The room is very nice, and the size is big and comfortable. Great value for money. Swimming pool is must be the largest you can find in Siem Reap, very beautiful. The Villa resort is so quite in the night.

The wifi is very very slow. Location is little bit far from the town, but it is ok since only takes 15 mins by tuk tuk. The breakfast is just ok, not much to choose from, but they have excellent noodles.

    - very helpfull and friendly staff - good location to visit the city (closeby) - good restaurant - clean and green enviroment - clean and big rooms (villa Sokhalay) - big outdoor pool with bar/snack facility - tv (tons of channels, incl free HBO)

    - often poor Wifi-connection in the room - indoor-pool not heated (cold), including the hottubs

Location, setting/landscape, friendly staff (sometimes too in your face e.g standing over your shoulder while eating lunch), pool

Pool filters weren't on during the day, therefore pool was not clean. Hotel robes were dirty. Shower leaks. A lot of flies

Swimming pools are excellent (indoor and outdoor) Poolside villa was hugh, included a seperate TV room and downstairs kitchen - unfortunately this was shared with downstairs villa. Free airport pickup - Loads of Tuk-tuks available outside, $8 return to pub street, $15 day trip to temples

Mosquitos in room Drinks at pool bar expensive compared to town - 7 times the price

Every member of the staff was excellent during the entire duration of our stay. Our villa was spacious and steps away from a large pool. Breakfast was good.

The ac in our room couldn't compete with Cambodia's heat even on the coldest temperature setting.

We are staying in the villa facing the swimming pool. The view just wonderful. Hotel decoration and the space just amazing. It is very relaxing.

The fly during breakfast, the limited dine in menu and some days, the cleaner did not clean the room thoroughly.

The design of the hotel, the pool, the villas. They picked us up at the bus arrival.

The breakfast was not adapted for European or American. The hotel was empty, probably due to the low season, there were a lot of mosquitos in the room despite the AC, it is pretty far from the center of Siem Reap where the activity are at night.

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Can't fault this hotel and can't wait to be back.i stayed in the villas and it felt like home away from home. It's a little far from the the town centre so expect to spend on tuk Tuks. Other than that , this hotel won't disappoint

Wifi wouldn't work in my villa.

staffs are young but not user friendly swimming pool is nice but dirty

1.they charged extra bed for 40usd a day, then made the total expense for one day(one room) is up to 100usd(two beds setting).but you know what, the family size room(two king size beds plus one more normal bed) was only 80usd.they just want you spent more and refused to give you the family room. 2.when the local people knew we stay in this hotel, they charged us more and the hotel never help u with that.the staffs helped the local people (like tuk tuk driver) to ask more money because they think you are rich or you are [deserve] to give money everywhere. 3.not good breakfast

First time in Cambodia and Siem Reap. This hotel is on the way from the airport to the city, about 10 in drive from the main city centre (pub street/night market etc). The villas are behind the main entrance of the hotel which is a big building designed in the shape of Middleeast goverment buildings (inside and outside). Nevertheless when you arrive at the Villa location, you immeidately feel like you are in a nice queit nighbourhood as oppose to a hotel. The wooden villas are authentic from the outside and the bedroom, although a little dark and in need of natural lights is an acceptable standard. The best thing about this hotel, however was the staff. Cambodian people are incredibly friendly and welcoming. We hired the hotel car several times, our driver (Coffee) is the sweetest man you meet and really looked after us, tip him well please, he really deserves it.

The pool is very old fashion and noisy. During the day, there are plenty of children screaming in the pool and at night there was a strange band playing life music. The bathroom, although clean and had all the basic, needs alot of work to bring it to the levels acceptable for a 5 star hotel.
