tuk-tuk for to two days to visit temples.
Nothing to dislike.
Location is really great, close to the buzz without being too close to be noisy or with loads of traffic
Good location on a relatively quiet street while very close to the Pub Street and the markets Good service at Travel desk
Smell of the tap water in my room
The staff are friendly, location are great near the Old Market and Pub Street.
When we stayed in Siem Reap there was a riot in Phnom Penh which resulted in the dead of 5 demonstrators. As our next destination was Phnom Penh and we were worried about the safety in Phnom Penh we kindly asked the hotel to borrow the phone to contact our hotel in Phnom Penh and our airline so we can ask the situation in there and possibly change our date to go there. But they said that we have to pay 50 cents (usd) for a minute which we think thats ridiculous as we thought that a 4 star hotels should provide such service given the crisis situation in Phnom Penh at that time. We have stayed in all stars kind of hotel but never we were told by a hotel to pay for a phone call in an emergency situation.
Wi-fi..counter service not very informative
Fantastic breakfast items with good selection and choice.
