Breakfast was great. The staff were very nice. Great location as the markets and pub street were very close by. They have their own tuk tuk and complimentary pick up service from the airport. Free use of computers in lobby and free lockers. Also the cold drink on arrival was lovely.
I like the place because it is very quiet even if it is located at the city center.
Although the staff are very friendly, I noticed that they don't assist senior citizens in bringing their luggages to their room. If only your hotel has an elevator then there is no problem. I stayed at the 4th floor with my mother and aunt who are on their 70's.
Excellent staff - very friendly and helpful. Great location.
Loved the wait staff they were so helpful and accomadating. A handy location.
The rooms are in need of an upgrade especially the bathrooms.
I just spent one night here as I must be back to Phnom Penh on a business trip. The hotel is located near Pub street and night market, just a 5-min walking. The staff is very friendly and helpful. There is a small swimming pool inside the hotel, so you can relax after a hard day dealing with hot weather in Siem Reap.
The batroom is old and somehow dirty, also with the refrigerator. There is no drink in the room. I think these things need some renovation. The breakfast is poor in term of food types - maybe I'm wrong since I just stayed for one night. All in all, this doesn't worth the price
Staff in all areas of the hotel were excellent, friendly, helpful. Breakfast varied each morning during our 7 nights with plenty of options and quantity. Pool was cleaned while there. If you want 5 star stay elsewhere but for the price and location it was great and surprisingly quiet. Would definitely stay again.
Rooms could do with a good clean - dust bunnies under the bed, sheer curtains need wash. New towels would be nice too.
Very noisy from inside and outside, not very clean
Okay. In fairness not all the staff are bad the girl is lovely it was really just two of the guys they were always cheeky and I felt like they were trying to rob us. But the tuktuk driver johny is fabulous
Value for money
not very clean , very poor wi fi
The location is really ok as it's close to pub street and night life activities. WiFi works well and front desk staff tries to help whenever possible.
Breakfast is really poor especially if you don't like asian cuisine in the morning and prefer western breakfast. I requested airport pickup already at booking and then again via email one day before travelling to Cambodia and I got confirmation on my second day at the hotel. Standard room is very small and be prepared to fight some local insects. Linen was very old with a strange bad smell (like the towels too). No safe in room but at the hotel lobby (for free) - but I wouldn't call it a safe as it's more or less a box with a key. Oh - and the room cleaning staff clean the room when they want and not when you - as customer or guest - want.
The only good thing about this hotel is the location with a 2 minute walk to pub street
We stayed in a superior room which had dirty & stained sheets & a leaking bathroom. the staff were very creepy & we felt unsafe during our stay. As 2 girls we felt very intimadated here & couldn't wait to leave. I wouldn't stay here again & wouldnt recommend.
Big comfy bed, nice swimming pool and decent breakfast for the price
bad wifi connection - really slow
Pool, extra towels
Staff seemed to be very selfish and not really caring for their customers.
good location, friendl staff
Room seems a bit old. I didn't like the blanket it also seems old
Location is exellent
Poor ventilation, the aircon is "hot", thr room is big and yet the aircon is not cold, although we let it on for the whole duration of our 2-day stay
Very good location,
Breakfasts are very poor, rooms are old, furniture is old too,
The hotel location is perfect. U can walk to the old town market like 2 mins. It's is surrended by restaurants travel agencies and transport company's. Hotel can provide tuk tuk drive to pick u up and then to the angor wat.
The hotel is very untidy and dirty. Room facitilities are terrible.
Very pleasant pool and dining area.
Location within walking distance to restaurants, markets bars etc
Poor breakfast - very little western options available. Poor choice of fruit. Staff try to scam you! Be carefull. Not the friendliest bunch here. Very bad wifi - does not work in rooms like they claim.
The location was brilliant. Was very easy to get to the local amenities. The staff were okay but slightly distant.
Wish there had been an in room locker. The communal lockers were slightly small, so we had to carry around some of our valuables with us when going out to eat every night. Also the bathroom was not the best, and on the first day I took a shower there was bunches of long hair on the shower wall.
Good breakfast, pool, location
Stayed in ten hotelels in one month an this was the worst by far: For a three star Hotel you should expect at least clean bed linen. Unfortunately zhat was not the case :-( The aircon was leaking so that the whole bath was fludded and smelly... Pool was hot and salty.
Great pool and excellent staff. Very well run
Very central location
Room was too small, bed sheets were old and dirty. There was a problem with the drainage of the water in the bathroom and once you took a shower, everything was under water. We alerted the staff about it, but they did nothing. There was an odd damp smell in the room. Everything had a run-down air about it. If you're looking for a cheap place in the centre of town and don't care about comfort and cleanliness, book your stay there.
Their tuk-tuks are more expensive
