“ Very comfortable stay, big, clean pool, good hotel food, fantastic breakfast!!! Very accommodating staff, spa is nice but I wouldn't pay for that price for their services, you get a better massage around the night market /pub street (I used Herbal Spa, a boy called Kim Sum was amazing!) ”

Good location for Angkor Wat and the town centre. Good spa. Mostly friendly and helpful staff. We had a suite (131) with lots of room, but it wasn't very comfortable or nice looking. The hotel is a bit tired and needs to be modernised.

Very accommodating staff, spa is nice but I wouldn't pay for that price for their services, you get a better massage around the night market /pub street (I used Herbal Spa, a boy called Kim Sum was amazing!) Wifi hardly worked Ps. tuktuks outside hotel overcharge. You are better off negotiating with them near the night market. Our driver was number 9551, he was great. $45 for 3 days at ANgkor

The hotel was nice and clean. The staffs were very friendly and helpful. When we told them we will not be able to have breakfast before going to see Angkor Wat at dawn, they offered box breakfast for the four of us! The following morning we had breakfast at the hotel. They had a lot of varieties. We had a great time there and we do recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff, great choice for breakfast, including local dishes, good restaurant The walls are too thin, if neighbors a bit loud (or just with kids) that can be easily heard.

We enjoyed staying at the hotel and found all staff extremely helpful and efficient. The room was comfortable and clean. Great value for money. The insects and bugs flying around the outside and near the pool area especially in the evening and at night.

The service in the Hotel was very good. The only failure was that I requested a pick up at the bus station and when I arrived there was no one there. They called me on my cell phone apologizing for the late information and still asking if I needed the transport, so that wasn't acctually a problem. And on the next day, we were offered a fruit basket appoligizing for any incovinence. So, in resume, very good service, good location, ok breakfast. Defenitly recomend.

This hotel is conveniently located to Temples as its on the main road which goes directly to Angkor Wat & other temples which are close to it. The buffet breakfast is good and plentiful. The pool area is small & limited sun lounges although a nice list of cocktails for when the sun goes down. Pool closes at 10pm so you can have a late night poolside dinner & drinks if you'd like. Overall good value; pleasant staff & with easy tuk tuk availability nothing was too far away. Massage by Healthy Hands - just a short walk down the road - was good firm traditional massage at US$22 for 90 minutes. I had been allocated a ground floor room but declined as view was a painted white brick wall; staff moved me to first floor with central view over outside dining area and distant view to pool area - much better view. The wifi repeatedly dropped out although in the room seemed less troublesome. Beds were firm but I still slept ok.

I have traveled to over 30 countries and stayed in many hotels along the way from guest house to 5 star and have to rate this one as the best yet. great food, great room and service but best of all were the staff, friendly and helpful, it was a pleasure to have met met and talked to them. I did try to find something but I can't.

I really like their fast response. Their hospitality is amazing. When we arrived in hotel, cool towel with a lemon grass tea are so nice. Employees' attitude is excellent. Spa especially is the highlight, my husband and I did massage every evening during our staying. Locationwise, it is quite close to Angor Thom and Siem Reap National Museum. Also not so far from bar street or old market. We tried walk home twice from old market. It took us 20 mins.

Its location is strategic, close to heritage site though still need a transport (bike/tuk-tuk/car) to get you there. The staff is friendly and the environment is clean and comfortable. Toothpaste is sealed with foil and is difficult to squeeze it out.

This was my second stay in Tara Angkor Hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and it is good value for money. The hotel is situated beside the main road leading to Angkor, so it is a very convenient option. It is also very easy to find a tuk-tuk since their drivers are parking/hanging around just beside the hotel. Going into the downtown by tuk-tuk takes approximately 5 minutes. We also tried the spa twice which we enjoyed. After each visit we received discount. For those preferring continental breakfast, the menu could be expanded by another 2-3 choices. It would be great to have fresh juice too.

Wow this is an amazing hotel!!! Very prompt service on arrival with welcome lemongrass drink and cold flannel whilst the payment was authorised and bags taken up to the room. Room was huge with the biggest double bed I have ever seen (8ft wide!) and lovely decorations. Bathroom was clean with complimentary toiletries and a very hot and powerful shower - just what you need after a day temple bashing! Restaurant staff cannot do enough to help and the service is first class - food is amazing too! Make sure you visit the Lily Lounge - bar staff remember you and your order- great bar man!! 30Minute gentle walk to Siem Reap town for a night out.

Clean, light and spacious hotel with very nice facilities and helpful staff, The only minor downside was that staff seemed unable to help with arranging a guided tour of the temples.

Nice interior, cosy, clean pool area. Based on the looks and services offered this could be a five star hotel as well. Very friendly and helpful staff. They have a very good on-call doctor - unfortunately we needed it for three days... No bugs, no mosquitoes. Minor mistakes in service, E.G. Bringing black tea instead of fruit tea, drinking water instead of mineral water - annoying, but they fixed it when we asked.
