    Lovely food and friendly/helpful staff.

Bed sheets were a bit grubby.

The guesthouse was nothing more or less than we expected for the price, so we were satisfied for the most. Nice rooftop view over the Mekong River and the food they served was better than other places we visited.

Could do with some repairs, especially the electrical appliances and bathrooms, which seemed to be functioning on their last legs. The internet was no good in the rooms, so one had to work from the reception on the ground floor.

Value for money. Location. Dolphins. Nice for quick stop off to phnom penh, not much else to do there.

    Bring mosquito net.

Very friendly stuff, the location was good and the roof terrace great! Plus: draft beer, which is really nice to have after the long ride from Laos.

It was very noisy, the bathroom kind of broken down and the internet did hardly work in the upper floors.

First time in Cambodia someone introduce themself and told that we are welcome. Nice and friendly staff, u can get all help what you need. Loved it. Nice relaxing area-restaurant on the rooftop, great view, great location, huge room with ensuite really cheap..recommend..

Uncomfy beds,it would be great if they put some toileteries stuff, its no even toilet paper... slow wifi...and in the restaurant when you want to order usually half of the dishes they don't have or just me so unlucky...some improvements and this guesthoust will be perfect..

Not too far from the town

On arriving, the situation was chaos. The manager couldn't find my name and so had to open up his Booking .com account to find my booking. On admitting me, their was no towel or soap/toiletries that was supposed to be available. Had my own stuff anyway but still. The electric in my room was temperamental and so I had to get a member of staff to fix the light. Overall a nasty experience and thankfully stayed one night only. moved on to Morha Outdom Hotel where I spent a further 2 nights for a couple of dollars more. Much nicer atmosphere, though a few mins more to walk into the town area.

staff was very accommodating. let me use a laptop even though there was no official computer. also booked my bus ticket to 4000 islands with ease.

the dorm was pretty pathetic. no closing door to the hallway. but still, comfortable enough bed. at least i had a safe under the bed.

    Location. Friendly staff. Cheap food.

The room was advertised as having toiletries but there wasn't even toilet paper when we arrived. There was a communal terrace outside the room which could be noisy at night. The room wasn't particularly clean and the bathroom tiny however this room was only £7 so you can't really complain.

    Rooftop Bar

Be aware of food poisoning. I was three days sick after one meal.

I enjoyed the rooftop terrace and happy hour cocktails.Great view of the Mekong. Reasonably priced restaurant.

Room descriptions are optimistic. Booked a twin with a balcony, river view and private bathroom. Got a twin with no view, balcony and a shared bathroom. I didn't actually find any rooms in the hotel that matched the description.

Absolutely loved the family that ran this place you couldn't ask for a nicer welcome or feel safer staying anywhere else in Siem Reap.

The situation of the hostel is close to town but at night there is a very dark road to walk up and as I am a single woman I was forced to take a tuk tuk home most nights.

Lovely friendly family run business, good food and lovely rooftop terrace to watch the sun go down over the Mekong . We had a room with no hot water hut to be honest u didn't need it the water was warm enough .it's within walking distance from the bus drop off which is good .

Staff really friendly and helpful. They have two new managers who are French and speak good English. They really make sure you have a comfortable stay. View from the rooftop is great, sit back and relax watching the sunset whilst sipping cocktails.

WiFi was not working when we first arrived but was working two days later. Rooms are clean but toilets have no cistern lids and our shower in the ensuite was useless. I used communal shower instead.

Friendly and helpful family that runs this place Only 2 minutes walk to the city center, 5 minutes to the Sorya bus stop, 10 minutes to the Canadian atm Motorbike rental without having to give out your passport (7 usd per day, 45 minutes to dolphins, dolphins cost a stunning 9 usd each person) Decent free wifi Soft bed Staff speaks quite a bit of English

Restroom and shower facilities are a bit basic though clean. Would be nice to be able to shower without having to sit on your knees. For the price paid and considering the country and location, I found it acceptable though. If you're a light sleeper, there's a school next door with loud cheering kids starting at 6 am which might wake you up early. Didn't bother me, but be warned. Onward travel bus tickets are 1 usd / person more expensive in the hostel compared to all other places in town (2 minute walk around the corner).

The family were very nice, friendly and attentive. The balcony is very nice.

The bed was so hard that the springs made bumps down the mattress. The bathroom was too small to have a shower right over the toilet and the water was always cold. The pipe on the bathroom sink always leaked whenever I used it.

We like their friendliness and service. The guesthouse owner Mr.Pech and his lovely wife Chakriya were very helpful and makes us feel like home.Mr.Pech also made an effort to send us to the massage centre and he picks us up on time.I Would highly recommend this place if anyone wants to stay in Kratie.Choose their room in the roof top as you can see a beautiful view of Mekong River.Thank you very much Mr & Mrs Pech.Keep up the good work.

The receptionist, very kind, did a very good job.

Poor facilities, but they are ok if you think about the price. Not better accomodations in the area.
