In the citycenter of Siem Reap but quiet and not noisy, New building. The staff is very polite and happy to help you. I stay here already two times but next time stay here again. Rooms are clean. Wifi is very good.
Friendly and very helpful staff
A negative was the time taken to serve drinks and food. On the last day we couldn't have coffee because there was nobody to boil the water.
The staff are so friendly. Upon the check in, we were given water. Just in time, since it's was very hot and sunny. Located just 5 minutes away from the Night Market and Bar Street and lots of restaurant :) There's guard in front of the hotel, feel very safety. The bathroom is so clean, we really enjoyed staying here.
great location, friendly staff, cheap price
shower have some problem
Located in a quiet street 3 minutes away from pub street. Helpful staff. Clean and comfy room.
Very helpful and polite staff, clean rooms, good location, close to night market, pub street.
Noise from construction nearby at 8am, though it's not the hotel's fault.
We booked a superior room but on arrival our room wasn't ready, they gave us a deluxe room for the three nights we were staying and we didn't had to pay anything extra. The staff was extremely helpful, sometimes the language barrier was a bit of a problem but they tried their best. Only 2 minutes walk from pub street but not in the middle of all the hassle. Good breakfast.
Hired bikes from them (at a price), big comfy double beds cleaned every day.
Staff are totally totally unprofessional. Paid for our laundry to be done, it came out stained yellow and brown. We showed this to a member of staff and he laughed in our faces "oh my god!" in shock of how terrible the stains were. He had no idea what to do. We asked him if we could speak to the manager but the manager refused to speak to us. I said I would not pay for my laundry to be done so he then rerang the manager and asked whether this was ok?! Many clothes in here costing up to £50 and beyond, stained yellow, and they seriously expect me to pay for this laundry?! After allowing us to get our clothes stained brown for free they then said they could not rewash them, and that essentially we would have to leave it at that. I told him how much they cost and he just laughed and said oh my god, then asked if we would like to pay for the room...really really wrong time to ask that! Anywhere in Europe if this had happened we would have got the night for free however not here. No idea about customer service. Left angry and clothes are still stained after 5 washes.
Good, comfortable and clean rooms at a competitive price. Good wifi. Convenient location: a minute away from Pub Street and the night markets.
There has been a misunderstanding with my booking: I told them I'll check in at midnight and emailed me that they agreed to accomodate me without extra cost, since I'll arrive past the check-in time. I arrived that night and apparently my room was still occupied and that my request was not recognized all along. I had to pay extra for that night, although I paid less than the usual cost for the night. This misunderstanding may have been because of the staff's inefficient English. It was totally fine with me but for other guests, this may be a problem if they can't figure out their requests. There was an ongoing construction beside the hotel it was quite noisy in the afternoons while I was resting from all the walking at the temples. The hot shower only worked once during my four-day stay. Their cooks are not available most of the times I attempted to eat at the hotel restaurant. Good thing it's just a few steps away from other establishments.
Staff friendly. If like to stay at a quite place, tareach is recommended.
Overall not much, just because the hotel too new compared to others, some of tuk-tuk may not know where is it. Better to standby a hotel business card or location map.
clean and friendly.
fast WiFi - Download (20Mbit) centrally located hot water, after a fiew minutes
no Pickup-Service - no refund for Cambodia clean enough, but not really clean
Fabulous staff, great restaurant, great location. Even though I was only there a few days the staff all knew my name and were incredibly helpful with organizing my activities. During my two month trip, this was my favorite hotel by far. You get much more than you pay for with Tareach. Clean, comfortable, and incredible service!
The staffs were very helpful, there was one girl called Randy in front desk, she always greeted me with big warmest smile whenever I went out. The hotel was very clean, room was spacious, 5 min walk to pub street.
The staff were always helpful and exceptionally friendly
minor maintenance items like the unaligned door and variable hot water supply
Extremely good value for money (USD 20 per night, in June, for the top room). Room rate included a tuk-tuk ride on arrival from airport. There is in-room safe and air conditioning. Location is 5 minutes walk away from the markets and restaurants on Pub Street.
No shower curtain.
I liked the location and the room was very nice
The staff were friendly but not very helpful at all
Bed faced a non opening tile window which let in too much sleep disturbing light
near night market and halal restaurant
All staffs are helpful and always service with smile. Very good location (just 5 minute walk to downtown)
The room is quite old and noisy from the backside construction and sometimes from some people talking as my room was on the ground floor. There's a problems with the electricity that it was shut down all the building. They took time about a few hours to fix it!!!
Service was good. Staff helped as much as possible to ensure comfort.
Persistence for use of Tuk Tuk driver at the beginning, but the driver was kind.
Very clean, comfortable bed. I had an ensuite with aircon. I stayed here just for one night because I had been on the bus for 14 hours and wanted to get a good night's sleep with my own room before going to a hostel dorm the next day. They have computers downstairs as well which is great.
It is down a dark alleyway so I didn't feel very safe walking down there at night on my own, it is fine though I was just a bit nervous initially. Wouldn't recommend staying here if you are looking to meet people.
Big,clean, new room, big balcony. Good location. Staff very friendly. Good Wifi. Quit and no noise from outside.Like to stay here again.
Friendly staff. Located near street with a lot of bars, cafes and night market. You can rent a bike in this hotel and it's almost direct road from this hotel to Angkor Wat. Sometimes problems with wi-fi and water but it's fine — you in Cambodia.
