After arrival I have been informed that they don't have a room for me. Despite the booking in advance! Ridiculous! I have been left in the evening without a place to stay. Thank you for such a service.

Good location and organising sight seeing for us. Very friendly staff, free water and coffee us appreciated.

Advertising needs to be updated...offers that using the pool at the hotel across the road includes a free drink, 4 nights for the price of 3 and buy two cans get one free are not correct. It's not a problem but just wish they would take the signs down so as a customer you are not caused embarrassment when you ask.

The place is so pleasant to stay. Staffs are friendly. Besides, the breakfast is so tasty, especially the France bread :)

The soundproffing system isn't good enough which some of us barely could heard the sound from next door.

It's secluded, really quiet although we are just few steps from the hustle and bustle.

The staff was friendly. We chose to wake up early to see the Angkor site so the staff offered to prepare us breakfast very early even if it was out of their working hours. The room was agreable although not cleaned every day.

The fridge on free use was not very clean. The location is not the best, you have to use a tuk tuk whatever you do.

The entrance of the hostel is nice with a pool table. It is suitable if you want a cheap room and you don't mind sleeping in a dirty bedroom.

Our bedroom was sold as a double bedroom but actually wasn't (pictures were inaccurate). The sheets in our bed had huge yellow stains We only had a pillow for a two, the staff then got us an extra pillow which was really dirty, huge yellow stains on the case. We didn't have towels provided The bathroom was old and dirty

    Angkor Wat ;)

Tuk Tuk drives try to cheat you. Also, the kids are forced to sell stuff.
