The brakfest was good and with a variaty of diferent disches. Both asian and european. The wi-fi was good. The location was not in the absolut city center of Siem Reap (we knew that when we booked) but the tuk-tuk in to town was free so no problem. Took 5 minutes. You had to take your own tuk-tuk back. But that was not expensive: 2 USD. And when you learned the way you could walk in to city center within 15 minutes. There was no disturbing noice from the street. Quit room. The beds was not so hard that is quite coomon in asia. We liked them. Close to hotel was a outdoor foodmarket and we grabbed a baguettebreed there with filling. (2 for 1 1/2 $) Very good taste !! We recomend the hotel.

The poolarea was ok to be a cityhotel. But the vater in the pool was very cold. Some of the personal was not so good in english and when they didn´t understand they said yes yes and looked like ufo. But most of them spoke english so you could solve that just asking another one.

The hotel staff was really courteous and helpful. They were very responsive and attended to our requirements with utmost speed and to the best of their abilities.

    - The toiletries were low quality - The bathroom taps were leaking - The room towels were thin and low quality - The room itself was not clean - There were no vegetarian options (except fruits) for breakfast - For USD 30 a night, this hotel is definitely not value for money
