Good location, at walking distance from the centre. Very kind and collaborative staff. Very clean room.

Despite the hotel name, if you need a spa you've to look somewhere else. Breakfast is just enough and could be improved.

    Value for money

Staff not friendly and not fair: they asked for a tuc tuc almost the double of real price. Room not made by themselves 2 days in a row (badly done upon request). Good breakfast only if you love eggs as there are no other choice.

Staff were lovely and so helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Room size. Pool - perfect after sightseeing all day. Value for money.

Not easy to find on foot and most tuk-tuks didn't know it (we were taken to another frangipani hotel one night!) - make sure you say green garden!!!

The incredibly nice and helpful Cambodian staff is the only positive aspect of this hotel.

The first room had dirty sheets and towels. We complained and got a different and bigger room. This one a door to the pool that didn’t locked completely so the room was full of mosquitoes. We went to another room, probably a top suite, with lots of space, almost no natural light and a huge live cockroach on the wall and several dead ones under the matrices. The breakfast was bad, with spoiled butter and smelling musty bread being served. The pool’s water was dirty and the chase longue pillows incredibly dirty.

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the accommodations were worth the relatively low price. The hotel is within walking distance of Pub Street and other nightlife areas.

Breakfast service was very slow and we didn't have enough time to eat one morning. While incredibly nice, the staff was a little disorganized.

the location is in the city center, 15 mins to walk to the Night Market and Pub Street. Variety of breakfast choices, friendly staffs.

We met the best tuk-tuk driver ever, Mr. Hong. The hotel was pretty, but...

where to start...the day we arrived they said our room was booked so they will "upgrade" us. This one was the room next to reception, and even was huge, was smelly and damp. We said no, and he got kind of angry! Then he moved us to another room that was OK till we noticed that had no wifi signal, the water from the taps was brown, the floor was so dirty that if you walk barefoot your feets got black, and the best of all, the lights were at the entrance, so you have to shut them off and then came to bed with a torch. The breakfast was poor and the free bikes were never available. Also the water from the swimming pool was oily and tasted salty, Yuck! Not value for the money at all, much more better places and for the half price, believe me.

Nice staff, they are really trying (but helpless)

They didn't have the rooms we booked. And they gave us some others but not till the evening. Photos on booking don't tell the true situation, rooms are old and not maintained, place is filled with rats, there is not such thing as spa, sheets and towels are dirty, the watter is smelly and yellow. Table covers are also very stained and never changed.

Helpful staff Good pool Good location

Room booked was not available. Room replaced by 'suite' really just two rooms, one not required. Concrete floors, lack of mirrors and electrical sockets. No plug in sink, difficult to shave

The hotel is charming and the staff exceptional. Everyone was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel is well located and provides easy access to all that Siem Reap has to offer, yet it's quiet and comfortable and a little off the beaten path.

    Location is good.

No value for money. Dark and old room , Hard pillow. WIFI is weak and unstable. Breakfast is a bit poor. Bathroom is smelly and dirty. Toilet bowl and washbasin is stuck. They even didn't change the soap everyday.

Staff were excellent at this hotel.

Floor in the room was just concrete, either needed tiles or carpet fitted.

Staff, helpful and friendly, did our bookings reliably. Location was great, short walk to shops etc. Breakfast excellent. Instant hot water great.

What seemed like smell of insectide in room. A bit tricky in keeping things dry in bathroom.

Friendliness and helpfullness of staff. Nice pool. Breakfast was OK, but great scrambled eggs (freshly made). Good location, quiet but close enough to old market.

Quality of WiFi (weak and unstable signal).

Not sure.. Garden was nice, also the room was okay.

Nothing much to like in this hotel. It was kind of a disaster from the beginning. We arrived at noon, hoping to get a room early so we can spend 1/2 day at Angkor Wat. When we checked in, we were told that the room we booked (double suit) is not ready yet and that we shoild return at 2pm. So we did get back at 2:30pm but the room was still not ready. They told us that the guest staying in the room has not checked out yet but that they will pack him (!) and move his stuff to another room. This took them about 40min. They showed us the room and it dit not lool anything like on the photos - dirty dark room, very outdated. Additionally, we would not be given the keys because the guy staying there before has not returned them. We did not want to stay inthe room and wanted to cancel the booking which we were nit allowed to do. So they gave us another room which was quite okay and gave us something like 10% discount. We finally got the room at about 4pm and wasted half of the day we could have spent in the temples. Btw, we met another guest at the reception who had similar problem as we did. Other stuff - they did not have the bicycles ready as per our request in the booking (but they provided two bikes at the end but poor quallity). My husband cut hus feet near the pool and they did not have the apothecary with disinfection available. When we asked for clean towels, they gave us dirty stinky ones. This happened actually twice on the same day. Make sure not to touch the pool walls, it leaves blue color on your skin. The staff is friendly but helpless. The food you order in the restaurant is delivered from some othe place across the street. This hotel is just not value for the money, please don't go.
