A wonderful resort. Great location. Peaceful. Good breakfast. Excellent staff and facilities.

Nothign to not like.

All. The pool is saltwater pool, not strong salt. You can open your eyes inside the pool without pain!.

The toilet is very difficult to use and not hygienic. I think this hotel need a one push button toilet.

Staff Food Location

Sokha Angkor Resort will give any travelers their money's worth. Good location, great breakfast (included in your room rate), close to the happening place at night time (Pub Market), swimming pool, etc. This is a modern looking hotel with a touch of the Cambodian architecture. We reserved a room with the swimming pool view). I am just sorry that I was hardly there at the hotel, as our tour starts early in the a.m. and ends quite late in the p.m.

solid 4star hotel, not 5, tiny shower head, plain room with bare floor

Location was excellent, very close to everything. Pool was nice, and nice lobby. Spa was not bad.

Rooms were dated, bathrooms moldy, extremely overpriced. Service terrible, had to call multiple times when needed something. Breakfast room was dark and depressing, how can a breakfast room be so poorly lit? It supposed to be sunny. Rooms were also dark and depressing. Took a shower in the spa instead of the bathroom because bathroom shower was terrible.

The staff did everything they could to make your stay memorable.

Because our return flight was not scheduled to leave till 10:30 pm, we had to pay $60.00 to check-out by 6pm which we didn't really mind beause the outside temperature and humidity was very uncomforable. What we didn't like was that they refused to let us check-out at 7:00 pm without having to pay an extra night stay. We consider that as being inconsiderate since we had spent the last 5 days in the hotel. That just spoiled our stay and impression of their hospitality.

-TV set is CRT, so I am suggesting to improve to LCD -Combodia

Very good standard of hotel. Nice pool area and great cocktails in the bar at night. Breakfast was good. Location was great and near the main eating area (Pub Street).

The actual physical resort itself is nice. Well-furnished, nice traditional touches, decent pool and gym. The location is a bit removed from the main part of town but it's a 5-minute tuk tuk ride to get to Pub Street. It's even walkable if you're up for just shooting the breeze with a nice stroll.

Unfortunately, there are a few things that count against it and which I do not expect from a 5-star resort at close to top dollar. - When we went to the concierge right after checking in, we were informed they had run out of maps. Not only that, the concierge stated it very matter-of-factly, as if it were no big deal. And there was no more info forthcoming (e.g. when they expected to get more, where we could get one). - The desk chair in our room was in poor condition. As in, the back of it was on the verge of breaking. - The toilet clogged up TWICE during our 4-day stay. - Knowing I was falling ill, I left instructions with the person on duty in the middle of the night, expecting them to be passed on to the morning shift. BUT it wasn't done, and I had to come down the next morning to sort out the stuff myself.

Very beautiful hotel - the pool was the best I have ever seen. The attention to detail in furnishings and decor was excellent, the food was delicious and the staff courteous and helpful.

Zum Erholen perfekt, nach einem Besuch der Tempelanlagen der richtige Ort zum Entspannen. Freundliches, zuvorkommendes Personal, sehr gepflegte Anlage mit schönem Pool. Nähe zum Stadtzentrum

Sehr schoen gestaltetes Hotel in der Naehe zum Zentrum von Siem Reap. Das Zimmer war toll, mit Balkon und Blick auf den Pool, habe mich sehr wohlgefuehlt. Sonderwuenschen wie der Oeffnung des Fitnessraums bereits um 6:00 hat das Personal gerne entsprochen.

Das Fruehstuecksbuffet ist von sehr maessiger Auswahl und Qualitaet. In einem 5-Sterne Hotel erwarte ich z.B. frische Saefte und viele Sorten Fruechte, gerade wenn die Maerkte vor dem Hotel davon ueberquellen. Stattdessen gab es nur kuenstlich schmeckenden und ueberzuckerten Orangensaft und eine sehr limitierte Auswahl von frischen Fruechten. Der WIFI Access im Hotelzimmer war extrem langsam. Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb des Zentrums, nicht unbedingt in Laufentfernung, eher eine (kurze) Fahrt mit dem Tuktuk.

для пяти звезд не идеальное состояние санузлов в плане обветшалости. при бронирование через систему букинг на запрос об одном номере с возможным размещением трех взрослых и одного ребенка отель выдает вариант номера делюкс с двумя кроватями шириной по 130 см и софой, с бесплатным проживанием ребенка на имеющихся кроватях, но при заезде менеджеры отеля просят оплатить завтрак ребенка дополнительно, при выезде еще включили в счет оплату за дополнительную кровать, хотя эта кровать не предоставлялась!

シェムリアップ滞在の最終日にプールビューの部屋に1泊しました。広く清潔でリラックスできます。朝食は種- 類も豊富で美味しい。今回から始まったサービスで夕方5時から7時までの間に軽食サービスがありました。ビ- ール　ワイン　フレッシュジュース　パン　春巻き　鶏肉料理などがありびっくりしました。若い女性などは夕食の替わりにしてもいいくらいです。オールドマーケ- ットまで徒歩15分くらいなので買い物にも便利でした。チェックアウト後も荷物預り、プール使用、シャワー- 、着替えなどできます。夜の帰国だったので空港へ行くまでの間ホテルのロビーで待つ事が出来とても快適でし- た。日本語のできるスタッフもいますので安心ですよ。

酒店的咸水游泳池非常棒！酒店员工非常负责，我们丢在游泳池的相机、潜水镜和衣服都一一收好，并且衣服还洗- 干净了。另外酒店的Spa也非常不错，价钱比国内便宜好多，15:00之前还有happy hour! 物超所值！

他と比較して立地はよいところにあると思います。遺跡方面、オールドマーケット方面、空港方面等へいきやす- く、タクシー、トゥクトゥク、バイタクもこまりません。 設備面は期待していた通りで、シェムリアップという町中においては、美しいプールやレストラン、バーもよか- ったと思います。 またSPAもよかったと思います。 スタッフには日本語を流暢に話す人がいて安心できます。

遠くへいくのにタクシーを手配してくれるのはコンシェルズですが、人によって時によって価格が違い、またこ- れも落差が激しいので面倒でした。 特に外のタクシーを手配するときは気をつけるしかないかとおもいます。 交通面はすべて交渉なので、相場を知るためにいろいろ聞き込みや事前調査が必要でしょう。相手によっては弱- みに付け込んだ価格をいいます。 ホテルリムジンは一定価格の設定がありますが、もちろん高いのでグループや予算のある人向きです。 トゥクトゥクでは安いので心配ないですが、タクシーで郊外へ行くときなどはネゴシエーションが必要なのが面- 倒です。 タクシー制度の問題ですがホテルで手配することを考えるとホテルサービスのひとつと思い書き込みました。

Las instalaciones y el personal son excelentes, así como la ubicación, que aunque no está en el centro, te permite ir caminando a Pub Street en diez minutos. La piscina estaba muy poco concurrida y el ambiente en general era silencioso e invita al descanso. La cama era de 2 metros de largo por 2,5 metros de ancho. El precio de la habitación era increíblemente bueno en relación a la calidad del hotel.

A veces se interrumpía la línea del wifi. Mobiliario un poquitín clásico aunque no influye en el confort. El desayuno está más orientado al cliente asiático pero más que suficiente para quedarse satisfecho.
