Great staff and very friendly owner.Breakfast was fresh and ample. The poolside was very relaxing with a good selection of drinks available.Mango shakes were divine!! Two way airport transfer included. Lovely gardens in the resort Bathrooms a bit basic.Water pressure at times low.Power supply was interuppted every night for a few minutes- made to understand that this is considered the norm in Cambodia

The staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout our stay - we stayed 7 nights! The location is great - close to the pub street / old market area but not too close to be noisy. quiet street and we were in no way disturbed at night or when relaxing by the pool. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a lower floor room but the garden meant it was still secluded and gave enough privacy when sitting on the balcony. Mosquito coils were a nice touch- lit each evening by the staff. Food and drinks (breakfast and from the bar) were good quality. our breakfast was included in the room price but all menu items were inexpensive and beers just 1$ (even from the room bar). The garden surrounding was really pleasant to sit in and the pool was a good size for swimming with plenty of loungers to relax on. The staff were keen to assist and offered tour options straight away - we simply organised a tuk tuk to take us to the temples - you pay the driver directly but they will arrange one for you. Very simple and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and if we re-visit Siem Reap will stay here again. No hot water - but we were also in the hottest time of year so it was not necessary.

The staff were really helpful and tried to answer all queries quickly. They helped me book a bus trip over the Khmer new year. Their driver Joy was also lovely. Pool was nice, as was breakfast (lots of option). Wifi around the place was good. The gardens were beautiful, well kept, and all fruit plants labelled which was interesting. Street that it was located on was about dark at night, so take a tuk tuk!

Exactly how it was portrayed online both in description and photos. Great location, clean, boutique-like with a bit of an exotic feel. Breakfast was great, they even packed a "take-away" for us when we left before sunrise to see the temples.

Receptionists have excellent English skills and try to be as helpful as they can. Hotel has an Airport shuttle for free. Nice pool for cooling off after sightsseing. Rooms are very quiet and have a very quiet aircondition. Breakfast choices are limited, to have breakfast takes its time. Rooms on the base floor are very dark.

Home away from home, only better! We stayed here four years ago, and have been waiting for an opportunity to return ever since. We were not disappointed! What was then a tranquil haven not far off the beaten track has become even better with time. The garden has grown up, so you feel totally private and indulged in your own little corner of this paradise, especially if you get an upstairs room. The showers have been upgraded, and they were really the only thing that needed changing. The beds are firm, but that's a positive for me. Siem Reap has gone crazy over the last four years, and for those of us who are not here to be seen in Pub Street and the over-the-top night markets or battle the constant harassment from would-be masseurs, this place means you can relax and enjoy your time here. It's fun to take the five minute walk into the centre when you feel like it, but lovely to know you can escape as well. You can eat at the hotel if you're feeling too lazy to move far after a day at the temples or working with the locals, as so many visitors to this area are. Some people might want a more varied menu, but everything we ate was excellent, and that matters more to me. Clean, fresh, flavoursome. The pool is divine, and the staff are outstanding. Attentive without ever overdoing it, they learn your name from the moment you arrive and keep a very close, personal but discreet eye out for your well being. This is five star luxury without the price tag and without the pomp and posturing that turns me away from the real five star set. Mr Hak has created something very special here and I hope he never strays from his original vision.

Location is great, just a short walk to Pub Street area or a $2.00 tuk tuk ride in the heat of the day. Great pool that actually stays a bit cool during the day so when you come back from a steaming day of temple visits it's a very welcoming part of the hotel.

This was my second stay at this property and it just keeps getting better. Delightful little pool, adequate breakfast. The staff is top notch and will make every attempt to help you with whatever you need. Upstairs rooms are not for those having any difficulty going up and down stairs.
