staff unhelpful and didn't speak much English
They allowed me for early check-in in the morning & the breakfast was great! Not to mention about the airport free pickup
The front room near the lobby that I got was too noisy at night but i was too tired at that time and slept like pig.
Great family-run guesthouse in an excellent location, just 10 minutes walk from the National Museum, 5 minutes walk to the Cambodian Circus (not to be missed) and very handy to the temples. Top cooked breakfast daily with a big selection, and fresh fruit and bottled water brought to the room. There was even a refrigerator in the room. Well stocked supermart close by. Incredible value! Highly recommended.
Nothing at all.
picking up service
the breakfast is not varied
It's close to all the major attractions. Our driver cum tour guide Mr.Pin was very helpful and took good care of us throughout our stay. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly.
The air conditioner was old and not cooling the room enough and there was an electricity failure too.
Price was good. Breakfast included
Bit offside. 1,5$ for a Tuck tuck to Pubstreet
Super guide and driver from the hotel Basic room but it' s excellent option for such money
the staff welcome us with juice. everyday they will send fruits to our room. not just that, the breakfast is awesome too! comfy bed, large room.
Quite far from pub street/night market (I would prefer walking distance). we have to take tuk2 for around 1-2usd one way.
location is excelent bikes for hire lot more
our aircon made a weird noise ... but this is an isolated thing
I liked the location very much because of closeness to town. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. My friend was sick, so they kindly allowed me to take his food to him in his room. I'll certainly stay there again - next time to try one or two of the tours.
Breakfast was included (eggs, baguette, coffee). Ability to book drivers and guides from front desk. Free transportation to/from airport. AC and hot water (though not high pressure on 3rd floor). Spacious room. We were put on the third floor, which does not have outdoor balcony in the hall - but it was quiet and with AC we didn't find it to be too hot. We also had a nice view of the fireworks on their Jan 7 holiday from our window.
The location is not bad, but it is not within walking distance of pub street/city center; it requires vehicle transportation. The owner was grumpy at times, but was responsive when we had a request (for example we didn't get fruit when we arrived, but when we asked, he apologized and gave it to us in the morning) Our flight came in early and we zipped through customs with our e-visa. There was no one there at pickup, so we took our own cab. When we got to checkin, they had sent someone to get us but had assumed with baggage and customs, we would have arrived later rather than earlier. They didn't provide washcloths after the first night.
An excellent place to visit the temples of Angkor. The restaurants and night life of Siem Reap are at the walking distance. An excellent value for money and the staff is very helpful.
Poor wi-fi even in the lobby. Cockroach
Common area balconies were nice to sip a beer on after our bike ride through the temples. Not far from the Night Market, Pub Street, and the center of the city. We were greeted with delicious coconut fruit shakes. The staff also rented out bikes to us.
Very basic accommodations, don't expect any luxuries. Disappointed that the shower was not warm. Apparently the water is solar heated, so it is hit or miss.
10 minutes from center cheap (breakfast included)
The staff was misleading while booking some trips via the hotel personel. For example, we booked trip for Angkor Wat to see 5 temples, trip should take from 8.00 am to 16-17.00 pm, but we returned at 15.00 pm already and instead of seeing 5 temples we only got 3 of them. We have been admonishing that we are not prepared but it was only 7.20 am and they did not understand that we booked trip from 8.00 am. Next example is the laundry, in the evening we paid for our loundry (around 7 usd) but in the morning they wanted us to pay again, as the stuff changed and they did not write it down that we have already paid. If you prefer nice stuff, do not choose this hotel.
small stairs without elevator, but very close to skytain and amenities.
Service mind, very cheap bus ticket to Bangkok, resonable price for tour Ankor wat
lottle far to walk to the city
