Nice villa with good and clean rooms with air conditioning. Well located for visiting the Angkor temples. Superb service, we had a great time at Sunsai Villa thanks to our hostess. Tuk tuk prices to take you to the temples or in the city are already negotiated which is a plus. Breakfast was good too even though it could be more varied when you stay several days.

Sunsai villa is not just a guest house. Sunsai villa is a warm house where we found exactly what we needed. Kim has been like a friend to us, she helped us to organize the visit at the temple, she organized our stay in every detail. We were in honey moon and she made our room wih tons of flowers! The rooms are nice and very clean. Is a bit far from the city but this was really positive because was quite and relaxing. I would suggest to go at sunsai villa if you want to have an authentic experience and get away from the big nosy hotels of siem reap.

    Nothing!

We liked it so much that we cancelled the hotel we had previously booked for our last night in Siem Reap and stayed once again at Sunsai Villa. Kim was incredible. The breakfast was copious and varied and complemented perfectly by her homemade marmalade which was delicious. We had a fantastic tuktuk driver Surith who welcomed us every day with a beautiful smile and took us wherever we wanted to go. We really made the most of our time in Siem Reap thanks to Kim and her wonderful organisation and ideas of how to spend our days. Nothing was too much trouble and she really is one in a million. I have never been so sad to leave a holiday. We will definitely go back and I strongly recommend it to anyone. You can't do better for the money. It is just perfect in every way. Now we are home we really miss Kim's superb coffee.

Everything was perfect. Kim is the most incredible hostess. She goes out of her way to make sure that you have the best stay possible in Siem Reap. We were even given a mobile phone to contact Surith, the best tuktuk driver in Cambodia. We didn't want to leave and will definitely go back.

Kim and the staff just couldn't do enough for us. They helped us organise trips and tuktuk drivers. Nothing was too much trouble. It made our stay in Siem Reap perfect and took all the hassle out of it. The marmalade and the coffee were out of this world and the Cambodian breakfast was delicious! A place so perfect you won't want to leave

If I could have I would have packed Kim up in my suit case and taken her home. She is amazing and so is the rest if the staff. If I had to say anything bad the worst was the wifi was shotty at times. But it's a beautiful ace to stay. Breakfast was awesome and my tuktuk driver number two was great! If I ever am back I will stay here again! Highly recommend.

Everything! The staff were amazing and Kim really looked after us. They arranged everything we needed and we also had an excellent tuk tuk driver for the length of our stay. The hotel is slightly out of town but as we had our own driver we could go anytime we liked. It was peaceful and relaxing and we had a lovely stay. Oh and the breakfast was also brilliant! I would definitely recommend this place!

    Nothing, everything was great.

Everything was just excellent! Norman and Kim - you're great! Our tuktuk driver Roth with permanent sincere smile made our rides enjoyable and memorable. Nice clean a/c room with balcony and anti-insect tool, tasty breakfast, attentive and courteous owner Norman, who helped us adjusting our route, asked tuktuk and taxi prices for each chosen route (btw quite good prices), gave us useful briefing about Cambodia, markets, restaurants, exchange courses, security and etc. He also provided us late check-out and transfer for free. Basically he made our vacation easy, comfortable and pleasant.

Absolutely nothing. Somebody will say it's not in the center of Siem Riep town but tuktuk makes this way in 5-10 minutes whenever you wish.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Norman and Kim were great hosts and made our holiday more beautiful! Norman helped us to organize our tour of the Angkor temples, he provided tuk-tuk at a reasonable price and a phone to be able to always contact him or tuk-tuk driver. Also he gave us important tips to avoid being misled by the merchants or hassled by beggars. Breakfast was rich and varied, typical Cambodian. Spacious rooms with air conditioning. Sunsai Villa was the best choice that I made in this holiday! Thank you Norman & Kim, you were great!

Everything was excellent! It's the best choice to visit Siem Reap (Angkor temples) and relax!

Excellent stay. The location is a bit hidden behind a temple, close to the centre, but away from the city hustle. On arrival you receive a Khmer mobile phone with useful numbers as the one of the owner, the one of a friendly motor cycle guy who comes to pick you up whenever and wherever you need transport, numbers of good taxi drivers etc... Wonderful assistance and recommendations to work out your plans to visit city and temples avoiding the mass tourist paths!! Breakfast is enlightened with local home made products, even with home made cheese produced by an Italian who lives in the city. I will certainly come back!! Hans

Sunsai Villa was one of the best place we stayed at during our trip in Southern Asia, a great value for your money! Norman is a GREAT host, keen to answer all your questions, tell you many interesting stories and help you in thousand ways to make your stay easy and joyful. Not to speak about the fantastic and deliscious breakfasts - he will never let you start your day hungry... You will realize that the place is not in the center, but dont let yourself down by the location: the villa has a tuk-tuk driver who will take you to the center and back whenever you want, in fact we enjoyed the 10mins drives and to stay a bit off the center in a really nice environment. We dont hesitate to recommend the Sunsai Villa for everyone, it is like your home away from your home.

everything was great. first time you arrive there, ask for the villa's tuktuk, other drivers may not find the place easily. Dont worry, Norman will offer you this option prior to your arrival, you'd better go for it!

Absolutley everything!!! STAY HERE!! Amazing service, wonderful facilities, a short bike ride away from the city and markets. Norman, and Kimwould cook up breakfast tailored to our diets and always mathe extra effort to add some true cambodian cuisine/culture into each day/. He has tuk-tuk drivers to take you where you need to go and has superb advice on seeing the temples at Angkor Park. Nice, large, extremely comfortable beds and facilities. Large lounge with TV if you ever need a break. Cell phones provided during your stay if you ever need anything. Located behind a wat/pagoda, it if off the main street and has a very residental, home away from home feel. TOP NOTCH!!!!

Nothing. 11/10 stars for this place!!

The rooms are very comfortable, beautiful, and impeccably clean. The huge breakfasts are terrific, and nothing is too much trouble to organise. Norman and Kim are such wonderful hosts, they pay attention to every detail, from fresh early morning coffee to a complementary mobile phone to use during the stay. I felt really well looked for the two weeks I was there.

Norman and team were very friendly and went out of their way to ensure I could maximise my time during my short visit. Thank you.

The location may not be on the main street but Norman provided at tuk tuk driver Ra, who drove me out to bars, restaurants and even a condensed temple tour as that was all that time permitted. Do not let the location put you off.
