Royal Palace Hotel  

The room we stayed in was big. A definate value for money.

The room had a certain smell initially but with the aircon on, the smell went away.

Away from the noise and bustle of the riverside area. Big, well furnished bedrooms with comfy beds. Helpful staff. Very good value for money.

Breakfast is a little limited but sufficient.

Very large comfortable rooms with plenty of space. Lovely furniture in bedrooms. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast OK. Good location away from the noise and bustle of Riverside. Suited us well!

The location was poor, miles away from everything. Breakfast appalling.

Sa situation tout près du marché de psar Daem Kor, le marché de gros de Phom Penh, loin des zones touristiques mais tellement vivant et intéressant. Les chauffeurs de touk-touk à disposition pour un prix raisonnable. Les chambres propres et spacieuses. Le petit déjeuner buffet. Le personnel aimable et souriant

La très mauvaise connexion internet. Ceux qui souhaitent se loger près des zones touristiques seront déçus. l'endroit est assez excentré.

The only good thing about this hotel the pool (which is a sort of add-on the hotel via a little bridge). The Superior rooms are large but this hotel is not a 3* and looks like they are winding down to closing their doors and most of the staff seem to have this mentality. The whole place is a very tired looking and they now offer NO CREDIT/DEBIT PAYMENT FACILITIES. Painful after booking online using a credit card through Booking.com and expecting to settle a few nights payment on your card without knowing this. Mini-Bar Fridge in Superior Rooms turns off when you leave the room with the Keys (card to activate Electricity cable-wired to room door key and cannot be detached). Staff really in no way helpful apart from an old man who insists on showing you to your Room and hanging around awkwardly until receiving a Tip.

No credit/debit payment facilities. Superior Room didn't offer a Safe in room as led to believe, in fact anyone can use a security box in the lobby should you wish. Staff could make a little effort, there are enough of them! Tired & Dated old Hotel well overdue for a update. Quite inconvenient end of town for tourists though not impossible to deal with if prepared to haggle down to $2 every time you make the trip to/from Riverfront area's with a Tuk Tuk driver. schönes Gebäude, die Mitarbeiter sind alle sehr zuvorkommend, zur Riverside sind es ca. 2-3 Dollar per Moto, zum laufen ist es zu weit

Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

It is too far away from the central areas.no restaurants close to the hotel.they dont offer lunch or dinner.only breakfast and that was bad.
