Good,

“ Its owner is a great person, he gave us much useful suggestions on tour plan about Angor Wat. He is really nice, willing to help, and easygoing. This place can arrange tuktuk drivers who speak good English for sightseeing, the price is fair too. And the fee is affordable for students. ”

One of the best location in town. Very good advises from Gilles, the owner, to visit the temples and find good tuk tuk drivers. The place is very clean. The rates quite affordable and the food was good and inexpensive. The staff is very friendly and the all atmosphere is very relaxing. Nothing.

It's quite ascetic but then what do you expect for $5 per night? The rooms are big enough and have windows. Then, the location is excellent, 5min walk to the Pub street and Night market. The owner was very helpful and friendly. There were problems with water. Like any water. It's especially unpleasant when you come back after a long day, tired and sweaty, to find out that you can't take shower at the moment. There were stains on the bedsheets. I don't doubt they were washed but still it looked gross.

The staff was EXTREMELY nice! They were so helpful and available at all times. Our TV wasn't set up so I had to stack some chairs to plug it in and they don't keep track of the things you order so I think we got some food for free (good for us but bad for their business).

Very friendly staff. Helpful and accommodating. Good value for money. You don't expect a palace for that price - what you get is very fair and perfectly comfortable. The bathroom could have been a bit cleaner and better renovated.

Fantastic staff! The owner will offer to help you with whatever you need. The room was clean. Good location in the middle of Siem Reap. Close to shops and nightlife, and it's only a 10-15 minutes tuk-tuk ride to Angkor Wat. None

Large room with lots of natural light. Great value for money. Nice seating areas in communal area. Friendly owners and Mr Ali is great for a conversation. Location is nice and quite while close to the center. Toilet was smelling of stale water after 2 days but if asked to clean its fine. Not 100% everyone would like having a sparrows nest on the outside of the window in between the fine mesh in the bathroom but I found it quite charming and nice it was left alone. Water pressure is non existent at times, just keep the shower on and you should be back on track after 5min or so. Staff may seem a little pushy at first with small tours etc but really a minor issue as they are not bothered what you do or how. Decided to eat in the restaurant on my final night and as much as the hospitality lovely and fun the food was blan and overpriced. Would not have bothered eating there again apart from the next day with no time spare awaiting my bus at reception I decided to have the breakfast egg baguette as it did sound value for money and with eggs galore, warm crusty bread and a good tasting coffee I was happy and contented and I said goodbye with a happy smile.

Great location, very friendly staff and clean rooms. They will help you and assist you with everything and they will cook for you anytime of the day!! I loved the couches on the balcony at the first floor! Awesome stay! Cham best tuk-tuk driver ever! There's a bit too much traffic one step outside of the hostel, you honestly risk to be passed over anytime...but this is Cambodia!!!

It has a great location. Just near the pub street. But the Hostel is old, very old. You pay for the location We booked a bus trip from Siem Reap to Bangkok through the hostel! We were promised a Big bus! Bit instead a mini van came! Because it was overbooked, one of us had to sit on the floor!! So dont book your bus trips through the hostel.

Nothing. When we arrived the owner said that he thought we were not going to come and he said the room was not available. I said that I sent an e-mail for confirmation 2 days in advance and he said that he knows but he couldn't reply. I asked the owner to sign a document to show proof that I went to the hotel not to be charged anything and he got upset until his wife stopped him because he was arguing and crying too much (I actually was afraid he was going to act somehow, but he didn't) I guess that if there are no problems, the owner may be very good as in the other comments, but in the case something gets wrong........
