Service, massages, tiny swimming pool, decor, bathroom floor, friendly and helpful people, excellent value for money
Hardly any alcohol in alcoholic drinksdrinks:)
The location is very close to Angkor Wat, the staff is always willing to please. They have bicycles that are free to rent, which is an amazing way of exploring Angkor Wat. We really enjoyed our stay and I'd be back again!
Everything was perfect at this hotel. Would highly recommend !!!
Staff were very friendly, clean room and beautiful garden setting. Breakfast was excellent. Overall great experience.
free pick up service, nice swimming pool, very friendly and helpful staffs, nicely designed and decorated hotel, nice environment, complimentary bike
not walking distance to town / pub street area, design of the bathroom make the floor easy to get wet, stone in the bathroom not hygiene
Price of room, friendliness of staff, food of room service (portion could be a little bit bigger), very very nice design, big bed, airport pickup included (only one way!), try smoothies and ice cream in the coffee shop which is to the left
The hotel offers 3 different tours to the tempels (8 hours each). One day we asked for a tour to 2 temples of each tour on the same day (for 8 hours). They asked us to pay the price for all 3 tours together!!! Later they reduced the price a little bit, but we were not in the mood anymore to book tours with them (although the tours are ok). We found a taxi driver outside who did the tour with us for a much better price. Quality of massage service in the room is only regular. Communication was difficult sometimes: staff speaks English but sometimes they do not get what you want to tell them. But in total it was a very pleasant stay and we would recommend this hotel.
Located in the way to the temples, it has a small swimmingpool for a refreshing swim after an exhausting day. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast is quite good.
Huuuge spider in the corridor. They did not have any bike available.
Very clean, nice location, elegant decorated big room and helpfull staff are all you need to have good time
- close to Angkor Wat - enjoyable pool - good value for money - clean and stylish rooms - friendly staff
- breakfast was ok, but nothing special
Service of the personel (very friendly, they can help you with everything) Location is perfect between Angkor temples and the city Food was excellent Free pick up service
The ambiance, staffs, locations and overall feeling of home away from home.
None but my sister kept complaining about mosquitoes. :-(
Too smalle shower. Poor restaurant, small room. English poor, too many excuses.
Recently re-opened hotel a few blocks north of town centre. Decent rooms, superbly efficient and silent air conditioning. The staff will do their utmost to make you feel comfortable.
Perfect accomodation, helpful and kind staff
Time to time there were misunderstandings because of the English
The staff were very friendly, and eager to please. They would bow and greet me every time I went past. The hotel is a lovely escape from the town and I was very impressed when I arrived at how nice it was. If you are mainly going for the temples the location is great, as it's on the way there but still fairly central.
The pool is in front of the bar area, which opens onto the reception. I felt a little uncomfortable walking round the pool in a swimsuit In view of the staff as Cambodian women would be more covered up. I would've preferred a more central location, but they had bikes we could borrow to get into town easily.
Plain and simple, I travel extensively and I have never ever experienced anything like this before. The staff were amazing. It's a wonderful introduction to Cambodia.
Can't think of any
Stuff is much more than just friendly Hotel owner was sitting down at the lobby all the time Design is very friendly and nice Couple of nice things like complementary bikes to ride around the city I got everything what I asked for
A bit of a so-so wireless, but not this poor though I really have seen much worse. But since there is a lot of costumers, I suggest it is working fairly.
Everything was perfect in the Cyclo, probably the best place we booked in our 50 days trip around Asia.
Staff is great Owner gives personal touch in assisting us Perfect place to stay in siem reap as it has everything that a traveler needs
As soon as I arrived at the hotel I became bed ridden with Dengue Fever (from a mosquito bite in Bali) The staff & owner of Cyclo d'Angkor showed me unfailing kindness, compassion and care during the entire week of the illness. Checking on me throughout the day, making sure my every needs where handled; truly exceptional service. This is a hotel with Heart! I am deeply grateful to everyone here & will return without fail. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
really really beautiful hotel location right between the city centre and angkor (we always took the bicycle to the city and a tuktuk to angkor) pool area really beautiful and relaxing (if there wouldnt be the loud music from the neighbour!)
too much noise (music) until late in the night from one of the neighbors. even in the afternoon when you want to relax in the pool :/ staff was friendly and all, but it took them really long to find us a bus to take us to bangkok, so we stressed a little if you wanna rent a bicycle during the day, make sure to book them 2 days in advance, in the evening no problem
This hotel is beautifully decorated, really nice room, clean, nice warm shower and excellent service. Swimmingpool is not big but excellent for a boutique hotel;)
The chefcook can refine his cookingstyle. It lacked flavour. My sister became ill after eating the spagetti.
Very nice boutique hotel, just outside of the centre of Siem Reap but close to the Angkor Wat site. Very nice Khmer-style interior, helpful and friendly staff, small but nice little pool. Decent breakfast
Rooms a little small in scale but ok.
Location, pool, food, breakfast all very good. Free bikes too!
