there was some confusion with the bill at the end that was annoying
This hotel is amazing. The room was wery clean. The staff was excellent, very friendly and accomodating.Breakfast was very good. We stronglty recommend this hotel.
everything is excellent
Loved the whole experience. Wonderful spa treatments. Great food. Lovely room and great location. Staff is the greatest! You can also use the sister resort a few steps across the street.
Loved everything. Would love to stay again!
Boutique hotel, extremely friendly staff, great location and superb food. The congi at breakfast is the best we have tasted. We stayed at the Club which allows use of the Resort facilities over the road, including a larger pool and dining option. Front desk recommend restaurants and arrange bookings, as well as transport via tuk tuk or car if required. A very relaxed, welcoming oasis in the middle of Siem Reap. Can walk to river (50m) or old market area (500m). We will stay here again whenever revisiting the area.
Staff are overly attentive.
Excellent breakfast Convenient location Very well trained staff, always keen to help
Wi Fi was not working properly in my room, signal coverage should be improved
Incredible service from the staffs!
We stayed at this lovely hotel for 5 nights. We were warmly welcomed the minute we arrived. Staffs go above and beyond for guests. Everyone are extremely friendly and attentive. It's like they can literally read your minds. Rooms are spotless, food is reasonably priced and delicious. We highly recommend it!!
Everything was perfect, wouldn't fault a thing.
Amazing service, very personal, needs always anticipated. Staff very friendly. Location fab - near river and markets + area with food/ drinks. Would highly recommend.
Personally would prefer a gym as well on site, but no problem without.
Beautiful hotel, great staff and food. Amazing breakfasts and cocktails in particular. We very much enjoyed our stay!
The only negative was the strange loud noises at night (like rats or rattling noises) disturbed our sleep somewhat. We did not report this to the hotel at the time, and I am sure if we did they would have moved us to a different room or tried to accomodate us in some way.
Staff service Room facilities and decor Easy access to town and temples Swimming pool and happy hour
The hotel is conveniently located to be able to walk into the centre but is also on the right side of town to get out to the Angkor temples. The food at the hotel is great and the breakfast swings are fun.
Unfortunately there was something making a knocking noise in the ceiling of the bathroom at night, which led to a very disturbed sleep. When we informed the staff they told us they looked into and solved it, but this was not the case so we had a second sleepless night as a result.
Rooms and overall layout. Breakfast. Coffee. Pool. Food, etc
I liked everything about this hotel - location is just perfect - walking distance from all the action (and noise) of pub street. The ambiance was so nice and made our stay in Siem Reap very memorable. I especially liked the room layout and the bed linens used. Bathroom is just the right size with ample hot water. Flower arrangements in the lobby and around the hotel were very beautiful! The breakfast spread was pretty decent, with a very simple but tasteful ala carte menu to add to the buffer selection (came free with the package. Staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. The cold wet towels given everytime we came back from a tour was a welcome treat! The front desk manager, Mot Sophear, was very helpful during our stay.
The pool was a small, but we were allowed access to the Shinta Mani Resort, which had a very nice pool.
Staff going above and beyond expectations - our flight was in the evening and although they had another booking in our room, they moved us to a clean room for free and let us check out at 5pm Location Facilities Happy Hour at the bar!
Shinta Mani was amazing and luxurious, a slice of heaven away from the busy-ness of the streets outside.
There was nothing that I didn't like!
Very polite and friendly staff.
A bit over-rated when compared to recent reviews. Good facilities, but not excellent.
Cold towels always on arrival Bottles of cold water always on leaving Friendliness of all staff
We had a wonderful experience at the Shinta Mani. We particularly liked the fresh flowers placed everyday around the hotel and in our room. It gave the rooms a wonderful jasmine smell. Also the breakfast was really fresh and delicious. Location was pretty good, and hotel have their own tuc tuc. Would definitely recommend this hotel to any one.
Very attentive staff. They organised breakfast boxes to take to Ankara Wat temple for sunrise. The bedrooms have fantastic insets in the ceiling over the bed that light up at night. These are photos of the Elephant Trees at the Temples.
Outstanding hotel, in a league of its own. Very tastefully, elegantly designed with exceptional modern comfort. As soon as you walk through the walkway at the front of the hotel, all your five senses are pleased, the essential oil burnt throughout the hotel smells lovely (also in your room's bathroom), it smells a bit minty, or was it jasmine or citronella? Not sure, very nice anyway. Nowhere in the hotel ever played lousy loud music. Not even in the bar. A national geographic programme about Angkor Wat was constantly on the TV at the bar (but on mute) very thoughtful and informational. Powerful rain shower in the room drops on you like a tropical downpour, very nice! What can be better than all of the above? The exceptional service from the staff. Perhaps because staff in the hotel studied in the Shinta Mani foundation school located just above the hotel, there was a community atmosphere among the staff, they seem to like their job and are proud/happy with what they do. They were all very warm and professional with extraordinary attention to detail. I always prefer to try out new places but if I visit Siem Reap again, I'll stay at Shinta Mani. It's one of those places that gives you such wonderful experience that you would be keen to relive.
None. The fussy and demanding me has a little suggestion - the fresh pastries breakfast and takeaway coffee at 4am was tasty and heartwarming, if they could provide plastic lids for the takeaway coffee cups that would be great, to prevent spilling from the bumpy tuk tuk ride to Angkor Wat ;-)
Great service and free breakfast. Seun was the best.
The staff were very helpful and friendly I felt very comfortable being here alone. The breakfasts were really good and my room was excellent and had a private garden. The ambiance was very relaxing.
Leaving the hotel.
Awesome Hotel, Very Nice staff. A pleasure to stay there.
Location and Staff mostly. Decent breakfast and relaxing swimming pool.
