Most things, especially the staff.
The wi-fi seems to be very bad.
Foyer Staff very courteous. Rooms clean & ,comfortable.
Not enough Western Food breakfast. Predominantly Asian breakfast. Disappointing.
only the price
all of it
Very friendly staff. Clean room and quiet.
The breakfast was average and definitely better at 6am than at 9 am!
Our room was big, clean and comfortable. The location is quite far from city centre, but it's quite.
Wifi didnt work properly.
Really helpful friendly staff Lovely room
Shower overshot the end of the bath so water on the floor but this dry quickly so not a big deal. A little out the way of the normal tourist area so didn't go out at night
Salita was a pleasant surprise in a surprising country. When we arrived they not only accepted our booking but because the room wasn't available we were upgraded to a better room! The room was spacious, very clean and spacious. View of the city from the ninth floor was fabulous. Breakfast was decent and WiFi reliable. Distance from central market, Russian market and sorta mall was very acceptable even walkable in the cooler evenings. A great place to stay in Phnom Penh.
WiFi died on the last two days of my stay and no one fixed it inspite of my requests.
Upgraded to VIP.
Staff try to get one night's money out of us by saying we over stayed.
The room was very comfortable.
There were few options for breakfast
Staff tops..Room great
Wi-fi disgraceful and hot water runs ouy quickly.
THE RECEPTION STAFF WERE POLITE AND CHEK IN WAS SWIFT. THE LINEN PROVIDED IN THE ROOMS WERE VERY CLEAN AND THE HOUSE KEEPING STAFF WERE POLITE AND OBLIGING. LOCATION OF THE HOTEL WAS FINE FOR MY PURPOSES.
THE LIFT WAS SLOW.
Breakfast did not have enough choice for us as western guests. Location is in an area with no restaurants or cafes serving western food.
Clean comfortable rooms, staff was helpfull
Breakfast sucks, only for a short time hot water in the shower.
The staff were really helpful when a mobile was left in taxi and they tracked it down - thank you again! Also helpful when extended our stay, arranging tuk tuks. Breakfast good considering included in the price (we had toast & fruit daily).
Hot water was limited couldn't fill up the whole bath. Dinner in the restaurant wasn't great.
Nice staff, clean room with amazing view. Excellent price. Near to S21 Khmer Rouge Prison museum (5 min walk).
Breakfast buffet was OK but nothing special.
Great view, very helpful staff, good breakfast & very comfortable room.
It's a little way from the restaurants & bars but that wasn't a huge problem for us as we only stayed one night.
Good basic room. High floors make for good views
We had a number of problems with this hotel. First the bathroom needs a good scrub down to remove mildew. When we checked in they had informed us that they were overbooked and they had forgotten to shut down there reservation system. So we spent an hour in the lobby looking for alternative accommodation when the receptionist informed us that we could actually stay there after all. What? We also had bought some boat tickets at reception and were told we could absolutely not pay by credit card by 3 different people. After searching for ATM to pay cash for our tickets we came back to reception (cashless - no ATMs in the area) they then informed us that they could Infact take our credit card. So after more wasted time and energy we handed over our Visa to discover there would be a $5 surcharge to use the card. I am in awe from the ridiculous price. Especially after all the wasted time with our booking and searching for ATMs. Don't waste your time staying here. There are better hotels in Phnom Penh.
Excellent Value for money. Staff were extremley helpful. Breakfast was good with variety. Closer to Russian Market. Just 1US$ Tuk tuk ride. No major complaints.
Internet was not working in Room. Had to come to the corridor to access internet. Not a big deal
Staff was very friendly. It was good value for money.
Location was ok but a bit far from the main centre so you have to take a tuk tuk everywhere.
Nice size room although not as nice as the pictures. Reception staff very good.
Trainee staff was extremely friendly; clean rooms
Not service-minded core staff, very bad sound insulation (very loud), terrible breakfast, cockroaches (regardless of the cleanliness)
I like the city view & food is ok , the staffs are polite , nice & attentive.
