very good location (2-3min from Pub street) at the reception you can order tuk-tuk to Angkor Wat (one day 15$ for max 4 people) good breakfast
we didnt like anything
1.) neighbor building was construction site, heavy noise until 11 pm. Complained at reception, they only smiled. 2.)sheets on bed where dirty and had blood marks, were not changed. 3.)water from aircondition came down on bed 4.) BIG cockroaches laid in room and were not removed; one in bathroom and one in bedroom 5.) my daughter was sick and vomitted in basket during night. next day in afternoon when we came back at 4pm the full basket was still in our room. 6.)floor was dirty and full of dust, was not cleaned. 7.) towels were stinky and were not changed. 8.) during breakfast when we stood up to get something from the buffet our food was removed from our table, though our belongings where still there. We travel since 30 years around the world, and we are also fine with cheap, easy 2 or 3 stars accommodation; but not with dirty and uncleaned rooms. This room was one of the worst or maybe the worst we saw ever. Beware!
The construction zone going on next door that woke us up at 6am each morning and the noise all day. Not the hotel's fault but it did make our stay less enjoyable.
The hotel was very close to markets and to the cheap eatery places.
The pool was very small and in shade, so rather cold. The bed linens and towels were well worn and rather grey.
Location and the hotel setup. Nice lobby.
Close to what we were looking for, nice staff
Limited breakfast options, often crowded
Well located hotel with an excellent swimming pool. Polite and helpful staff most of them speaks English. Wide choice of cooked and cold food for breakfest.
There was a construction work in the next building that was a bit noisy, hopefully it will be finished soon.
location, swimming pool
simple bfast, the bathroom smelly, old design
The pool was nice but in the shade most of the day and next to a construction site. So it is anything but peaceful.
The facility is old, run down and desperately needs matience. The walls and sheets are stained. I asked them to be changed and the "new" ones also had stains. I refused to sleep in them but slept in my own sleeping bag. The fridge was dirty. On the wall beneath the ac were drip lines from water but it didn't appear to be dripping. Until the middle of the night when I woke up to the sound of it dripping on my things on the floor below. We cancelled our second night and moved out early.
Breakfast buffet was good. Location near the river, central market and restaurants.
Location was very good, right next to the night market.
First of all we didn't get the room we were suppose to have, they didn't have right room available... customer service was quite poor. Also the room was a bit dirty, sheets and bathroom weren't clean.
Nothing! Go Elsewhere!
Forgotvto pickup at airport although prearranged, shrug of shoulders when we arrived, sheets had hair on them, definitely not washed & stained. Shower water overflowed onto bathroom floor, mosquitoes in room, room not cleaned (if at all) until 2pm. No wardrobe no minibar as advertised. Pool cold as never gets sun due to all day/night building works next door and high wall being built. Our room over reception and extremely noisy. Rude staff. Awful breakfast. Pool bar ran out If ingredients for drinks 0/10. Booking.com please investigate false advertising YUK
Location . Pool . Staff
- filthy and smelly bathroom - stained sheets - extremely noisy because of construction from dawn until well into the evening at the building site 20 metres away - an unfortunate place to stay for our special siem reap adventure
*Good size rooms * Hotel allowed us to check into our rooms very very early following our over night bus journey. Really appreciated.
* Staff gave poor recommendations. Asked about onward bus travel and booking through them. They said they couldn't which is fair enough as it would cost us more- grateful for that. However their recommendation on where to book was extremely poor. They pointed us to the company Rith Monty Transport Co just next door. Horrendous experience with them. * Bed sheets were dirty
Position is great: close to the center, but far enough from the noise, with the room facing the pool. Staff very friendly and helpful.
The bad is a little hard, but it seems typical of the region.
There is no hot water in early morning. Wifi is not stable.
Excellent location close to the night market and pub street. Room comfortable, nice pool area.
Shower was cold. Breakfast below average.
I would consider that I got what I paid for or maybe less. The room was spacious the bed was decent .
Breakfast was horrible they said we have until 10 am but I went down at 8 and there was nothing left. The staff said that they will refill it at 9 am!! I complained so they refill some but it was barely edible. Even water smells funny. WiFi zonal was so low we stayed on the 3rd floor and it was on and off.
Friendly helpful staff&great location!
The location, the staff the food
They promised a bathroom with a bathtub but that didnt happen.
The breakfast was ok. Pub Street and markets were walking distance.
Building next door went from early mornings till late at night. The staff seemed to hang out nearby my door and were quite noisy so if it wasnt the building next door waking me it was the staff. The tok tok drivers outside the door were not very nice at all and they got lost quite often. I would recommend getting one off the street. Dirty sheets, rips in linen.
The rooms were great
Unfortunately loud noise from the night market and construction site next door spoiled the chance to relax.
$40 per night and the hotel did not have any hot water for the majority of our 4 night stay. The wifi was not available in our room as the router on the floor we stayed on was broken. The staff kept telling me to attach to one of the others but they were to far away and the signal was too week. When I explained this to the guy on the desk he just shrugged his shoulders. The other issue was that as the pool is enclosed by the building it does not get direct sun light so very cold water.
Staff not helpful.not their fault but construction noise was very bad.
Good location, near by pub street and night market. Helpfull staff
There was a construction near by hotel during my visit. Breakfast was poor
