Clean and comfortable room. Staff extremely friendly, humble, helpful. Easy to organize temple tours etc. Breakfest really good. Comfortable pool area for evenings after visiting the temples.
Location bit off the city centre, easy to get a tuc-tuc for 2usd to downtown though.
Enjoyed everything about this hotel. Staff were attentive and professional. As this was our first time they patiently answered all questions we had of the area including popular restaurants, must-see sites, and pricing of services (e.g. tuk tuks). The facilities were great and breakfast buffet options were yummy. I look forward to returning!
staff are friendly, polite and extremely customer-focused, attentive to fine details. Accommodation and facilities deserve one or two more stars, literally perfect.
this hotel is virtually faultless, a paradise in Siem Reap.
This beautiful Bali style hotel has some of the nicest staff I have seen after traveling the world for 7 years! I highly recommend the villa at the pool. Massive thanks to manager Sopheap Sor and his staff!
May be off the main road, but a great location nevertheless. A hidden gem for those who wants comfort and style.
Staff went above and beyond to make the stay a pleasure, and the facilities were superb.
The staff were all very courteous. The room was very clean. The breakfast was ample and enjoyable. The entire place pictures my kind of vacation destination.
good service and excellent staff
bit out of way
One of the best hotels I have stayed at. The staff are wonderful. Great rooms and pool. Liked that management prefers no individual tipping. Tips can be left in a box at reception to be shared by all staff. Great not thinking about it during my stay.
Can't think of anything.
Newer, beautiful hotel. Room was large and comfortable. Staff was attentive.
Breakfast choices were limited.
The hotel is not in the main strip and this created a quiet scerene visit. The food was excellent. The staff was superb. The spa was excellent.
We had a lizard in our room that evaded capture.
Really friendly staff. Extremely helpful with organising everything. Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend.
Tour facilities in house. Our room access to the pool. Staff. Small hotel with great attention to detail.
Restaurant warm and at times uncomfortable-even at breakfast (also time of the year) and did not appear to be airconditioned-no big deal though.
The enviorment was great，it's valuable
The hotel is great, staff are very helpful, the room is a good size, the pool lovely and the hotel tuk-tuk drivers are very good and suggest interesting places to see around Angkor Wat.
The staff were AMAZING. It was the cleanest hotel I've ever stayed in. The breakfast is perfection. The fitness centre was a bonus!
I like the cabana room style,it is so nice!!! Breakfast also variety of choice!! Service also good!! So happy that is free transfer to airport with a comfortable ca r!!!
No spa,i hope can have steam bath!!
It's great hotel, location, value for money etc. It ticked every box for me.
Staff were excellent. The pool was a good place to relax. We were looked after well and our 2 year old daughter had a ball. The family rooms are well designed, two separate bedrooms and a living room.
The wi-fi was patchy in our room. That was about it - everything else was great.
Friendly, helpful staff, good food, beautiful pool area, comfortable accommodations, reasonable price. Overall an excellent hotel at a bargain price. The spa was first-rate. This is where we would stay if we return to Siem Reap.
The occasional barking dog at 5 a.m. was a nuisance, but not for long.
We had caught the flu before arriving in Siem Reap and were feeling miserable. The staff were so amazing and always asked how we were. When we ordered room service on a few occasions they brought us extras like tea and garlic bread to help us feel better, without us asking. It was so very sweet. The hotel itself is like a palace! The pool, gym and massage facilities are fantastic. The breakfast selection was really good. As was lunch and dinner and room service. The internet connection was also very good. The rooms were huge and so lovely. The had decorated our bed and room with roses and rose petals as it was our honeymoon and they also baked us a cake! The hotel comes with the highest of recommendations. Excellent value for money!
It was a little further out of town than I would have liked but it was still only $2 in a tuctuc
location a bit far from restaurants
Nice service, reasonable price for good standard.
Special thanks to Sor Sopheap and Koosal who made every effort to make our stay the best experience Provided birthday cake for wife's birthday organised day tours and provided an alternative suite on arrival to shower and relax as our room was not prepared for our early arrival Breakfast and other meals catered for every option food was fresh well prepared amd delicious Recommend to my friends without. any hesitation Hotel a little over 12pmths old
