The staff were really nice. Courteous and always willing to help. Tanei was very near a lot of convenience stores and was about 5 minutes walk from pub street. Water supply was strong.wifi was quite fast. Pool provided a welcome respite from the humid weather.
The breakfast was repetitive. We stayed for 3 nights and the menu was almost the same for the 3 breakfasts we had. Airconditioner was not as cool as we would have wanted it to be.
Friendly staff, lovely swimming pool, excellent location, very good value for money
Breakfast a bit below par and aircon noisy
The jacuzzi was good staffs were nice and friendly, they willing to help us in everything.
The hotel was very nice and filled with overly friendly staff! My tuk-tuk driver was very friendly and helpful. He ended being my tuk-tuk driver for touring the Angkor temples. He was very informative and spoke good English. Most of the staff spoke good English. The location was close enough to the city center but just a street away to allow for a quiet relaxed evening/sleep as well. I would highly recommend this location for others!
Nothing to dislike
Location and safe
Friendly and helpful staff, its location that near to the night market.
The fact that our room was at the top floor (4th) and no elevator is pretty tiring.
friendly staff and most of the staff speak good English.
Faulty safety box
A/C, location Free pick up from airport Room 2B is great
Over priced, like all siem, staff was very pusing about tours and food 12$ for a ride to the museum Which is less then 2KM away or 25 mins walk
Very friendly staff, free bikes, good food, clean pool, breakfast included. Would stay there again! Walking distance to markets.
The location is great, just a walking distance to night market and pub street. If you lazy to walk or want to try tuk tuk service, you can just get it outside hotel. The breakfast is simple but nice.
I had book 3 rooms, one of my room water heater is not function. There is a lot of mosquitoes!!
location, people, swimming pool
good for stay walking distance to pub street environment
Night time light staircase no good late function
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The place was very clean! I loved it and would totally stay here again.
The construction Going on close by but this wasn't the hotel's fault.
I liked the location, the staff and the basic, but Todd facilities of the hotel.
The breakfast was repetitive, although nice.
Great location (5 minute walk to night market), very nice swimming pool, good breakfast
Size of the bedroom was good and it was nice to have fridge, safe, hair dryer and kettle. Breakfast had the same offerings each day but it was fun to be creative and try different combinations. Enjoyed the pool but area small. All of the staff were friendly and helpful.
The worst part of the stay was the bathroom. Hot water but it was a poorly designed wet room. I did not appreciate the dirty grouting and having to paddle if I wanted to return to clean my teeth or use the toilet. This was a "delux" room! TV size of A4 sheet of paper and had to stand by it to change the channels.
It was very close by to the main streets and markets. Staff was friendly, but not everyone knew English. Good happy hours at the restaurant.
Some staff didn't know English. Many energy shortages and no power generator. Beds were too uncomfortable.
Most everything, they were very accommodating with minor requests. Very service-oriented staff.
A couple of minor things ... There seem to have been an issue with my reservation, which was booked in late June for an August stay, they blamed Booking.com ... The wait staff have very limited English skills, as do some of the Front Desk people. Everything else made up for these two issues.
The fridge did not work and a terrible smell came out of it. We were in 2 differents bedroom with air conditioning and the heat was unbearable. Wifi doesn't work 23 hours a day. No elevator and lots of stairs. Insufficient and bad breakfast. Pool with green and dirty water.
Friendly staff Nice pool area Cheap and good restaurant Walking distance to pub street Extremely good compared to the price
Some mosquitoes at the pool area at night A bit too much chlorine in the pool
The hotel was a little bit off of the main area, pub street and other tourist traps. The staff was pleasant to deal with, although some small issues. A nice looking pool, never really got the chance to use. It was clean and came with amenities that were useful.
It was a little far off the beaten track so a little harder to find but not bad. The staff was good, just a bit slow but for Cambodia I did not see any better else where. A/c was loud. Aloy of kids always in the pool when I thought it would be nice to relax down there. Siam reap is an awful place full of pushy and unhappy people looking for a dollar, but the hotel was a nice place to get away from them.
quiet location, pool, buffet breakfast
Rooms were a bit dark. No bedside lamps in room but one was supplied on request.
Staff were really nice and friendly. Breakfast was not varieties but test good. I loved the fried rice. The pool was a salted pool that's great! If you have planed to see sunrise in the morning you can tell the staff to prepare a breakfast box for you
A/c in the room was not ok. It was too hot than I expected. Luckily the room has a fan!
Location is everything. This is a good and affordable hotel with a swimming pool, and it's only a 5 minute walk to the pub-street and the marked area. The swimming-pool is a bit small, but does the trick after a warm day of visiting temples. Breakfast is good, but lacks variety. You have a choice between omelette, pancakes and rice.
At check-out they charged us the standard fare for the room, instead of the price we got through booking.com. So closely examine the bill before you check out.
