It is a really great hotel with a swimming pool, close to the city center (e.g. The Royal Palace). The manager of the hotel was very helpful and kind. In contrast to some other hotels, where they try to gain money themselves on booking your trip, the hotel manager was honest with us. The room had a nice interior and was clean. Price-quality based, we absolutely recommend this hotel.

Like in all of Laos and Cambodia, the main ingredient of the breakfast is egg. Fortunately, at this hotel a variety of fresh fruit was also included. Furthermore, there is absolutely nothing else we could comment on this hotel. It is really great, with a swimming pool, close to the Royal Palace.

This was very good value for money. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the swimming pool was great.

There were a few minor issues with a broken flush and a leak in the bathroom but these are what make it three star not four. Generally, it was lovely.

Love this hotel.Little bit of a walk into the very centre but really only 10mins and it was nice to walk out of the hotel and not straight away be in the hustle and ugly bustle of down town. Its only 2 blocks away from the pagoda and museum. They have a pool, lounge areas down stairs and on different levels so you can relax outside your room.Clean and very tastefully decorated rooms. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Good value for money.Would definitely stay at this hotel again and certainly would recommend it to our friends.

    - location was great, close to city center and sightseeings - the rooms were modern-looking - travel agency in the lobby can arrange bus tickets and tours for you

    - staff did not speak English well - breakfast not good, very basic, my husband got a toast with ants walking all over it - we arranged a tuk-tuk pick up with the hotel before arriving, but they forgot to pick us up

    1. Clean room. 2. Located in a high-end neighbourhood, with a swimming pool. 3. Staff were helpful.

    1. There are not inexpensive local restaurants/food stalls in the neighbourhood. They are 10 minutes away on foot at least. 2. The hot water in the shower did not work very well.

Location was in a quiet part of town and there were good food places nearby. Hotel looks nice, and staff tried to be helpful.

Service was often slow, stains on towel and sheets, though a room change was later offered after I asked, window was slightly broken, not hot water in the 3 days I was there, Breakfast service was slow, and staff were sometimes not very helpful.

Really nice room, clean and spacious. Breakfast was nice.

The staff weren't as friendly as other places we had stayed around Vietnam and Cambodia. Almost like we were a hassle coming in to check in. For some reason they had given away the room we had book (the executive suite) which was disappointing as I had booked the room on purpose after staying at more budget places for the last 2 weeks. There was no offer to carry our bags upstairs which was very different from the other 5 hotels we had stayed at of various budgets.

The best location, the best service with budget money as 35$. Close to kfc, shopping center, local restaurant. All staffs are helpful, service mind, always support . Nothing to complain with this hotel and staffs. 100% Satisfied....

I feel very disappoint with tuktuk in front of hotel. They charge us for transfer to another hotel 8$ for 4 KMs. First we negociated with 6$ (I know it is very expensive) but we have luggages so it is fine. During transfer they bring us around and circle (I am looking the map) .Then for drop off , He said I bring you far so give me more and it should be 8$ . I don't want to pay more because we already agree with 6$ but he doesn't accept. And I have to pay 8$ ..... Pls. Careful the TukTuk in front of this hotel......better to find Tuktuk in the street . Price for tuktuk for local is around 1000-4000 Riel, foreigner 2- 4$....What is 8$ ? We are not fool but we don't want to fight.....

A bit of a walk to the main sights, but not too bad.

The hotel is very pleasant and attractive and the polite young staff is helpful. The suite in which I stayed was spacious and comfortable; I especially liked the large poster bed. You can always find a tuk-tuk driver outside to take you around the city.

I was a bit disappointed that the water in the shower was often just lukewarm, not really hot. Also, the credit card machine was not working when I was checking out, so I was asked to pay in cash; I'd have preferred to use my card. These are but minor complaints; overall, my stay there was very pleasant, and I would stay there again.

Centrally-located hotel, you can literally walk to the Independence Monument, Riverside, Central Market, etc. etc. The clientele is nice as well, meaning no loud backpackers or sleazy sexpats hanging out in the lobby. Bathrooms are spacious and well equipped and the rooms are pretty OK, for this price.

Although my room (304) had a big non-smoking sign on the room table, the smell of stale smoke was so strong that only after the AC went for a few minutes could you get a mouthful of fresh air. The cleaning stuff could be done better, because some corners in the bathroom haven't seen a broom since Britney Spear's last single was released. The staff is very friendly, but sometimes explaining things in English is very difficult.
