Saravoan-Kep Hotel  

Fantastic location overlooking Kep Beach not far from the Siren statue. Small group of shops and restaurants nearby. Short trip to anywhere in Kep. Hotel had great staff and rooms were lovely (although our room seemed to be unfinished!).

Pool seemed to require cleaning during our 2 day stay.

Staff very friendly - very helpful desk manager, he went beyond what is normal to help out a situation, without anything in it for him ! Remarkable ! I liked the view over the beach & roadside - it's a convenient location, close to all that Kep has to offer.

The location was fantastic as we had a great view of the sea from our room, and also from the infinity edge pool. It was New Year's Eve so we had a birds eye view of the activities in the street including a small fireworks display. The staff were very friendly and were always willing to help. The pool was small but great to cool off, and the food was tasty and good value for money.

The breakfast was very limited. The hotel was a bit rundown but I guess that's normal for a place exposed to salt air. We thought the pool was supposed to be green until one day they decided to clean it and it turned out to be beautiful and blue! Having said that, my daughter swallowed some pool water and still didnt get sick!

A great little hotel. Staff were very friendly and breakfast good. Nice pool and beach over the road. Plenty of Tuk tuks and only $1.50 to Grab markets for great food. Booked tours and our taxi back to Phnom Penn through the hotel. Excellant service

Can't really think of anything that we didn't like.

Friendly staff and speak english. Location is central and near the crab market. Great view from room. The pool is small but it was empty when I was there. Breakfast was average.

The rooms were very nice and we had a beautiful view of the ocean. The beds were very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and tried to be helpful.

For the price, the hotel didn't have any extras, no glasses, no hand towels The breakfasts were pretty mediocre, the first morning it was a buffet but everything was cold and we had to ask for everything even butter, salt and pepper. Although the staff were nice, most of them had very limited English so it was very difficult to communicate at times.

Nice room with a view of the sea. Good bathroom. Nice swimming pool... when it's filled up with water... Central location between the Pier and the Crab Market.

When we arrived, the swimming pool was empty. The staff said it would be filled in the afternoon, but it wasn't until the next day. They didn't offer an alternative. It took us quite some time to get a discount when we checked out although we had mentioned us wanting a discount from the very first day. So, not really customer friendly, although we did get a discount in the end. The breakfast is included but isn't very special, you can only choose amongst some five dishes. And when you ask for an omelet, they put meat in it without mentioning it, so if you don't want that, you have to mention it upfront!

The location was excellent - overlooking Kep Beach (it is directly across the road in front of the hotel). The boutique hotel is new (open 5 or 6 mths) and the room was very good! Nice, clean, great little private balcony. Nicely furnished with concrete walls and stone feature walls. We had a room with a double and a single - plenty of room for a couple and a child. The staff are friendly, and the small pool was good with views over the beach out to the islands. And yes, you can swim at the beach - actually a lot cleaner than Occeutael at Sihanoukville, especially in the morning on a calm day before the silt gets churned up. Tuk-tuk to the crab markets for $2 and other restaurants all within walking distance. Breakfast offered a few choices included in the room price - the marinated pork with steamed rice particularly good...

Although the staff were friendly, they need a little more hospitality training, they seemed very inexperieced (but nice!) no idea about tours when I asked (although there were some brief descriptions on the wall at reception) and tend to sit around and chat, rather than offering a drink at the pool (for example). They could do with a few basic brochures for guests to peruse. Breakfast nice, but if they wanted to improve, some fruit or fruit juice could be included at a minimal expense. Also, the portions decreased in size during our stay, as more guests checked in. I think it is best to book tuk-tuk tours with the drivers themselves. 'Mr Pushy' in the restaurant (yes, our nickname for him) promised inclusions in the tour that were not part of the price (a tuk-tuk driver who would also act as a guide, and the entrance fee for the caves). All those minor things aside - we really enjoyed this hotel and recommed Kep for a relaxing stay in a nice seaside town without the jet-skis of Sihanoukville.

La ubicacion es exelente, frente a la playa, solo a 4 minutos en tuk tuk del crab market (ida y regreso U$ 3,00) y a 7 minutos del puerto donde salen los barcos hacias las islas. El diseno del hotel es interesante y funcional. El personal esta siempre dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento.

El desayuno no ofrece muchas alternativas, aunque las que hay son muy buenas, no incluye zumos, solo te o cafe.

白马的saravoan hotel，在海滩边静静伫立的三层白色漂亮花园别墅,不大的酒店处处花草,漂亮的游泳池精致有爱,老板是个热情可亲的法国老头,每天还亲自打理房间,整个酒店面对大海,在日出和日落的时候特别迷人,无论是在酒店对面的沙滩散步或是在阳台上闲坐,时光总是如此悠闲,面朝大海,每个来到saravoan的人都能感受到家一样的温暖,当一早背起行囊,和酒店的人打招呼告别,这时刻,一个笑容足矣,期待see you next time！

没有任何不满意，下次还会入住，非常棒的体验，谢谢所有为我们热心服务的人

Precio un poco elevado en relacion con la calidad del hotel

Läget på hotellet är perfekt. Hotellet ligger fint med en otrolig utsikt mot havet. Vi hade ett rum med balkong och havsutsikt. Rumet var rent och fräscht. Hotellet har pool, men vi badade aldrig där.

Personalen var dålig på engelska. Språkförbristningarna ledde till missförstånd och oklarheter. Frukosten var sådär, fanns inte så mycket och välja de bjuder inte på något extra som ex. jouice. Servicen kändes lite sådär. Frågade man så försökte de hjälpa till...om vi förstod varandra, men de gjorde inget extra här heller.

Pour une suite, j'ai déjà vu mieux. Pas de séchoir à cheveux, pas très propre, petite chambre.

Slimig personal som var för påträngande och inte riktigt hade alla hönsen hemma.

очень приветливый, добродушный персонал. отель находится в 2х минутах ходьбы от пляжа (сам пляж не очень, рано утром там мусор, но его часов в 9 утра убирают, пляжная зона маленькая, но туристов практически нет, поэтому это нам не приносило неудобств). все номера с видом на море. из нашего номера мы видели еще и бассейн. бассейн небольшой, но в бассейне никого кроме нас не было (несезон + мало номеров в отеле). самый вкусный кофе оказался в нашем отеле. очень близко от крабового рынка.

нет прачечной и нет шторки между душем и туалетом.

주차장이 협소하고 진입시 턱이 높아 불편하였으며, 내부시설은 침대는 좋았으나 화장실 시설이 많이 뒤 떨어짐(사워기밑바닦은 나무디딤판을 치우고 돌이나 타일로교체했으면하며(비위생적임) 세면다이도 교체했으면 하는마음이 들었습니다)

бассейн был грязным, белье в номере поменяли, т.к. оно тоже было использованным... ночью выключился свет и кондиционер в номере и мне предложили со всеми вещами переселиться в соседний - в 2 часа ночи))) утром успешно переехала в соседний старый французский отель)

Прекрасно расположенный отель. Просторный балкон (лоджия) с видом на море. В номере все удобства - умывальные принадлежности, вода, кондиционер. Не было сейфа. Приветливый, услужливый персонал.

The rooms were in excellent condition. The infinity Pool either. Good walking distance to the crabmarket. The owner is very helpful!

The breakfast was poor and they didn't have any fitting cushions for the poolchairs...

Great service, very attentive and amicable staff. Very nice rooms, simple but nice decor. For me, the location was perfect - with a view on the sea, quiet, but still close to the small 'downtown' area if one may call it this way. Access to a few restaurants, bike rental and convenience store nearby, without having to take a tuktuk. I am a woman travelling alone and I felt very safe at this hotel.

Two things: the water in the pool did not seem the cleanest. It had a greenish colour... The breakfast was a little disappointing. The choice is very limited and the portions are quite small. It's the only place in Cambodia where I did not enjoy the breakfast.
